Waiting for a minute an elderly man entered slowly and took a look around before sitting on the chair. "Hello, Doctor," The old man said as he was holding himself up with the armrest. "Relax, please," I said to him as I looked at the information displayed by the glasses, his back pain is caused by a spine injury he had before, the reason his hand is shaking from the pain.
"Johnson, help the man on the bed," I said to Johnson as I pointed at the hospital bed on the side. "Thank you," The old man said as he was taken to the bed on the side, I began recording the information down on the points I saw and the way to solve the back problem. Standing up, I took the needles with me and stuck them in the old man fast "Do not move" I said to the old man as I kept looking at his changes and recording them.
Minutes passed and I finally took out the needles before escorting the man out, "Thank you, doctor! I feel young again!" The old man left smiling, as I stood outside I brought in the next one and repeated the process. Priority was elders, children, families and this was only for the sick people.
The process repeated itself, after finishing the first day, I told Jax to leave while Johnson and I entered the black castle and went to different countries. 5 days before the launch of the VRM we were already done with 21 countries, the book I had was not enough so I crafted several books before.

Sigh, "Take off your cloth, lie on your stomach," I said to the man who had several people with suits around him. "Please," he said as he lied naked on his stomach. "Thank you, Doctor! Ahh, men give him the bag" Several men nodded and brought a black bag to me before opening it, I looked at the money and shook my head "Take your money, I don't need it". They were shocked but they couldn't ignore their boss "Please, take it" The biggest man said, "Johnson, take the bag and donate it to the hospital, you may leave now"
"Thank you, Doctor!" The man left with his men, Johnson took the bag with him outside before coming in with a mother and child without the bag. I smiled and stood up "Hello little one" I patted his head and allowed them to sit. I looked at both the mother and child for a second while smiling, "Tell me what is the problem?". The woman and child looked confused, they seemed to not understand what I said. "Johnson, call in Doctor Liu". Johnson nodded and left the room to call for Doctor Lue, I smiled and sat looking at the two.
Ten minutes passed and Doctor Liu entered the room, "Mr. Clay, is there anything you want?" He said with a smile as both his hands were behind his back. My current identity is Mr. Clay, now time to get angry at him... "Why didn't you make the people with rare diseases enter first and allowed the rich first?" I kept my smile but the anger within me was slowly floating.
"Sir, you know we can't ignore them!" Doctor Liu keeping his style tried to persuade me that they might get affected by this. "Do not repeat the same mistake again, I will leave immediately next time".
After Doctor Liu translated the words between us, I told the child to sit on the bed. Looking at his body, I saw no points which shocked me as this was a first. My face changed, after watching him for a while I began to feel like giving up but I remembered the notes I had, seeing my worried face the mother began speaking and Doctor Liu translated "What is wrong with my child Doctor?"
"Nothing is wrong, except that his case is different," I said with a calm voice as I looked through the notes I made in my book. Diseases, blood clots, problems with the bones and after reading for a while I stopped at one page.

I took off the glasses and went back to the boy, "Endure the pain, ok?" I smiled as I told him to calm down, the doctor translated it and stood by the side to watch with a book in his hand.
The boy nodded and closed his eyes, I placed a finger on his stomach button before sending a flicker of lightning inside of him. He shook and kept silent, I took the needle and applied slow time on it before piercing 7 of them on 7 parts of the heart before repeating the process on the head and doing it on the middle.
Taking out my needle, I used lightning again and waited for it to reach a blocked path, the moment I felt it slow I pierced its location fast, the boys face became pale but I didn't stop and repeated the process with the blocked paths.
The mother eyes were misty, Johnson was comforting her with a few words and standing on her side. The lightning was finally making the last round around and after poking the final blockade, blood gushed out the point, black blood mixed with green colored liquid. Wind element!

"Doctor Liu, tell the mother to allow the child to drink water and rest for 3 days" I said with a calm voice before recording the information, "Also, that's all for today, I will be leaving" I walked out of the hospital with Johnson and entered an alley before disappearing from it.
"Take us back home," I said calmly as my real face began to appear instead of the other face. "Boss, what was wrong with that kid," Johnson asked, I replied with a smile "He had the wind element inside of him haha!".
