13 Chapter 13

Tonight International was invited to BTS' album release event so everyone was at the company getting ready. It was a big event because BTS' new video for Fake Love, and their second Love Yourself album were both coming out tonight. I knew Taehyung and the boys were really excited to go on tour again. As excited as I was, I was so nervous.

I was dressed in a black long sleeve top with a white crescent moon by the collar, and a black and white plaid skirt, which I tucked the shirt into. I wore plain black heels and grey tights. My makeup was pale foundation, because I'm pale like paper, black eye liner, dark nude eyeshadow, and a dark nude lip color. My hair was half up, half down, and the half up part was separated into two small buns. It was still the red and blonde, though it did need redone before tour.

I came out and they guys were all in dress shirts that suited themselves, with suit jackets and dress pants. Both groups looked really good. Tonight was also to advertise our tour together. International being the new guys fresh out of the company, and BTS the veteran group. Only a few more days and we were leaving. There were just a few more interviews and such before hopping on the plane.

We arrived at the venue and already outside there were a million cameras. Taehyung and I couldn't be very close given were still hadn't said anything to BigHit, not that it would change anything. We were still under contract. By now the world knew I was close with BTS and that Namjoon was my best friend.

Gun and I were standing off to the side sipping on our drinks while everyone else went off.

"Your dad's pretty cool." Gun said. "He likes to make comments on everything."

"That's how he thinks he's funny." Gun laughed and took at drink.

"That's the problem though, he lowkey is kinda funny." I laughed at that one. "Guys and I were thinking of coming with you when you go home for break."

"Have fun with that. I'm from a small town in Illinois. There's nothing there to do."

"As long as it's just relaxing I'm down." Then Namjoon and Yoongi came up to us.

"So our manager wants us to preform a song tonight after the album drops." Namjoon said.

"Alright?"

"Jimin is getting sick." Yoongi said with his hands in his packets. "So kinda wondering if you would fill in?"

"It would look really good for the tour too." Namjoon said giving me his puppy eyes.

"Which song?"

"Love Maze." Yoongi said. "You sat with us when we recorded that one sooo."

"Uh, I mean ok. I don't know anything other than the song."

"We're just gonna be sitting in chairs anyways." I nodded my head agreeing. I turned back to Gun.

"Wish me luck." And with that I went with them. "So why is Jimin getting sick? Is he ok?"

"He hasn't been feeling well all day. If he's not better tomorrow then he's seeing a doctor." Namjoon said. I came over to the rest of the guys.

"Alright. Let's do this." We waited while they set everything up and once it was announced that the album was officially released, we went on the stage and preformed their song Love Maze.

After we were done our managers came over to us to talk about the press that was coming in, in a few minutes.

"They're going to ask about International, how you guys work together, like each other, ect. They're going to ask about you guys working with BTS, the tour, all of that. They're going to ask about relationships with each other. Rowan and Namjoon, how mentoring went, and about the performance. Got it?"

We all nodded and went to take our seats at the long table set up on the stage. We sat Gun, Kai, Minseok, Cheolmin, then me, Namjoon, Yoongi, Taehyung, Hoseok, Jin, and lastly Jungkook. Pretty soon reporters flooded in. They asked plenty of questions for the guys about working with me being I was American, the same for BTS mentoring me. They asked about how we all felt about the new tour, our new albums, and how we felt about working together for so long. Then they started with more personal questions.

"So Rowan and RM you two are pretty close?" We nodded our heads.

"We are best friends." I said.

"It's nice to talk to someone that's not a guy, or that I live with and see 24/7." Namjoon said and we all laughed a bit.

"How did you guys get to be good friend?"

"Well he was my mentor, and he also started teaching me Korean, so we just hung out a lot. After a while he just became my best friend, helped me through a lot of changes moving here."

"What was it like having BTS as mentors?"

"Depends of the day. Some times I would actually work on things with them, get the hands on stuff, others I would watch them in the studio, or doing interviews and concerts, and I would get a close look at some of the other things I would eventually be doing."

"Was it hard going from working with BTS to being a part of International?"

"It was in a sense of relearning how we as a group were gonna do things, but us five clicked really well so it was a pretty smooth transition. We all kinda jumped into it."

"You all were recently at Rowan's house. What was going on?"

"My daughter turned two and all the guys helped get together and celebrate." I said.

"Do your bandmates or mentors have a good relationship with you daughter?"

"They all get a long very well."

"I love playing with Wynter." Jungkook said laughing a bit.

"Her little girl is so cute." Minseok said.

"It's fun when she would come around for dance practice." Gun said.

All in all, the night was pretty good. We didn't have any issues except for poor Jimin getting sick. I planned on going to see how he was tomorrow.
