12 Chapter 12

It was Wynter's party and before woke up Namjoon and Taehyung had gotten everything under control. I got dressed and put my hair up and walked out to the kitchen where Taehyung was pouring coffee into a cup.

"Want some?" He asked me and I nodded my head and he grabbed another cup and poured me some.

"Thank you."

"All you have to do is relax. Guys and I have everything set."

"I really appreciate it."

"I mean, I want to do it, but I also wanna show your family that I am extremely serious about this."

"Being with me?"

"Being a family." I looked up to him shocked. We never really talked about it in detail before. I knew he loved Wynter and everything but we never discussed being a real family. "I like how things are. The three of us. Makes me hope that later down the road there can be four." I set the empty cup down.

"Long road ahead for that."

"I know. My parents are really excited to meet you."

"Are they gonna like me? Because I feel like I do everything wrong here."

"You have a different culture. Nothing wrong with that and they know you're trying. I've explained all this." I looked down at the cup. "They're really important to me Ro."

"I know. That's why I'm so scared. I don't wanna mess it up and they hate me. I don't want you to choose between me and your family."

"I won't have to. Besides, you and Wynter are my family now." He put the empty coffee cups in the sink. " Go relax. Seriously all you need to do it be ready when people get here." Then there was a knock at the door. Before Taehyung and I could move the door opened and Namjoon and Jungkook came in bother carrying a huge box.

"Make room Tae!" Namjoon said and he quickly cleared the counter off and they set it down.

"What on earth?"

"It's Wynter's cake."

"How much did this cost?" I asked looking at the huge white box.

"Don't worry about it." Namjoon said. "Go relax. Watch netflix or something."

"You guys irritate me." I said.

"That's our job." Jungkook said. "So Minseok said they'll be here in an hour with all the decortions. I got Wynter the best present ever." Jungkook got the biggest smile on his face and ran out the house.

"What did he get her?" I asked Namjoon.

"Oh wait. He went all out for this kid." Then Jungkook came in with like five bags.

"What all did you get?" Taehyung asked.

"Well we were talking about how she went nuts of BT21 so," He looked at all the bags. "There's toys, clothes, the little head bands, oh! Also." He went and grabbed something out from the living room. He came back with a giant Kookie plushie. "It's Kookie! Cause I'm her favorite." He gave us this giant bunny smile he was so excited.

"Pretty sure I'm her favorite." Taehyung said.

"You wish." Jungkook said and that was my que to leave.

I went back to my room and got on my phone. Wynter was with my parents, and literally everyone I knew was helping with the party. Our company gave our group and twitter account so i went and saw the comments about everything. People really liked us. Well the guys mostly. As expected most of my hate came from being American. I closed out of it because I was tired of reading it. Like everyone keeps saying, ignore them.

Everything was ready and we all sat and waited for people to show up. The boys gave Wynter a BT21 party. They weren't very creative with the theme but they went all out for it. The cake Namjoon and Jungkook brought it was huge and had all the BT21 characters all over it. The fenced in backyard was covered in all kinds of BT21 decorations.

"You guys went crazy with this." I said coming over the Namjoon and Taehyung.

"So what?" Taehyung said.

"How often do we get to do a child's birthday party?" Namjoon said as he finished putting all the drinks in the cooler and Taehyung walked into the house.

"I think it's cool." Cheolmin said walking over. "We may have to do little cartoon guys next."

"I mean it's fun." Namjoon said with a playful smirk.

Then I looked over and saw my parents come in with Wynter and my sister. I hugged them and welcomed them before telling Wynter happy birthday. She was going crazy over everything.

"Hey Wynter! Look what I got for you!" Jungkook said coming over with the giant Kookie plushie.

"Kookie!" He gave it to her and she hugged it before hugging and thanking Jungkook.

"Place looks good." My dad said.

"Taehyung and Namjoon planned everything. I was told to do nothing." They laughed and went to enjoy the party. Not long after Taehyung walked back with two other people. I could tell they were his parent by the similarities between them.

"Eomma, Appa. This is Rowan." Taehyung said walking over to me. "Rowan, these are my parents."

"It's no nice to meet you. Thank you so much for coming." I said and bowed my head a bit.

"Taehyung told us about everything we got really excited to be invited. He's sent us all kinds of pictures with Wynter and you." His mother said and I looked at him. He just gave me a big smile.

"How about I introduce to Mr. and Mrs. Hendrick huh guys?" Then he took his parents to meet mine.

"His parents really do like you." I looked over and saw Namjoon. "Taehyung can't shut up about you and Wynter when they call."

"I'm glad. I was so nervous about meeting them."

"I mean as head strong as he was about meeting yours, especially your dad, he was beyond nervous. It's worse for us guys cause meeting a girl's father? Oooh, thata make or break a relationship right there."

"I told Tae I wasn't going to put him in any position where he has to choose between me or them."

"They won't do that to him. They know he knows what he's doing. Don't worry, everything's alright. Enjoy this while it's here cause we leave for tour soon." Then Namjoon went over and picked Wynter up, putting her on his shoulders.

It sure would be nice to have everyday like this one. Everyone enjoying each other's company, and day. It's nice.
