Yin Yue still remembered the moment her parents came to her. Her father clearly distressed and her mother practically hysterical.

"My child, you have to help us!" stated her mother, whipping away the tears that had already ruined her perfect makeup. "Li Qiang ruined us!"

Yin Yue raised her eyebrows, putting away her romance book and looking at her parents questionably.

"Dad?" she asked for an explanation and her father cursed under his breath.

"That bastard kid, Li Qiang just destroyed our business. Our company went bankrupt in just one week! And he still, after buying almost all shares, dares to come to me personally! Do you know what he wants?! You, Yin Yue!" he shouted and Yin Yue stood up in shock.

"Dad, you can't be serious... Li Qiang is the most powerful man in this city. Why would he want me?" she asked, ignoring her mother's muffled sobbing.

"I don't know why he would want to marry you, but we don't have a choice, Yin Yue! You must marry him, or we will live in poverty. We are all ruined!"

"You can't force me!" Yin Yue raised her voice but one look from her father made her fell silent immediately.

"Do you wish to see your own parents die outside, homeless and disgraced?! Do you really want the Yin family ruined?!" As, if she had a choice when he put it like that.

Li Qiang still remembered the first time when he saw her. She accompanied his younger brother on a charity event. She smiled, looked beautiful and when he approached them, she didn't behave like a gold-digger. Li Qiang quickly realized that she wasn't one. She was only a stunning woman who studied at the same university as Zhang Wei.

Dressed in a long, red dress in tradition Chinese style dress, Yin Yue looked breathtakingly. Li Qiang stared at her the whole evening, thinking of a way to get to know her better.

At first, Li Qiang gave them a warning, which they'd ignored. When they wanted to proceed with that disgusting marriage, Li Qiang didn't hesitate even for the second and made them lose everything. They only cared about the money, so if they wanted to sell Yin Yue, they could just give her to him.

Her face on their wedding night haunted him every day and every night. If he could, he would have never touched her. He would simply stay by her side. But the information that came from his informant was clear: Wu Fei still wanted the girl. And he would do anything to use her, simply because she was pure.
