18 Chapter 17

First pov

I was really enjoying this, I didn't expect to find any friends here, especially on the first day and after I beat them all up, but it was nice to have some fun for once. Though all the others would throw glares or ignore me, I understand after all I am a killer, but they didn't have to be so out there about it. At least try to be a bit subtle.

After about another hour of shouting vines, playing games, and just goofing around it was evening so we decided to all go back to our dorms.

I walked back to my dorm but was greeted by a wonderfully appreciated guest. Haha, not.

I saw the familiar dark purple-haired girl with headphones on leaning next to my door. I walked closer and she looked at me with a glare. Geez, she seems friendly.

She pulled her headphones down around her neck and walked up to me, keeping her glare, "What's your angle?"

"Angle?"

"Why are you here? I doubt a villain like you would want to attend a hero school, so why are you really here?"

I put my hands up in surrender, "Look, it's like we said earlier. It was either this or prison and I'm part of this rehabilitation program. Nothing more nothing less."

She continued to stare at me with analyzing and calculating eyes, "How can we trust that you're not a spy for the League? They've been targeting our class since this year started, a person on the inside would give them the exact leverage they need."

I glared back at her when she mentioned the League, "I'm telling the truth, whether you want to believe me or not is your own problem. Though, I can guarantee that I'm not a spy for that pathetic thing they call a League."

Her eyes widened slightly. That seemed to shut her up. I walked past her, hitting my shoulder against hers harshly. I entered my dorm and slightly slammed my door shut, once again face-planting on my bed. Today was a long day, though fun.

I rolled over laying on my back and stared at the ceiling. Playing games with Denki, Izuku, and Shoto was fun, especially when I absolutely dominated Denki in arm wrestling. Video games may be his specialty, but strength is my domain. I smiled, "I guess staying here won't be too bad."

Oh, how much I would regret those words.

Jiro POV (a/n: HA bet you weren't expecting that)

The door slammed shut behind me and I flinched. I took deep breaths in and out. Their glare was terrifying, I felt like I was about to be eaten alive. Their cold dark eyes ran shivers down my spine just thinking about them. Because of my "great acting skills" I was sent to question Kurosaki. I don't know why they didn't just use Shinsou, but it did clear up a few things. They called the league pathetic so maybe some bad history or they don't approve of them? It's probably the latter since they hate people who have done bad.

I walked back into the common room. There waiting was Uraraka, Iida, Ojiro, Sato, Sero, and Momo sitting on the couches in silence. Everyone else had already gone to their dorms, so we were the only ones left. I sat down next to Momo and leaned my head on her shoulder. Her arm snaked around my waist and pulled me closer to her, "Are you okay? What happened?" Her voice laced with worry.

I sighed, "I'm fine. Kurosaki probably isn't a spy from the league, but I wouldn't be surprised if they worked for a competing organization from how they spoke."

"What do you mean "how they spoke"?" Ojiro questioned.

I sighed as I remembered their eyes, "When I mentioned the League, they glared daggers. Not directed towards me, but even just at the mention of the league. They either have a bad past or their organizations are competing."

"What if they simply hate the league? They said they only killed those and hated those who have done terrible things, so do you think they might just not approve of them?" Sato asked thoughtfully.

"Either way we can't take any risks," Iida spoke as he pushed up his glasses, "They were once a villain, what's to say they aren't one? They could just be lying in wait for the right moment and all of this could be an act."

I nodded in agreement and so did Momo and Uraraka. There is something they are hiding from us. We may not know what, but we will do everything we can to find out.

"Why don't we spy on them?" Sero spoke up with a serious look, "What if we watched and observed them. If we see anything suspicious, then we can report it immediately to Mr.Aizawa."

I grumbled, "That wouldn't work, they'd notice us following them or looking at them in a heartbeat."

"Not if it were you," Uraraka suggested, "think about it. Jiro can easily listen in on any private conversations with her quirk."

I closed my eyes and thought about it. My quirk is best suited for this, but- a flash image of their intimidating eyes flashed in my head, "No way, I'm not doing it. We're just going to have to find another way"

Momo looked at me concerned, "Why? Did they threaten you? Hurt you? Threaten to kill you!?"

