After spending another beautiful night together, Han Tian dropped Song LinLin back to her college dorms. Before leaving, Han Tian promised her that he will pick her up for their graduation function. Song LinLin smiled at him, and bid him farewell kissing him.

"I hope Tian, you can forgive me tomorrow!!" Song LinLin sighed, seeing him go away in his car, "I so wish, I can tell you about that promise. I so wish, I can tell you about the agreement done between me and that Old Man!!"

A lone tear escaped from her eye. She wiped out that tear, and picked up her mobile to make a call.

Her call got connected, and she talked to someone for few minutes.

After sometime, she ended up the call and throws her phone on the wall in anger, breaking the phone in pieces. Her deep blue eyes turned red from anger. She felt rage inside her, and in the rage, she destroyed everything in her room.

After few minutes, she fell down on her knees, and starts crying bitterly, repeating same words again and again, "I hope you can forgive me.."

She slept only when she got tired of crying, and full exhausted.

After dropping Song LinLin at her dorm, Han Tian went to have a drink with his dorm mates.

On his way to the bar, he received a call from his father, Han Zhifu He picked up the call with a sweet smile.

"Hello! Dad!!" He greeted his father enthusiastically.

Han Zhifu: "Hey.. My son. What's up?"

"I'm awesome, Dad. What about you?? How's Mom? You both are coming for my graduation's, right??"

Han Zhifu: "We both are doing well. Of course, we are coming. After all, it's our son graduation ceremony. How can we miss it, right? We'll definitely come!"

"Dad, you are the best!" Han Tian replied with big smile on his face.

Han Zhifu: "And you are the bestest son in the whole world!!"

"Where's Mom? Is she not with you?"

Han Zhifu: "No, she went out with your Grandma."

"Where??"

Han Zhifu: "I don't know!"

"Ohkay! By the way, why did you called me so suddenly?? It's not your style.. to call me randomly."

Han Zhifu: " How rude!! Now, I can't even call my own son. Hmph!"

Han Tian laughed out loud hearing his father's words, "Dad, you are so childish!!"

"Whatever!!" Han Zhifu scoffed, "By the way.. I called you because I missed you." He spoke with sarcasm in his voice, "Plus, I wanted to inform you that tomorrow you have to return to Old Mansion for family dinner."

"Family dinner? Suddenly, why??"

"It's a tradition in our family. Whoever in our family graduates from the college has to dine with whole family before their graduation night." Han Zhifu sighed, "So, you have to come!"

"But tomorrow.." Han Tian stopped in mid thinking about Song LinLin.

"But what? Do you have any other plans?"

"Umm.. Actually Dad, I do have plans with few of my college friends. We planned to go for trek. Can't I skip this family dine thing?" Han Tian lied to his father without thinking twice.

"Oh really?? Does it include your girlfriend?" Han Zhifu asked his son in teasing voice.

Han Tian sighed in disbelief, thinking about his father immature nature.

"Is he really my father? Which father pulls his own son's leg? Hmph!!" Han Tian thought.

"Yes Dad, it includes my girlfriend too!" Han Tian replied carefully thinking about Song LinLin and his family.

"Who is she?? You never mentioned her name, nor you told us anything about her??"

Han Tian sighed heavily, "Dad, I told you so many times I won't tell you anything about her. Don't you trust your son??" He questioned his father, making him distract from the main topic.. Song LinLin identity.

"It's not like that, Tian! It's just.. we are curious about the girl who made our son so filial towards her. We want to know who is she? And how is she?" Han Zhifu got distracted easily, "And we trust you, my son. Don't even think like this."

Han Tian sighed in relief. He thanked his stars to gave him such cute father, who easily gets distracted.

"Dad, trust me. She is the best girl for me. She is the bestest." Han Tian praised Song LinLin, "She will never hurt me, Dad. We love each other so much. Dad, she always worries about me, cares for me. She is good in cooking. In short, she is perfect for your son."

Han Zhifu got impressed by Han Tian's words. He started to imagine about Song LinLin's personality through his son's words. Han Tian kept praising Song LinLin smilingly and feeling proud on his choice.

"What's her last name? At least, tell me that much!!" Han Zhifu again tried his luck to get something out from his son about Song LinLin.

Han Tian went quiet and started to think about another lie to cover up Song LinLin's identity.

"Tian? Are you there?"

"Ahh.. Yeah Dad, I'm here!"

"Why did you stopped replying then? What happened?" Han Zhifu felt something odd.

"Umm.. Nothing Dad. Actually, Dad.. My friends from dorm are calling me. We came out for few drinks. Now, they are complaining.. saying that I'm busy on phone." Han Tian lied again to his father. He felt very bad.. but to hide his relationship with Song LinLin, he doesn't left with any other choice. He had to lie to his family to save his relationship. He continued with his lie, "So, Dad.. I have to go. I promise.. next time, I'll tell you her last name. I Promise. I'll you later. Bye, Dad. Love you!! Bye!!"

He ended up the call hastily.. not giving any other minute to his father to say anything to him. He sighed heavily, and closed his eyes to relax down his tensed nerves.

"Tian, are you okay??" One of his roommate asked him concerned.

"Yeah.. I'm fine. Let's go!" Han Tian smiled at him, and they went inside the bar.

That night, Han Tian drank a lot. He kept drinking thinking about his relationship with Song LinLin, his family, and most importantly.. about all the lie he told to his family.. just to hide his relationship with Song LinLin. He drank out of guilt and shame. He got drunk very badly.

His roommates has to carry him back to the dorms. All this time, he just repeated few words, "I hope you can forgive me.."

It is truly said, "Love gives you happiness.. but at the same time love gives you pain. One who is in love have to face everything in the world.. but the most scary thing he/she has to face is to fight with the pain and loneliness which comes along with the happiness and blissfulness of love. One can get happy in love in one second, and can get hurt in another. The biggest fear in love is the fear to get hurt. Why? Because love is kind, but at the same time.. it's cruel. So cruel that it can make someone either love you so deeply to forget about them, or can make someone hate you so deeply to forgive them ever."

Han Tian and Song LinLin slept that night oblivious of their future. Both the lovers were lost deep in their dreams.. unknown of the fact that tomorrow their life will change forever.

Poor souls, they didn't know that tomorrow their destiny is going to play cruel game with them which will destroy them and everything around them, which will never gave them a chance to ask for forgiveness, leaving them in agony for the rest of their lives.
