First Month:

It has been a week since my birth, in this time I have confirmed that I am in a world with Pokemon. A noticeable difference between the world of Pokemon from Earth and this world is that, this world has non-Pokemon animals. Another notable difference comes from the fact that Pokemon are the favorite pets to have. So most of the more Earthian animals have retained their wild instincts and have stayed in their primal bloodlines. This means that the animals that can be livestock are the same as Earth (Cows, pigs, etc...), but there are no pets such as cats, dogs, or hamsters.

My family lives in a fairly good looking house. The outside walls are painted light grey with white accents along the edges. The entrance is a set of wooden doors with a beautiful circular crest engraved into the wood. The house is about three stories high, but it is only split into 2 floors and an attic. The floor area on the first floor is split between the living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, and a bathroom. The second floor is smaller than the first only having three bedrooms, one full bath and a bathroom. All this makes our house is pretty big and it is full of the latest useful innovations in home technology. My parents apparently moved here for my birth as there are still some unopened boxes laying throughout the house.

I have my own room which is absolutely amazing. I can see my happy future of enjoying this room without having to share with a brother. The room itself is massive (about 6 meters by 10 meters) and has some unique architecture playfully added around the room. The room is a rectangle with a large window on the right side of the far wall. Along the walls to the right is a set of three windows with a sky light in the middle of the ceiling. The room has a 4 meter by 4 meter square loft space covering the close left corner and four wooden closets are fitted into the far wall. My crib is in front of the middle window on the right side, but other than that my room is sparsely decorated with having plain white walls. It seems that my parents are taking the approach that I will change things in my room as I grew up, so why add anything now. I am quite in favor of this, already making plans for what I am going to do to my room.

Moving on to myself. My ears have cleared up, so I have discovered that the people here speak a different language that I have never heard before. But the language does seem to have Greek and Latin sounds in it, so I am thankfully not completely starting from scratch. Weirdly though, Pokemon and people seem to have English names that could be found on Earth.

My mom's name is Ceto and my father's is Lucifer. My name on the other hand is completely terrible. *sigh* Who names their child Beyond? Like really, who names their kid Beyond. *sigh* I just hope that it fits my last name. So to sum up; my parents love me, I am now living in an amazing house, I get a wonderful room, I am living with Pokemon, and the only negative is a dumb name. Sounds like a good deal to me. *sigh*

[3 weeks later]

I am now about one month old, in this time I have learned to pick up on what my parents are talking about. I don't acutely know what they are saying though, just good guesses. With my slight growth I have gained basic movement capabilities, such as being able to move my arms and legs. Sadly though, I am still a few months away from walking or standing.

In this time I have been outside the vicinity of the house twice and saw some wild Pokemon and other creatures about. The town I live in is surprisingly well established and is surrounded by a forest.

Today my parents have been packing for a camping trip and are almost done. I am super excited to see where we will go and what Pokemon we will see.

[A few hours later]

I hate being a baby, you fall asleep at random and can't fall asleep when you what to. So, when I woke up we were at the campsite. The camping site is at a clearing in some forest. Right now I am laying in a hammock in between two trees. From my position I can see Mom and Dad getting the campsite ready with the help of Umbreon and Typhlosion. After watching for a bit, sleep over takes me and I fall asleep.
