1 This is Why I Don't Do Nice Things

I walked into class the next day after our joined training with class 1-B and instantly started teasing Momo.

"Momooooo~" I cooed, gaining her attention.

"I feel like enough of a failure already, do you have to remind me?" She asked, facepalming herself.

I fake gasped.

"What ever would make you think I was here to tease you?" I asked, setting my bag down and plopped in my seat in front of her.

She turned her deadpanned face onto me and I snorted. I reached down into my bag and pulled out a cute bag filled with chocolates.

"Here Momo." I set it gently on her desk and she peered at it.

"Aww, thank you Kitsune!"

"What is it?" Uraraka comes over from talking to Iida.

"Kitsune gave me chocolate!" She said happily.

I grinned.

"I knew you were feeling kinda down and you know what always cheers me up?" I asked, grabbing my bag and standing up.

"What?" Midoriya asked. I hand him a small bag of chocolate.

"Chocolate." I go around, offering everyone a bag. No one said no and they each took a bite.

"Oh my god. Where did you get these? They taste amazing!!" Mina said, quickly shoving the rest into her mouth.

I cock my head at her.

"Are they really that good?" I asked, looking at the couple thirty extra bags I had left.

"Heck yeah!" Kirishima said.

I look to see Midoriya smiling as he ate his and Momo grinning softly to herself as she ate hers.

"Did you not try any?" Bakugou asked, inspecting the chocolate before trying it.

He took a bite and his eyes widened in surprise as he threw the rest of the bag in his mouth.

I smiled.

"No, I didn't try any. It's because I made them."

They all froze and looked at me before grinning.

"WHAT?!" Kaminari said, looking at the piece in his hand.

"You're so good at baking!" Jiro said.

"She puts me to shame." Sato said.

I laugh and had Aizawa one when he walks in. He sniffs it before gently taking a bite out of it. His eyes visibly widen as he eats the rest and hummed with thanks.

"She made them!" Sero said.

Aizawa smiled at me.

"That was a truly good chocolate. Very sweet." He smiled, petting my head.

I felt myself go red at his praise and walked out.

"I made some for class B too. I'll be right back!" He nodded and I secretly slipped him another bag.

He grinned and turned to the class.

"Okay so today-" I shut the door and walked next door. I knocked and the door opened to reveal Kendo.

"Oh. Kitsune, do you need something? Vlad King-sensei isn't here yet." She smiled.

I shook my head and welcomed myself in before presenting her with a bag of chocolate.

"I made these for our classes." I said. I quickly handed them out and watched as they bit into the treats.

"I refuse to eat something made by class A." Monoma huffed, peering at the bag.

"Yeah but, Kitsune made them. You'll hurt her feelings if you don't try it." Kendo said.

"It's okay, if her doesn't want to, he doesn't have too." I said.

TetsuTetsu on the other hand, devoured his in seconds.

"Holy crap, this is amazing." He crowed.

I laughed and left one on the stand for Vlad King.

"I have to go, but enjoy!"

Thanks went around and I left. I was in the hallway when I was stopped in my tracks.

There was a UA student sitting there, a cut on her arm that was bleeding pretty badly. I hear something go off on the speakers but ignored it as I went to see if the girl was okay.

"Hey, are you alright?" I asked.

She didn't respond, only shaking violently as though she was freezing. Then I heard the announcement.

"I REPEAT, DO NOT APPROACH ANYONE WITH CUTS OF BLOOD IN THEM. IN FACT, GET AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND A THREAT. LOCK YOUR CLASSROOM DOORS AND WAIT WITH YOUR TEACHER FOR INSTRUCTIONS."

Alarms went off and I looked down just in time to see the girl lunge at me.

I shouted as I jumped back and missed her swipe at me. Her hand dug into the wall where I was stand and her hand left large claw marks.

"Damn, that was close." I said, backing up.

A scream was heard down the hall and I saw Kendo trying to kick a boy who was covered in scratched away from their door.

He almost got her when I appeared, kicking him in the ribcage. He flew down the hall and bashed into a wall.

"Are you alright?" The students looked at me with surprise and nodded. "Where's Vlad?"

"He didn't show up." Setsuna Tokage said.

I growled and nodded at Kendo.

"Keep your friends safe. Lock the door." I said, running to my class.

She nodded and shut the door. I waited until I heard the lock click and turned around to come face to face with the girl again. I ducked in time to avoid the swipe of her hand and swiped her legs from underneath her.

I jumped over her fallen figure and tried to open my door, only to find it locked.

"Aizawa!It's me! Kitsune!" I shouted.

The lock was quickly undone and a strong arm pulled me in as fast as they could. I fell on top of a body and heard the door slam shut and the lock return.

I looked up to see I had fallen on Bakugou who had his arms around me. He groaned and sat up and came face to face with me.

