2 Chapter 2

Kira felt disoriented for the rest of the week, even after being discharged her mind was still absent. She kept trying to figure out how exactly did everything happened, and why he stole nothing.

If he didn't steal anything, what did he want? To be honest, it scared her not to know.

"You seem distracted," Rebecca noticed, "Is everything alright?"

"Yes," She answered unsurely, "Has the professors, been updated?" She asked Rebecca, who was holding two glasses of orange juice.

"Yes, I've collected your assignment sheets for your classes," She told. Handing over the glass to Kira, while she took a gulp.

"What do you want for dinner?" Rebecca asked, "Are would you rather pizza?"

"I'm not sure," Kira spoke.

"Are you not hungry?" Rebecca inquired.

"I'm not feeling well," Kira mumbled, "Feeling lightheaded."

"Are you okay?" Rebecca asked full alert.

"Yes, I'm just feeling a bit dizzy, I think the painkillers are kicking in." She chuckled, despite the hollow feeling.

"Let me help you," Rebecca offered. Kira wanted to protest, but the look on Rebecca's face says otherwise.

Shortly after, Kira was smuggled under the warmth of her duvet covers. Even though it was pretty warm outside in the night. Her body shivered from being cold.

Outside of Kira Window stood a girl with long ink-black hair and dark brown-gold flecked eyes. That was usually mistaken for black.

Her hands reached for her daggers as she moved toward Kira's balcony door. Not expecting to have a run-in with a vampire.

And without any utterance, the two inhumane drew their weapons. The demon with her daggers and the Vampire with her sword, who looked anything but displeased.

They charged towards each other, leaping up into the air as they fought, everything was just a blur. From their inhumane speed, their weapons clashed with a loud clang. After hours of their brutal battle, Jennifer delivered the fatal blow. Cutting Lora's abdomen open and threw her off the balcony.

Jennifer took one last glance at Kira's sleeping state before she vanished into thin air. Battered and bloody, she found herself bleeding out in a dark alleyway. But she was too weak to communicate with Jason telepathic.

Jason was out hunting when he caught the scent of blood. And his dark blue-green eyes changes to blood-red ones. And in the speed of light, he was standing over his sister's bloody body.

"What happened?" He asked no one in particular as he lifts her unconscious body.

Shortly after, Jason arrived in front of his mansion.

"I'm going to find whoever thought it would be fun to hurt you, and I'm going to rain a massacre." He spoke in a tune that would send the devil dancing in destruction and chaos.

He watched silently in the corner of the room as the Doctor cleaned his sister's wounds.

"The wound was made by a demon's blade," the doctor stated, "It's going to heal but slowly."

"I see," Jason muttered, before pushing off the wall and left the room.

Jason stormed to his room with fury and vengeance carved into his soul.

"I suppose I'm going to have to pay Jackson a little visit?" He sang as he emerges from the shower. Water droplets dripped from his curled dirty blonde hair.

With a wicked smirk on his face, which people considered charming, he began to get dressed.

He wears a black tee, faded black ripped jeans paired with his black biker's jacket. Picking up his keys to his motorcycle, he headed down the staircase.

"Do you think it's the right thing to do?" Marcus asked Jason, who was making his way down the stairs.

"No one messes with my sister, and live to tell the tale," He flashed a wicked grin, that showed his pointy fangs.

And without waiting for a response, he made his way to his motorcycle. Revving the engine to life, he took off in the direction of Jackson's estate.

He arrived out of the estate, turning the keys, he killed the engine and headed for the front door.

"Jackson!" He taunted upon pushing the double doors open with a loud thud.

All eyes fell on him, as he was now the center of their attention. They knew of his reputation and no one dared to cross paths with him.

"Such a dramatic entrance," came a male's voice, "To what do I owe the pleasure?" He asked as he emerges from the shadows.

"A demon think it was fun to go at it with my sister," Jason let out, all humor was gone from his voice.

"And you think I have something to do with it?" Jackson asked, with a mischievous smile.

"Did you have something to do with it?" Jason asked, taking a threatening step forward.

"Why would I send a demon after your sister? I have no interest in going to war," Jackson spoke.

"Does any of your demons have a reason to attack my sister?" Jason asked.

"Does your sister have a reason to attack any of my allies?" Jackson asked.

Seeing that no one was going to answer, Jackson breaks the silence. "Have a drink?" He suggested, snapping his fingers, and a human girl makes her way over.

And without a warning, Jason was already standing in front of the girl and sank his fangs in her neck. Everyone in the room remains silent until the girl's body drop with a loud thud.

Then Jackson burst out laughing and so did the others, as Jason run his hand across his bloody lips.

Lora's motionless body ended up in the underworld where Hayes, a warlock, tend to her wounds.

"What happened!" Lars raged, as he stormed into the room. Where he saw his sister's motionless body and the warlock hands glowing over her wounds.

"A vampire," Hayes spat, with venom.

"A vampire?" Lars asked with suspicion, "Lora was sent to eradicate a simple human!" He roared. "When do vampires interfere with the demons?"

"It was a Hale," the warlock mumbled, as his eyes glow purple.

"A hale attacked my sister!" He raged, that it shook the walls.

"I'm going to wipe everyone from the face of the earth," Lars declared, his voice dark and rumbled through the air.

"Her life force is very thin," spoke the warlock.

"If she died, I will bring hell to earth," Lars spoke.
