"There's someone in the family who can help you, you know?" Seraphina announced as she looked at her best friend who was losing it.

"Granny Janet!"

Speak of the devil, and the devil appears.

"Hi girls!"

"Hi granny."

Janet walked into the room.

"Did someone need my help?"

The conversation that was held in that room at that hour will be revealed later.

Compared to Flora who was flustered, Frank was having a pretty chilled day. It was a day he had been looking forward to.

"Is there any happy occasion happening, Frankie?" Jake draped a hand over Frank's shoulders as they walked towards the cafeteria.

In a lax tone, Frank said, "Jesus is coming soon. Repent."

Towards this nosy co-worker, he couldn't be bothered anymore. Same could be said for Jake.

"You're going out with your girl, aren't you?"

"And on the 7th day, God rested."

"You look so boring. I hope you act livelier with her."

"Man shall not live by bread alone."

"Where are you guys going? Maybe I could meet up with you for a double date."

Frank halted and looked at Jake with a glare, "Satan, get behind me!"

Then he joined the line to get his meal. Jake could only laugh at this funny guy.

'Why would I let you spoil my good thing for me?' Frank thought to himself. This first kiss meant he had the permission to kiss his girl anyday and anytime. It had to be perfect.

Flora had informed him earlier to meet up at the movies instead of picking her up like usual. This time around, Frank was the one waiting for her. He dressed casually in a white T, blue jeans, and vans.

Upon seeing his girlfriend coming forward, he looked on with surprise. So did she. They were wearing similar outfits. Flora wanted to be girly and go with floral prints, but granny J didn't let her.

Who would have known they'd both actually show up in couple outfits!

She walked to him, and he hugged her.

"Where you spying on me?" He asked with a broad smile on his face.

Flora poked him, "I should be asking you that."

Before he let her go, he placed a loving kiss on her ear. She froze while his smile broadened even more.

All the nervousness she had tried to put on lockdown came pouring out again. He noticed from her sweaty palm, but he held on to her hand tighter.

'If I let go, she might run away,' he mumbled to himself.

Flora couldn't concentrate on the movie as she replayed the ear-kiss scene in her mind.

Seeing her this way, Frank pinched her nose. She snapped out of his and looked at him accusingly. Before she could scold him, he sealed her lips with his.

Fireworks went off in both of their minds!
