20 BSWS CH-20 Aftermath, Preparations and Training Part-3

Sakura mentally looked through the techniques UTS transmitted to her mind. As a downside to her interference in the fight, Zabuza had not got enough time to display all the techniques he knew.

As a result, Sakura now had access to four Water Style Jutsus: Hidden in Mist Technique, Water Clone, Water Dragon and Water Prison. She knew from her previous knowledge that Zabuza at least had two more Jutsu. Too bad that she didn't get her hands on those too.

After making sure that the information transmitted to her mind was complete, along with the personal touch of the way Zabuza used them, She turned her attention to Kakashi. He was still thinking of ways to teach her.

"Sensei, I have something to show you." Sakura interrupted his thoughts.

"Hmm? Ya sure go ahead, I am paying attention." Kakashi replied.

Sakura molded chakra within her and and prepared to cast the Hidden Mist Jutsu. Thanks to her immense chakra control, and Zabuza's expertise with the use of the jutsu that was transmitted to her, she cast the jutsu without need for a hand sign.

"Hidden in Mist Jutsu!" Sakura exclaimed softly. Kakashi watched as Mist accumulated quickly around Sakura before spreading out slowly. Within seconds, Kakashi was reminded of the battle between him Zabuza, as the thickness of the mist kept increasing.

"You managed to learn Zabuza's Techniques?" Kakashi exclaimed.

"Yes," Sakura said "Just like I learnt your Body Flicker Technique, Sensei."

Kakashi looked at her with both appreciation and astonishment. It made him evaluate her ability with a higher standard. This was due to the fact she had managed to comprehend the jutsu in the middle of a high speed fight. Moreover, it was a fight where she had been participating along with him and contributing greatly towards their victory.

"Did you manage to learn any more of his Techniques?" Kakashi asked.

Sakura nodded and made a hand sign. The next moment, two identical Sakura formed next to her. Kakashi paused for a moment before realising what she was showing.

"Water Clone!" Kakashi said as he examined the clones closely. Using a Kunai, he tested their durability and found that they were only slightly less durable than the one Zabuza himself had used. However that could be attributed to the amount of Chakra supplied.

"I have also managed to learn the Water Dragon and Water Prison jutsu. However I don't have enough chakra to execute them properly in a fight." Sakura admitted.

Kakashi nodded and pondered on her issue. It made sense that she could not use those two right now. Those were B and A ranked jutsu with high chakra requirement. If she had managed to execute them too then he would have to wonder if she had been replaced by a Kiri Jonin instead.

"Hmm, well keeping in mind that you basically have phenomenal chakra control and are already prepared with Ninjutsu, I think we simply have to work on your Chakra amount. We will accomplish that by training you physically and mentally." Kakashi decided.

"Sensei, I also want to work on the weapon techniques for the equipment I have received." Sakura said as she brought Clawed Gauntlets with the Shuriken linked Chain.

"Okay, we will do that too." Kakashi said.

The next few days, Kakashi spent every hour he was not resting to train his three Genin. Each of them focused on a different aspect to improve based on their talents.

Naruto focused on the most basic aspect: mastering the chakra control. With his humungous chakra, that was what he needed the most. Sasuke on the other hand trained in chakra control, physical training and weapon arts.

Sakura had the most intensive training session of the three. She worked on her Ninjutsu and weapon arts along with physical and mental training to improve chakra. Apart from this, Kakashi also pitted her against Naruto and Sasuke to get them used to fighting in the mist.

With her constant sparring, along with the physical and mental training, Sakura's chakra amount started increasing. With constant use, her chakra started to get purer and denser too, which meant she would have to use less chakra to obtain better benefit.

Sakura also found time to devise some special training method to give both Sasuke and Naruto an edge in combat. Since Naruto had an overwhelming amount of chakra, Sakura devised a variant of chakra control method to emulate an offensive technique.

During chakra control exercises, they had seen that overloading the soles of their feet with chakra would result in it exploding outwards on the tree bark. Based on that, Sakura devised a technique called Chakra Push.

Chakra Push was basically where you intentionally disrupt your chakra control and allow it to explode outwards from the point of contact with the enemy. It was a ridiculous chakra draining close combat technique that worked on the principle of using 100$ to buy 1$. However to someone like Naruto, who had more chakra than he knew what to do with, this was a perfect jutsu to use without effort.

Meanwhile, she went the other way with Sasuke. Recently Sasuke had been discussing with Kakashi about Sharingan and how it was a Kekkei Genkai exclusive for the Uchiha clan. As she expected, Kakashi refused to explain and kept diverting the issue with various excuses.

Before relations between Sasuke and Kakashi could sour, Sakura devised a way to take Sasuke's mind off of it. She suggested that there was a way Sasuke could awaken his Sharingan too. When Sasuke got interested, she asked Kakashi to explain how he used Sharingan.

Kakashi explained that Sharingan was basically a mutation of the eye which was activated when supplied with Chakra actively. After listening to this, Sakura suggested that Sasuke first get proficient with Chakra Control and then try to strengthen his eyes with trace amounts of chakra on daily basis.

This way he would have a higher chance to awaken Sharingan. Once it awakens, his chakra control proficiency would allow him to maintain Sharingan for longer duration. Sasuke was only partially convinced by her explanation, but the desire to awaken his Sharingan overwhelmed him and he decided to do as Sakura asked.

Sakura watched him work hard to master Chakra control and smiled to herself. The reason she was so confident of this plan was because she knew that Sasuke had already awakened the Sharingan when Itachi made him watch the massacre of Uchiha clan over and over with Tsukuyomi.

It was only because Sasuke's Chakra Control was not great that he was not able to activate it on will. Once he manages to get decent chakra control, he will not have to wait for a life and death situation to activate his potential.

It often baffled her why most shinobi relied on life and death situations to unlock their potential when Chakra allowed them to do so on a daily basis by simply training hard. It as ironic that people like Guy and Lee were the ones who trained so hard despite having lesser affinity to chakra.

Honestly, if Lee had even 0.1% of the chakra Naruto does then he would probably kick all Jinchuriki's ass single-handedly. It was a pity that those who are blessed with something don't appreciate it as much as those without it.
