7 Danger

But, suddenly, the doorknob twisting sound was heard. And within a second, the door was slammed against the wall revealing the so-called Boss's guards, carrying guns in their hands, all pointing towards both of them.

"What you did to our Boss?", one of the guards asked, pointing the gun towards Eshana, as she was the one standing next to the unconscious body of the Boss, lying on the floor.

"First of all, lower down your gun.", Lee demanded the guard who was pointing the gun towards Eshana.

"You too. What are you doing here? Why is our Boss lying unconscious? What did you both do to him?", another guard inquired, pointing a gun towards Lee.

Now both Lee and Eshana were surrounded by guards pointing guns directly towards their heads.

"I said, lower down your guns first!", Lee again ordered, now in a more serious and raged tone.

But the guards did not seem to obey these seeming enemies of their Boss. They started taking slow steps towards both of them.

Suddenly, Lee interrupted their moving feet by saying, "You all better lower down your guns because I am pretty sure that though your Boss has bought you these toys (pointing towards the guns), to play around, they all are bound to be used under his orders only. (with a smirk) Isn't it so?"

After this statement, Lee proudly looked towards Eshana, hoping she would be amazed by such a clever statement. But unlike the expected Eshana was glaring at him, though she seemed to be silent, her eyes, which Lee could read clearly right now, were screaming at him for using such a lame excuse.

"Well, we have all the rights to use these toys, if it is for our Boss's security reasons.", one of the guards stated, releasing a breath of chuckle, and the rest followed.

Since Lee was already so disappointed with that statement, he again looked towards Eshana. But it proved to be of no use as she was now giving him more disgusted looks. From those reactions of hers, his already tensed state exaggerated it all, and he thought that she might have started cursing him beneath her breath for being this stupid.

Eshana was continuously staring at him with those looks, making him run out of patience, due to which he was about to scream…

But….

"Stop!", Eshana stated, grabbing all the attention of the guards.

"Exactly! Stop cursing me", Lee said with obvious looks.

"Will you just stay quiet for some time!", Eshana said giving a glance to him, "I am talking to you all. (looking towards the guards) Stop right there!", with this statement, she quickly bent down to the level of the unconscious Boss, and grabbed the card lingering out of the unconscious Boss's pocket due to his sudden fall, hit it hard on the floor and placed the half-broken card right over his throat. The card because of being broken was sharp enough to tear the soft skin of a human effortlessly.

"Don't you dare try to do something like that! Take your hands off our Boss", one of the guards warned Eshana.

"Silence! Don't you know this is the dialogue of the lead? And according to the current situation, I am the one taking it. So, drop your guns and make way for us to leave.", Eshana claimed with a bold tone.

Now, the guards had no option left as the one they were here to protect could die due to their way of giving protection. So, all of them, after sharing a glance, bent down and were about to put the gun down, but, suddenly…

THE BOSS STARTED GAINING CONSCIOUSNESS!

Now, once again, all the guards held their guns high to the level of both Lee and Eshana's temple.

Now for once again, both were in trouble.

The Boss in seconds gained his consciousness, but it all went unnoticed by Eshana and Lee, as they were busy looking at the sight of those guards holding guns right in front of them.

This proved to be a blissful moment, but, unfortunately for the Boss. He jerked the sharp, broken piece of card from Eshana's hand and slid out of her already loosed grip.

Now he was standing in front of Eshana, along with his armed guards.

This was the moment when both Lee and Eshana seemed to be helpless.

"What you thought while coming here, huh? That you are going to a random owner of a hotel, where you will simply go and ask the Boss to get his hands off a trivial orphanage which is holding back one of his important projects, and he will obey you like a kid, leaving his dream project of building an extraordinary five-star hotel, just like anything! Did you think that?", the Boss left a chuckle after finishing his randomly predicted story.

But no moment till yet was worse than the next move of the Boss.

"Do you think I will let it all slide off this easily? Never!", with this he stepped back, leaving space which the next moment was filled with those armed guards.

This move was enough to make them both freeze at their spots.

A place, with which none of them was much familiar, trying to fight for the justice of a helpless orphanage, they met just a few hours ago.

Who knew that a random act of kindness, with a combo of little rebels, could make them end up in an unknown room surrounded by armed guards, leaving them feeling helpless.

Seeing the glimpse of fear on Lee and Eshana's faces, the Boss felt pleased, and a smirk left his mouth. But not much later, he noticed a bigger smirk on the face in his front, and that was no other than, Eshana.

Seeing this, the smirk on the Boss's face dropped.

"Are you enjoying it?", the Boss asked in a pissed tone.

On the other hand, Lee, who, till yet, was just looking at those armed guards, shifted his sight, now looking at Eshana's, seemingly, devil smile.

Lee pov

Is she out of her senses? Why on earth is she smiling? Oh lord! Don't take away her senses yet. I know it is a difficult situation but she can not make these gestures even under a mental breakdown. Please hold a little more Eshana, I will find a way out of this. Please don't go crazy yet.

"Of course I am enjoying this situation, but I bet the next one will be even better", Eshana left a chuckle after these words to the Boss.

Before the Boss could process anything further...

"BANG", a loud sound of a gunshot echoed the room.

All the guards, carrying guns, looked in the direction of the sound. Why? Because, this time, they were not the ones to fire.

The Boss too, with the expressions of confusion and fear, looked in the direction of the gunshot.

The same goes with Lee, but not Eshana.

Both of them looked in the direction of the gunshot sound too.

Every eye was now stuck outside the door to get the sight of the gunshot owner.

And soon enough, a group of massive guards, with much heavier physiques than the Boss's guards, occupied the room.

"Nobody will move!", a voice ordered…..
