"It was after my mother's death that I returned to Arvenia to live with my father," she added.

"I didn't know your father worked here."

She nodded, "not a lot of people know that my father has a child."

Draven looked at her surprised, "really? Who is he?"

She considered for a while, unsure if she should tell him or evade the question. She shrugged, he looked like someone she could trust.

"Augustus."

Drave stopped in his tracks, causing his horse to crash into his back. The beast neighed in response. Levina on the other hand did not stop, she continued walking pulling her horse along; her lips curled in a small smile. She knew he would be surprised by her answer but what she did not expect was his dramatic reaction. She did find it amusing though.

"Are you being serious?" she heard him ask from behind her.

"Yes, I am."

"I knew Augustus was married and that his wife did not live with him but…. I mean I heard that his wife gave birth to a stillborn!"
