1 Breaking the Marriage Law [0]

Yin Yue looked at her newly married husband with utter disgust, pulling the sheets off her body and tried to get out of the bed without waking him up. She felt dirtied by the forced marriage, planned by their families and him.

Li Qiang wanted her to be his. No matter what were her thoughts about this case. Well, not like it even mattered when he made her family go bankrupt, making sure they would agree on selling their own daughter for the sake of living a decent life with money he would later give them.

If the circumstances were different, maybe she would be interested in being with someone like him. After all, he was a powerful man with connections. But that was all that he could have offered her. Yin Yue wanted true love. And now she had to find another way to look for it.

"Where do you think you're going?" She heard from behind and before she could answer, she felt him grip her arm and suddenly she was thrown on the bed, with him hovering over her.

Li Qiang was angry. He finally had the woman he had always wanted and now she was running away from him. He knew perfectly that she didn't want this marriage. Be it like that, he still made her say the vow and swear her fidelity. Wether she liked it or not.

Yin Yue avoided his gaze and looked away, not even trying to shake him off. She was too weak to wrestle with him, so what was the point of trying? Her aching body was the prove of him being stronger than her.

"Bathroom," she said indifferently and Li Qiang gripped her arms more firmly. Like he was giving her a warning to behave properly in front of him.

"Do you really resent me so much?" he asked, even though he didn't want to hear the reply.

Yin Yue finally looked him in the eye, almost regretful. His black hair was a mess, but he still looked strikingly handsome. The blue eyes observed her face carefully. Wha a pity he didn't look like a 'human' to her anymore.

"I simply hate the fact that you took my life from me," she managed to spat, before his lips crashed against hers and he devoured not only her protest but also a dignity.
