That led to longer discussion to help me understand what these space aliens were. Biped humanoid much like humans. Sometimes called the 'Bae Fae" for their fine featured physiques.

Yet, being unimposing in body, they hold a well-known precognitive-forecasting skill (they can share select memories in common for all their lives).

For me, it was simply to new a concept.

I did have some thoughts on how gender changes in our human fiction; seemed to carry a punishment narrative. Sometimes as a way to seem funny, but other times it evoked misogynistic themes.
