56 Caught up in War (2)

No matter how they tried to push back the dark elves, they kept coming from the gap. Seeing the huge swarm of dark elves from the wastelands, the woodland elves were starting to lose their will to fight. Lady Selene had killed a lot of dark elves already, but she wouldn't be able to defeat the another wave that was about to come.

"What do we do?" An elf looked worriedly at his companion. Lady Selene was now mending the gap on the barrier, but she wouldn't be able to patch it up completely at this rate.

Iris stood next to Amelia and Melissa, pondering about her choices. Aside from using her magical arrows that were made purely from her mana, she hadn't used any incantations and spells to fight the dark elves. This was the first time she was engaging in a fight with a darkling since their last encounter at the woods back in Calaren Town.
