3 Responsibilities & Duties

With great power there must also come great responsibility. Working on the Dao requires take the responsibilities in the communities. Apprentices must learn the community rules and participate in the group activities. Daoists with higher ranks must take responsibilities of training the new comers. The following responsibilities apply to the Webnovel group. Duties may vary depending on the rules of groups.

I: Apprentice

1. Contribute one engagement post per week

2. Report suspicious posts & members

3. Choose a mentor from the Mages/Gurus to learn the rules and

skills

II: Mage

1. Contribute one engagement post per week

2. Review members & contents

3. Guide the apprentices

III: Master

1. Contribute one engagement post per week

2. Review members & contents

3. Guide the apprentices

IV: Daolord

1. Group development

2. Contribute contents

3. Review members & contents

There are several things need to avoid on the Dao.

Rules below affects all rank:

*Absence

If one absents more than one week without notifying the group council, he/she will be cast out of the path of the Dao for a month, and cannot upgrade his/her rank while he/she was expelled.

If one absents more than one month, even if he/she notified the group council, he/she will be cast out of the path of the Dao for two months

*Misfeasance

Misfeasance includes but is not limited to the following behaviors:

Rejecting group application without a solid reason

Firing group members without a solid reason

Selecting others' contents without a solid reason

If one commits those malfeasances above, he/she will be downgraded or fired depending on the severity of the situations.
