9 __________ Months in the Library

When the Librarian said this he was merely joking because there is no young boy that would rather stay inside in a place of learning that be out in the world and enjoy nature.

*Ding*

After hearing that sound Ben knew something really good was about to happen.

The system has unlocked a part of itself. There is now a mission section to the system. You will be rewarded for any missions you can complete there is no failure penalty.

*New Mission*

Complete all books on first floor of the library

Reward: 1000 EXP

On the first floor of the library there were almost 2 million and that is just a testament to the mere power that the Mage Academy had. The library was massive and it would have been a wonder if Ben could have finished the entire first floor by the end of the month but with the system nothing is impossible.

-System is it possible to make a skill where i don't need to read a book but i can understand the contents perfectly?(Ben)

-Yes but there is a penalty if the user pays upfront the necessary changes will occur.(BOS)

-Please do.(Ben)

-It will be an addition onto the eyes of god but now it will not only tell you about the uses it will also let you memorize any information and it also expands your conscientiousness so you will not suffer from brain overload.(BOS)

-What is the price?(Ben)

-You will not receive a EXP reward from any of your next 5 missions.(BOS)

Knowing that the EXP rewards would be giant he was thinking about it hard. After a couple minutes of deliberation he decided that it was better to get it now than need it later and the price being the same with larger rewards.

He received the boosted Eyes of God and decided to just stroll around the library looking at the books with the skill active. After a couple of minutes he realized the strain that it put on his eyes and that he would only be able to do a minimum of 60 of books a minute but a maximum of 65 unlike his earlier thoughts of it being a cake walk.

That only gave him 4 hours of sleep and 2 hours of practicing daily. This pace was terrifying to any other person but it wasn't enough for Ben. He needed to go faster. He would never be able to access anything else in the library if he didn't because he got kicked out of his classroom. After the month was done and Ben finished the 2 million plus books on the first floor he looked for the librarian to take the test on the knowledge he got from the book to find that the librarian left a note on the counter for book check-out:

To Ben,

I have learned about what happened to you and i see how dedicated you are to looking though all the books i know nobody can read all the books in this library not even the first floor so i give you permission to go to any floor you want and read any book you want but this offer only lasts till the next time you leave the library. There is a washroom in the back that you can use and i have put out a bed for you to use in the library office.

Sincerely

Dave the Librarian

Seeing this the only thing that Ben could think was he found another person to protect after he got strong.

Time moves like the breeze; one hour, one day, one week, one month , one year.

After 22 months of not leaving the library Ben has learned everything that it had to offer and more because of his talks to solidify his knowledge with Dave.

Seeing the massive amounts of knowledge that Ben could bring in he decided to do something about a certain group of people.
