2 The Alpha

The sun's heat scorched their skins, they were very tired from the long ride just to arrive to an island. Summer came again and it's time for their training camp which is in inhabited island. Their training camp happens at least twice a year, they don't even have time to have vacation because of pile of works since they are Alpha.

"Here we go again, camping and camping non-stop, I really hate this especially the forest" Natalie exclaimed. She hates the idea of camping but she still going since it is required to move to their next school year. Natalie is taking a course of fashion design, she can fly very high and have the sharpest eyesight.

"Well, get used to it, It's the president order anyway, beside we are an Alpha it is one of our requirement, right Captain?" Martin smirked. He is the loudest and the happy pill of the group, his physique is very manly compared to others maybe because his ability is all about the soil.

"It is part of our training and plan of the University for us" Ryu, the captain explained. He's the university president's son, the leader of the Alpha and strongest of the group. He is always calm but when you put a lit on the fire no one knows what will happen. He controls the fire, others think of him as a hot guy but the others think of him as a cold one.

"Let's go now, the sunset is coming" Lily interrupted. She's very timid and shy and seems like an introvert. She loves the water, any attack will just pass through in her body.

"Alright" Natalie surrendered

"Even if the boat is still not here, I'm still coming, it is one of our requisite anyway" Natalie added

"Cheer up Nat, Think positive, okay" Kate tried to cheer her up. Kate would be the most kind and generous among them. She always smile even she's sad, she doesn't want to show to anyone her true feelings. She can travel anytime and use her mind very well.

"oh! kate, I wish I am blessed with positivity about forest" Natalie Replied

"It's here, Lets go" Henry said. He seems to be a player but he isn't. He is fast all the time since he is a lightning He seems to be a cold one but he is a cheerful one.

The Alpha composed of a captain and six members. They are called Alpha because of their outstanding abilities they showcase when they were first year. The university always makes a group of student when they were on their second year it is based on their compatibility after that there would be a total rankings. The highest rank in the University is Alpha.

"We're finally here" Martin said after they arrived on their base which is an abandoned old house.

"Only one room is open" Lily told to the captain

"I guess we're staying in one room for tonight" Kate commented

"When you guys sleep in here outside, you'll be a snack of mosquitos" Natalie added

"When did you have a concern to us?" Martin smirked

"Shut up" Natalie glared at him

"We should fix everything now, so we can rest, I'm tired' Paul said. He is very mysterious, the most behave among them and always alone, BEFORE. He can be very wild and monstrous like hulk.

As they fixing their things Paul noticed Kate that she still outside the abandoned house and observing the surroundings.

"What is it Kate?" Paul asked

"Nothing, just feeling weird I guess" Kate answered

"Weird? Why?" Paul asked again and confused

"Nothing, Lets go, maybe just my imagination"

"Hmm Kate before we go inside, I really wanted to tell you something"

"What is it?"

"Well.. I –"

"Paul, Kate, what are you doing there outside? We have a lot of things to do" Ryu interrupted

"Yes Cap, coming! Paul let's talk when we're done fixing things, okay?"

"it's fine , its nothing important anyway" Paul said

Everyone fixed their things and their place to sleep. The girls, Nat, Lily & Kate, sleeps in one big bed while the others sleep on the floor. In the middle of the night, scream enveloped the whole Island and wake up everyone. The first one who react is of course the Captain.

"Why!? What's wrong Nat!?" He shouted to Nat when he heard her scream and crying. Then the rest of them followed and went to Natalie's side.

"Some-Someone is he...here" Natalie cries

"He bit me so hard" Natalie added while showing the bite marks on her shoulder. They were surprise when they saw the bit marks, it wasn't just a bit marks it looks like their real motive is to tear Nat apart. Her shoulder is covered of blood.

Everyone was startled until Ryu gave some orders.

"Martin! Henry! Let's check the parameters, Paul stay here and watch the girls" Ryu said and went off outside with Martin and Henry

Paul is observing their surrounding while Kate is embracing Nat which still crying and Lily healing Nat bite marks using her ability. After couple of minutes Ryu and others arrived but found nothing.

"What do you mean no one is here? And nothing?!" Nat asked hysterically, she's very mad on what happen to her.

"We already scout the Island, we even used our ability, Henry used his lightning to scout the island multiple time but we found nothing, not even a lead" Martin explained

'It's very impossible that we didn't feel its presence" Ryu commented

'That's right, I should be the first one feel it if someone came, this is worrisome" Kate said

"What about teleportation?" Lily suggested

"We already consider that, but let say someone attack Nat can teleport like Kate where can they be now? Even if that someone teleported he still should be here in this Island. And teleportation is very unique ability only 3 person in the world can do that but the other 2 cannot even teleport that far and the farthest teleportation title is in the hands of Kate" Ryu explained

'Then who could it be?" Paul asked

"We still don't know if it's a human" Martin added

"It is a human! You saw the bit marks right?" Natalie replied

Who could it be? Seven persons in one room but no one notice? Even the psychometric Kate didn't felt the presence of someone.
