Chapter 1 Gabe The Kid

Watersville is a town not bound by the government and is at peace because of it. Everyone in the town is calm and nice, all except Gabe No Last Name, or at least that's what the town called him. You see, Gabe was born in a complicated way. Instead of his mother giving birth to him in Watersville, he had been brought there by the Second Sheriff of Watersvillie as a baby. The second Sheriff never explained where he got him, what's his real name, and any detail about him. All the Second Sheriff explained was, his name is Gabe. Despite living a childhood as an orphan, he still progressed with his life as if he didn't care that he didn't have parents. He was always the most hyperactive and intense kid in town, this made it very hard to make friends as he seemed weird and crazy to other kids, but he didn't care.

One day, Gabe walked into the town pub, he had a serious expression as he walked past the tables with men drinking beer. The men all looked at him very confused, wondering what he was doing. Gabe then walked up to the bar where the Second Sherif had been sitting, he had also wondered what he was doing. Gabe climbed up the bar and shouted. "EVERYONE! MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION!?" All the men looked up at Gabe, including the Second Sherif. As soon as Gabe screamed he wanted everyone's attention, they knew what he was doing. "I WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT ONE DAY I WILL BE THE MOST FEARED BANDIT IN THE WEST!" Everything was silent after that until everybody died laughing. The Second Sherif then looked disappointed and then took action immediately. "Gabe, get your ass off the counter." Gabe looked down at the Sheriff seriously. "I TOLD YOU THAT I AM GOING TO BE THE WORLD'S MOST FEARED BANDIT! WITH A BOUNTY OF 100,000,000$." All the men laughed. "Even the most dangerous crime boss in all the west isn't that high of a bounty." One man remarked. "WELL, THEN I WILL BE THE FIRST ONE!" The Sheriff then picked up Gabe and he began squirming. "LET GO OF ME, YOU IDIOT! I AM A FEARED BANDIT WITH THE BEST MEN IN ALL THE WEST ON MY PAYROLL!" All the men continued laughing. "DRINKS ON ME!" Gabe said as he was being taken out of the bar. All the men then wondered if he was serious.

Gabe was squirming in the Second Sheriff's arms as he was being taken out of the bar. "LET GO OF ME!" the Sheriff had been ignoring him up to this point until he had just about enough. The Sheriff put him down. "Listen to me Gabriel, why do you wanna go down that path? What made you think that being a bandit and robber was a good thing?" "Because", Gabe remarked. "I have heard a lot of stories about bandits being awesome people who get lots of money and power, and if I became a bandit or even a crime boss, I could feed the entire town and give them the money they need." The Sheriff then felt sympathy for Gabe, as his reason wasn't actually a terrible one. "Listen, Gabe, we separated from the government years ago and don't need money, but I doubt you were ever told that." Gabe still looked serious. "Well, look at the town, we live with little food, money, and are basically suffering." The Sheriff already knew this, even though the town doesn't run on money, it still does feel poor. The main reason why it is like this is most likely because of the death of the First Sheriff, the founder of the village, and the one who provided. The Second Sheriff did agree with Gabe but still did not approve. "Gabe, you can't solve problems with murder, drug smuggling, and riches." Gabe gave him a frown and walked away, down the dirt street of the town and into the sunset. The Second Sheriff then pondered. 'Why, why was this your plan? He is miserable alone, I just don't understand your thinking, First Sheriff.'

Gabe walked into a hotel, which had been paid for by the Second Sheriff. He walked up the stairs and to the door on the right, opened the door with his key, then lit a candle. On the walls had been drawings of cowboys lassoing cattle, horses moving in a pack together, and Gabe leading a pack of cowboys on horses. He had frowned looking up at the pictures, he then looked back down. 'The town is in trouble. But how do I save it?' Gabe then decided to go to bed, thinking he would sleep on it and figure it out tomorrow. He then fell asleep, saddened.

A man with a black beard walked through the gates of Watersvillie with his horse. The man had a black cloak and had a red scar over his eye with an eye patch over the scared eye. He then stopped in the middle of town and dropped and threw a knife that floated on its own, the knife then flew off on its own and entered the hotel. The man followed the knife and once he got into the hotel he asked for a room, which he got. The knife flew upstairs, the man followed. Eventually, the knife entered the door on the right of the stairs through the creek, and the man thought to himself. 'Could it be?' He then opened the door on the right softly, seeing Gabe in bed. The knife was now stabbed over him on his bedpost. The knife then proceeded to disintegrate into ash. 'After 12 Years, we will finally have it.' He reached out for Gabe and was about to grab him when all of sudden a gunshot was fired at the hand of the bearded man. He grasped his hand in pain from the bullet, and he turned around to see the shooter, none other than the Second Sheriff and his deputy. "Stay away from the kid and I won't kill you where you stand." The bearded man put his hands up, "I'm here to do a job, and I have never failed one in my life." A flash went off under the cloak of the bearded man. He then proceeded to jump out the window and onto his horse, galloping out of town. "TELL THE MEN IN THE BAR TO GET THE HORSES AND FIND THAT MAN IMMEDIATELY! HE CAN BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE!" For some unknown reason, Gabe was asleep. "WAKE UP YOU DUMB KID!" The Second Sheriff said, but he wouldn't budge. "Fetch me a pail of water from the room on the left." The deputy did so and he proceeded to hand it to the second Sheriff, only to pour it on Gabe. "AH! WHAT THE HELL! I'M UP!" The Second Sheriff looked at him in sadness, "What's going on Sheriff?" The Second Sheriff inhaled, then breathed out, letting off stress. "Gabe, you need to get out of town right now."

I wrote this series back in high school, it was the first-ever one that I wrote too. Hopefully, more will be made once I've published all 200 and something chapters.
