6 Chapter 6- Trouble Ahead

So far, three hours passed in the training room. Almost all of Wang Wei's Body Strengthing Pills have been used and improvement was clearly made. He looked more robust and was able to break into the 4th stage of the Mortal Realm. Normally, it is impossible to advance using only four Body Strengthing Pills that have any impurities, but this case clearly wasn't normal.

Wang Wei then started to practice the One with the Wind stance and quickly found a rhythm. With his body being tougher than before, it was a little easier comprehend One with the Wind. Wang Wei's pattern was left punch, right punch, left kick, right kick, and repeat. He knew that only through practice could he improve and thought that if One with the Wind worked with punches, why not with kicks?

Granted, it was harder, but it gave Wang Wei a goal and motivated him to reach it. His father was also at the 4th stage, and he was at high Breeze Step. This meant that cultivation was not a necessity to reach that level and was achievable.

The final two hours passed quickly.

Improvements were made, not enough to be a breakthrough.

A knock on the training room door was heard. "Mr. Wang, your five hours have finished. Please exit within the next five minutes, or we will have charge you fees," a female voice sounded.

"That won't be necessary. I will leave now," Wang Wei said hurriedly. After less than a minute, he left the room and headed towards the exit of Heaven's Call. He didn't have the money to pay fees.

When he arrived there, he suddenly remembered the person who gave him basic information of Heaven's Call, Yin Meixiu. He didn't properly thank her for her help. Wang Wei was not an ungrateful person, so he decided to look for her.

He found another assistant and asked her for Yin Meixiu, but the response he received was different than what he expected.

"Yin Meixiu? We don't have anyone who works here with that name," she replied coldly. She believed that the person in front of her was either playing a prank or coming up with an excuse to talk to her, like many others before him.

"How could that be? She was wearing the same uniform you are and treated me like a customer. I doubt that she would impersonate a worker or lie about her name. Could she be a new worker?" Wang Wei asked.

"Sir and I say this with all my respect, we do not have a worker by the name Yin Meixiu. Maybe you heard wrong, maybe you were pranked, or something else. Please stop wasting my time and let me attend to my duties." After saying what she wanted, the assistant walked away, quite quickly too.

"Respect? That had none!" Wang Wei cursed. "Well, I'm not sure what happened but if I can't see her, it isn't that big a deal." Once again, he headed to exit and this time actually walked out.

It was past noon, and Wang Wei's stomach was growling. Realizing this, he decided to go home in order to eat, and explain his experiences to his parents. Unfortunately, the trip back would not be so peaceful.

At the edge of the town square, there are two people who were attentively watching the entrance of Heaven's Call.

"There! He's the one! Wang Wei!" One of them said. If Wang Wei was here, he would know who this was: Wang Fu.

"Him huh? Looks weak, but if it is as you say it is, then this will be interesting," the other guy said while smiling. "Remember, whatever he got from Heaven's Call is mine, while his money and life are yours." Both backed away slowly, before going in the same direction as Wang Wei.

Walking along a dirt road, Wang Wei was in a happy mood. He was completely oblivious to the dangers headed his way. Suddenly, he felt a vibration from the sword. Immediately, he ducked down, and a knife flew above him, where his head was.

Wang Wei turned around and saw two people staring at him with both killing intent and shock.

"Oh? Nice! You were able to sense my attack and had fast reflexes. Haha! Look's like Little Fu was telling the truth when he said you were strong," one of them said.

Little Fu? That meant that the person before him was... Wang Fu's older brother?! The legend and pride of the Wang family Wang Bo?! Wang Wei was starting to panic. This was because Wang Bo was at the 5th stage of the Mortal Realm. While the difference between 4th and 5th stage seems small, in reality, they are like heaven and earth. In order to enter the 5th stage, one must be able to have qi flowing in their blood. That means that they do not have to gather the qi around them in order to use their strength, and can use their skills and techniques much faster than stage 4s.

"May I ask why you tried to kill me?" Wang Wei said in a semi-polite tone.

"Why? Because you bullied and tried to kill my little brother. That's why!" Wang Bo said sort of angrily.

"Bully and kill? I am sorry to inform you that you are incorrect. Wang Fu bullied me for quite a while, but yesterday I made a breakthrough and was able to stand up to him. I wouldn't kill him, he isn't worth my time," Wang Wei said.

"Bastard! Not only do you lie to my face, but you insult Little Fu?! I will teach you a lesson and let Little Fu kill you himself!" Wang Bo said. This time, he was truly enraged.

"Wang Fu! Why did you lie to your older brother about what happened today? Say the truth about how you tried to take my profound stones, but instead, I took yours. Or if you don't want to tell that story, how about the one of where you bullied Little Li and tried to take her forcefully! " Wang Wei was also angry. This Wang Fu lied in order to make Wang Wei seem shameless and evil!

When Wang Bo heard this, he was stunned. He truly believed Wang Fu's words, but he started to sway because of Wang Wei's. Wang Bo was no idiot. He knew that Wang Fu was not the kindest and usually bullied others in order to take their money. He also knew that Wang Fu truly liked Wang Li and wanted her to become his woman. Knowing Wang Fu, he could very well be willing to take her forcefully.

At this point, Wang Bo turned to Wang Fu and slowly said, "Which of his words are true?"

Wang Fu's answer stunned everyone.

"NONE!" he shouted.
