5 Training Results and Yuuei Entrance Exam
Ten months after that crime scene, you can see the same boy on the same beach, except the beach is clean. There was no trash like before, people started to visit the beach, slowly it became popular. And everyone knew, it was because of one boy who cleaned the beach all on his own, with his own hard work!
Of course this boy is Izuku. He was excited, he was pumped, he was ready for this! The Yuuei Entrance Exam! In these past ten months, Izuku had trained One For All and all his other quirks and martial arts. He could use 20% of One For All. Even though it sounds like less, he had made a special 'mode' called Full Cowling!
Full Cowling enhanced his whole body! Izuku had practiced his Claws, they gradually grew stronger and stronger until they could cut straight through steel without any resistance! When using Full Cowl, the claws would get even harder, being able to cut through even cast iron without resistance!
He had also trained his bloodline ability, he couldn't do much to improve it, all he could do was get used to the form, which he did! He was able to use his quirks in smoke form, he could use his claws in smoke form, they would just float there, he could them as weapons, which would be really useful for fighting, he would be impervious to damage but also deal a lot of damage himself! He could also use Full Cowl in this form, but it only enhanced the claws and his speed in smoke form. As he didn't have any limbs to make stronger punches with.
His other quirk, Blackout, hadn't changed much. But when he used Full Cowl, it enhanced, instead of 10 minutes, it lasted 15 minutes and it could be used on 10 people instead of 5 people!

Izuku hadn't completed any quests, he had mainly been focused on training. He also frequently sparred with Itsuka, the girl from the Dojo. They were on a first name basis, which goes to show how friendly they were with each other.
Now it was time for the Yuuei Exam! Sadly, All Might wasn't there to send Izuku off, he was busy. And so! Izuku went towards Yuuei, heading towards the train station, and while he was in the train he got a pleasant surprise!

The huge building towered over Izuku, the golden 'UA' logo emphasising the school's status of number one in Japan! Izuku walked through the gates, confident and ready! And then he fell. He was about to turn into smoke form, when he suddenly paused in midair... "Are you okay? We don't want you falling!" A feminine voice speaks. Izuku confusedly looks right and sees a girl with brown hair which go down to her shoulders, she had pink, rosy cheeks which looked really chubby - pinchable. And then she realises that Izuku is still floating and deactivates her quirk (A gravity quirk maybe?) "Ah, I'm sorry for using my quirk on you without permission! Oh and I'm Uraraka Ochaco" Izuku smiles and replies, "Thank you for helping me, and don't worry about it. I'm Midoriya Izuku! But you know, we should get going - we're going to be late." Ochaco's eyes widen as she quickly runs up the stair at a speed that one would think her quirk was Supersonic Speeds...

One written exam and one explanation of a practical exam while sitting next to your childhood friend/bully and getting called out by a guy with glasses - later...
The examinees are in separate makeshift cities, coincidentally Izuku was in the same city as Ochako. As Izuku inspects the people around him, he sees the glasses boy and narrows his eyes in annoyance, looking away. But out of nowhere-

Present Mic: WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR LISTENERS, THERE IS NO COUNTDOWN IN A REAL BATTLE! GO, GO, GO!
Izuku had activated One For All to 20% and went into his smoke form, he was a literal ball of purplish black smoke with green lightning crackling around it, he activated his claws as he saw a group of 3 pointers from the sky! He ran to them, and clawed them into halves! '13 Points' he thought. There was still plenty of time left, 10 minutes. He ran to more robots, slashing and clawing. He saw the nice girl floating robots and dropping them, "And 28!" She shouted. Izuku, seeing that she was doing okay, carried on his spree. 67 Points! There was still 5 minutes on the clock.
In another area however, there were some people, watching the participants on screens... They talked about the qualities of heroes as different people showed up on screen. A person with extra eyes and ears attached to extra limbs, a boy with blonde hair screaming 'DIE!!' over and over again, along with a green haired boy cutting and slicing every robot that he comes across.
And then, a bear-mouse-rat person pressed a big red button...
As Izuku was in the middle of his rampage, he heard a loud bang, he looked the way it came from and he nearly choked, he thought 'are they trying to kill us?!' As everyone ran for their lives from the robot, Izuku saw the nice girl pleading for help as she was stuck under the rubble. Izuku, without hesitation, flew towards her and deactivated his smoke form, he lifted the rubble off of her and bridal carried her away from the robot. After she was a safe distance, Izuku ran towards the robot, he turned into smoke, and flew above the robot, standing on its head, he ripped it open and went inside, he clawed at every wire that was there, desperate for the robot to just stop. And it did.
The robot fell sideways, crushing a few buildings but luckily nobody was hurt. The buzzer signalled the end of the exam. A short, old woman made her way to the injured, she kissed them - sapping their stamina but also healing them at the same time, she handed out gummies as people whispered about how she was "Recovery Girl" and how Yuuei can only do these dangerous activities because of her healing.
And in that same 'another area', you can see All Might sporting his signature grin! "And the spirit of Self-Sacrifice," he says staring at the screen with his successor.