"I'm sorry. Are you okay?" I asked, starting to get off him. He held me fast, keeping me from moving as a loud sound went off behind the door.

I hear groaning and a loud thud. I heard distant screams throughout the rest of the school and froze when I could've sworn I heard Kendo scream. I struggled against Bakugou who held me fast.

"Let me go. I think I heard Kendo but I made sure their door was locked before coming here." He held me as best as he could but was having a hard time.

"LITTLE HELP?' He shouted at the bystanders.

Kirishima instantly came over and helped pin me down.

"What the hell you guys? Let me out-" I was cut off by Aizawa.

"No. We knew you're the first person to go back out there and put yourself in danger to help save others. We can't have that." He said.

"Idiot. You trying to get killed?" Bakugou asked.

"What? You care?" I snapped, feeling Kirishima's grip tighten when I almost jumped out of Bakugou's arms.

"I do. And I vote that you don't go get yourself killed." Tokoyami said.

Everyone nodded in agreement. The lights started flickering and someone whimpered. They went out and we were left in almost complete darkness.

I hissed and tried pushing against them but stopped when another announcement was being broadcasted. Kirishima and Bakugou took my temporary distraction as a chance to get a better grip on me while Bakugou held me in his lap, Kirishima held my legs and sat across from Bakugou.

"STUDENTS AND TEACHERS. YOU MAY NOT USE YOUR QUIRKS TO FIGHT THE INFECTED. INSTEAD, BREAK YOUR WINDOWS AND YOU'LL FIND A LADDER THAT HAS BEEN SET THERE. CLIMB DOWN AND INTO THE COURTYARDS OF THE SCHOOL. THERE IS A SAFE ZONE ESTABLISHED WITH VLAD KING AND MIDNIGHT. HEAD THERE NOW!" The voice on the intercom said.

Bakugou stood up and set me down by the windows. I frowned and sighed as I pulled my arm backed and punched the window.

The glass shattered and I looked out to see a sturdy ladder waiting for use. At the bottom, an Ectoplasm clone was holding it steady.

"I'll go last." I said. I could see the concern on many faces but I smiled. "No, I won't go back. I can fly, so I'll let the people who need the latter go first."

Some nodded at my reasoning while Bakugou frowned.

"Hell no. Kirishima, stay with her until everyone goes down." He said, climbing out of the window.

Kirishima nodded while I rolled my eyes. Everyone's attention turned to the furiously thumping that had occured while we were conversing.

A red hand slapped over the window in the door and left a bloody handprint. Mineta screamed while Momo covered her mouth and gasped along with Jiro.

I growled and had to restrain myself from walking over while I ushered the others through the window.

I froze as I heard shouts behind the door.

"HELP, ANYONE, MY FRIEND IS HURT! I SWEAR NONE OF THOSE THINGS GOT HIM, HE GOT HURT TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM THEM!!"

I looked at Aizawa in frustration who sighed and nodded.

"Are you serious?! You wanna die?" Kaminari asked.

"It's not safe." Toru said. I turned to see she was being comforted by Ojirio who frowned at me.

"She's right."

"Are you guys serious right now?! Our job is to protect and save people! If we let anyone else get hurt, can we even call ourselves heroes in the future when we let someone die?" I said, stomping over to the door. I pulled a desk close, just in case I need to block it off and opened it.

It was empty at first, blood splatters covering the walls as I peered out, left and right.

I saw a boy holding up someone up. He had black hair and brown eyes.

"Hey!" I called. He whipped around quick to find the source and his face lit up with joy as I waved him over.

Suddenly, something jumped out of the dark and latched itself onto the boy.

"NO!" I shouted, jumping over the desk and into the hall. I ran over shot flames at it. It shrieked and scuttled back.

The boy covered his wound and tried to pass me the boy in his arms. It was Shinso, from general studies.

"Take him. I can't come-" He flinched as though something poked him and he suddenly started foaming at the mouth.

I snarled with anger as I picked Shinso up and carried him back to my classroom. I quickly slammed the door when I heard growls come from the boy and locked it.

"Shinso!" I heard some shout.

I turned to see Midoriya head over and I set him down on a desk. Shinso looked up at me with surprise and down at his side. It was bleeding, not too badly but a good amount. I unbuttoned his school jacket, and lifted his shirt.

I couldn't tell what caused it, but it wasn't a bite or a claw mark.

"He's clear. He's okay." I said, grabbing the first aid kit and quickly patched him up.

"Thank you . . " He said when I finished.

I smiled and picked him up.

"You don't have to carry me." He said, blushing slightly.

"Oh, so you can climb down a latter right now?" I asked.

He frowned with realization.

"Thought so." I turned to see Kirishima wave at me as he was the last one to climb out the window.

I went over just in time to hear the screams below.

Shinso and I looked out to see the front gates had been breached. The infected were pouring in.

I sighed.

"This is why I don't do nice things for people. Then shit starts up."