She began fussing over what could've happened. Mumbling questions under her breath and examined my body looking for any sort of injury. I chuckled a bit, "No, they didn't do any of that. It's just their eyes were terrifying and intimidating. Like where you just don't want to mess with them."

"What did they look like?" Ojiro asked with slight fear in his voice.

I sighed and looked up at the ceiling, "The best word to describe them would be undead. It's like they're living, but not really alive. It was odd. At first, they looked normal, but at that moment they just seemed to hollow."

A few moments of silence passed by until I heard Iida's voice speak. He stood up, "We'll talk about this tomorrow. There's no use going in circles now. It's already getting late and we should all go to bed. Goodnight everyone."

We all went to our separate dorms. Something is seriously off about Kurosaki.

*time skip to next day*

First POV

I woke up early and threw on a black hoodie, some basic blue jeans, and shoes. Yesterday, I was introduced to the class so today will be my actual first day… yippee.

I walked out to the common room and saw some of the others wearing their uniform while talking and eating breakfast. Silently I walked over to the fridge and grabbed some orange juice. It's a habit for me that I don't really eat in the morning. I don't know why I just don't like to.

I was sipping at my drink happily in my corner until a certain someone's voice had to ruin it.

"Why aren't you wearing a uniform? It's school policy that all students wear one and by ignoring such policies you are disrespecting this school!"

I looked over to the owner of the voice and found myself looking at Sonic who looked pissed, but I could care less.

I held out my right hand and said sarcastically, "Maybe if we wait just a little bit longer, a fuck will fall into my hand and I can give it to you." (a/n AHHAAHHAJLAHJFHDJ)

He fell silent for a moment and opened his mouth to scold me again, but I put my hand up cutting him off, "Relax, I have permission from Nezu. I have to follow the dress code policy, but as for uniforms, I am not required to wear one. Ask him if you don't believe me."

He shut his mouth, thankfully, and walked away. I went back to tiredly sipping at my drink until I was done. I rinsed the cup and placed it in the sink. Grabbing my basic bag, I began my walk to the main school building.

Many other students looked at me as I walked through the halls. Some were looks of confusion while others were looks of disgust. Suddenly I heard a loud voice behind me, "You villain, you don't belong here!"

It was just some rando from another class so I paid no attention to him and kept walking. Though, many more people said things as I passed. Some said basic insults like freak, villain, or other names like that. While others said things like, you don't belong here, you should just leave, or who do you think you're fooling. I guess someone from 1-A slipped that I was a villain to the rest of the student body, cause the news traveled like wildfire.

"HA HA HA! WHAT DOES A VILLAIN LIKE YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING HERE!? YOU DON'T BELONG HERE SO WHY DON'T YOU JUST LEAVE. NO ONE WANTS YOU HERE ANYWAY!"

I turned to my left and saw a blonde boy laughing like a mad man leaning against the wall. I just scoffed and kept going.

He shouted again, "OH DOES THE POOR WEAK VILLAIN LIKE YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING? NOT GOING TO RESPOND TO ME WHEN I'M TALKING TO YOU!?"

I kept my head down as he continued to shout insults at me. He walked up to me and grabbed my wrist, "HEY LOOK AT ME WHEN I'M TALKING TO Y-"

I pulled his arm forward and in the blink of an eye, pinned him down face first on the hallway floor with his hand twisted behind his back and his other hand, held by my own. He struggled and tried to move out of my grip. I said coldly, "I don't want to be here anymore than you want me here. So, do everyone a favor and mind your own fucking business. I don't need you butting into my life and would appreciate it if you don't," I leaned closer down next to his ear, "so if you would just pretend I'm not even here."

I released him and stood up smoothly with a blank expression. He scrambled up onto his feet dusting himself off. He looked at me with an angry look in his eyes before storming off down the hall. I grabbed my bag that was now on the floor and slung it back over my shoulder. Today was certainly gonna be interesting…
