1 Chapter 1 He Is the God in Her Eyes

In the evening of N City, it rained heavily.

On the dark side of the road, a slender girl was kneeling on the ground. Beside her was an unconscious woman, who was dying.

"Mom, hold on a little longer. I'll take you to the hospital right away! Don't sleep! Please don't sleep!"

Jill Laclaus tried hard to lift the woman up, but her body was too thin. she fell down several times and fell on the mud.

"Anybody here? Somebody help my mother!"

She knelt down and cried bitterly. She didn't know why things had turned out like this. Her father had conspired to frame her mother for a woman and took away all the heritage left by her grandfather.

Her mother couldn't bear the blow and finally fell ill.

From time to time, there were cars speeding along the road. The dazzling headlights lit up the long and ugly scars on the face of Jill Laclaus, which almost covered the whole face.

She wiped off the mud on her face and rushed to the road regardless of anything.

A black Bentley car just came in. The driver's face changed greatly and cursed in a low voice. The car screeched to a halt in front of Jill Laclaus. They almost hit her!

In the car, the man who was sitting in the back seat with his eyes closed opened his eyes. His handsome face was filled with coldness.

Seeing the car stop, Jill Laclaus felt pain all over her body. She rushed up and slapped the window for help. "Help my mother, please."

"God, what's going on?" The driver whispered, afraid of disturbing the people behind him.

"Let's go downstairs and have a look."

The man's low and indifferent voice came from behind.

"I see, sir!"

The driver didn't dare to say anything more. He hurriedly opened the door and held the umbrella for Trank.

His shiny shoes stepped on the rain, making a crisp sound. He walked to the front of the car and looked down at the girl who fell to the ground because she was out of strength.

The shadow of his tall figure easily covered the people on the ground.

Jill Laclaus raised her head and happened to see the light falling behind the man. Her eyes flashed for a moment as if she saw God.

The man bent over, passed her, and put his hand on her mother's neck.

After a while, the man took back his hand and said, "She's dead."

With her eyes wide open, Jill Laclaus seemed to be strangled by a devil. She threw herself at her mother crazily. "No, my mother is not dead. You lied to me! Mom, wake up. It's me. I'm Jill!"

Trank looked at her coldly, then he quickly withdrew his sight, turned, and was about to leave.

Hearing the footsteps leaving, Jill immediately lost the sense of security. In despair, she threw herself on the man and begged him not to leave. "Sir, I beg you. Please save my mother... She is not dead! Trust me, she was lying to me just now. I beg you!"

The footsteps of Trank stopped.

The blood and mud mixed on his body made him unhappy. He frowned and wanted to push the girl away, but when he saw her thin and desperate eyes, he stopped.

At this moment, he seemed to see himself.

At that time, he seemed to be at this age. His parents passed away one after another. He was locked in his room and was about to starve to death several times, but no one around him helped him.

There was a hint of expression on his usual cold face.

He picked her up and walked towards the car.

The driver followed them with an umbrella and didn't dare to speak at all. He only heard the man's order, "Deal with the matter well."

The rainstorm lasted the whole night and didn't stop until the second morning.

The family doctor of the Hughes family had been busy the whole night.

The old wound on Jill had a relapse, and she had been wet in the rain the whole night. She had a high fever and was in a very critical condition.

The doctor tried his best to save her back. Jill had been in a coma for another two days.

Sitting in the hall and drinking coffee, Trank's eyes turned blue. He hadn't had a good rest for a long time.

He was holding the documents that had just been sent to him.

Bang! Bang!

Suddenly, the sound of glass breaking came from the bedroom.

After putting down the coffee, Trank got up and went to the bedroom. He saw many pieces of glass scattered on the ground.

He turned around and said to the servant, "Come in and clean it up."

Seeing the man coming over, Jill shrank back into the corner, holding the quilt in her hands. "Who... Who are you? Where am I?"

'Who is the man in front of me? Why can't I remember him at all?'

Looking at the frightened eyes of Jill, Trank frowned. A trace of impatience flashed through his eyes. "Don't you remember what happened that night?"

"No, I don't remember." Jill shook her head with a pale face.

Just as she was about to continue, a picture suddenly appeared in her mind. Her eyes were red, and she held her head in pain. " My name is Jill. My mother is dead. How could this be?"

Looking at her crazier movements, the pain of his family's death came back to the mind of Trank.

But he quickly suppressed these emotions and said to the servant, "Ask Depp to examine her."

Depp was the private doctor of Trank.

Today was the day for a regular check of Trank every month. Doctor Depp came soon. Unexpectedly, when he pushed the door open, he saw a frightened girl.

"Let her calm down first." With a long face, the face of Mr. Trank darkened. He looked at the pain of Jill who losing her family, and some bad memories had been stirred up in his mind.

"I see."

Depp quickly walked over and injected her with a tranquilizer. By the way, he did a check-up. "Mr. Trank, if I'm not wrong, she has just experienced a major blow and a high fever for the whole night. Out of instinct, she deleted some of her memories."

Seeing the girl lying on the bed with a painful face even if she was in a coma, Trank didn't say anything. His face darkened and he quickly walked out of the bedroom.

In the evening.

In a daze, Jill woke up. Looking at the dim room, she couldn't come to her senses.

"Get out!"

An angry rebuke came from outside all of a sudden.

As soon as the door was pushed open, Jill was shocked.

The hall in front of her was in a mess. The table was overturned, the chair was smashed, and glass fragments and other things were thrown all over the ground.

"Get out! I don't need a doctor. I'm not sick. Only you guys are sick!"

The man's roar was hoarse and desperate, making people's hearts tremble.

"This is a madman. Don't get close to him!"

"He was born with this disease. No wonder the Hughes family didn't want him at all."

"He is a little devil. His parents were all killed by him!"

The shadow of childhood constantly appeared in front of his eyes. Trank even heard many people talking near his ears, which almost made his head crack.

No!

That's not the truth!

"Shut up! All of you! Shut up!"

Trank tried hard to push away the "people" in front of him, but those sounds did not stop at all. He picked up a chair and smashed it against the wall, and the splashing fragments scratched his face.

Jill stood stiffly at the door of the room. From afar, she could see the blood streaks in the blue eyes of Trank.

"Leave here and don't provoke him!"

Doctor Depp ordered the servants. They were going to have the last examination, but they didn't expect that the sudden outburst of the Trank would occur.

The servants were already afraid. They immediately went out after hearing the doctor's words, fearing that the things in the hands of the Trank would hit themselves the next second.

Doctor Depp hurried to look for the medicine. At this time, he saw a small figure walking towards the direction of Trank.
