1 The System - Quirk Awakened

Midoriya Izuku, a four year old child, was jumping around the house being chased by his mother, Midoriya Inko. "Izukuuuu - come here! I know you're excited to see what quirk you have but you need your coat to go to the doctor, it's cold outside!

Izuku, as if in revelation, whips his head around, "Okay!" After a whole five minutes of hardship, Izuku and his mother are ready to go to the doctor! Izuku dons a green, long coat which goes down to his knees, of course with his new pair of green mittens and a green scarf. He also wore the thick green trousers that was ONLY for special occasions! Another five minutes later, they have arrived at the doctors. Izuku and his mother expectantly walk through the doors and expectantly wait at the chairs for their appointment, after being called up, they expectantly go to this doctor's room and expectantly - sit down.

After exchanging greetings, the doctor gets straight to the point, "Your child doesn't have an extra joint, of course this shows he has a quirk," Izuku squeals in elation as his mother smiles, nearly crying, the doctor carries on, "but it hasn't awakened yet so I can't know what it is." Hearing this, Izuku isn't put down at all! He has the determination to be a hero! He can wait for his quirk to awaken, no biggie!

—TIME SKIP—

Izuku sat in his room, his room was full of All Might posters and figurines, exactly what you would expect of a hero fanboy, an All Might fanboy. It had been 10 years since the doctor said he had a quirk. It was impossible not to get sad and tired for an average 14 year old boy. But this was Izuku, he wasn't average! He was going to be the number 1 hero! Izuku had waited for 10 years, he had been bullied in his school by his classmates who thought he was quirkless, but Izuku wasn't giving up, he knew the day where his quirk awakened would come.

And then... the day came. It was a normal day, a day like any other day, the only difference could have been that today was the last day of Middle School! He was expectant for this day, it was the last day of school! But he definitely wasn't ready for a menu of some sort to pop up in his eyes!

He definitely wasn't ready for this! Izuku was so shocked that he just sat there staring and inspecting this blue and white status screen for 5 minutes straight! Of course, the first thing Izuku thought of was 'my quirk'. And the first thing he did to this was, touch the button at the top saying shop. And woah! The whole screen changed!

Izuku was even more shocked, he had no idea what these 'Buff' things were?! So of course he tapped on the Buff Coke to see if he could get more information.

Buff Coke - 150 System Points

Description: A Buff Coke is a Coke that can give the drinker +7 strength, +7 endurance, +7 agility, +7 vitality for a period of ten minutes. Like every other Buff product, it has a unique effect of some sort. The Buff Coke has a 5% chance of boosting your total strength (+7 strength included) by 5 times!

Sidenote: Buff products are constantly rising in price! You can't expect a measly 750 SP to boost your strength by 5 times!

If Izuku got any more shocked, his jaw would fall through the floor. And then on cue, as if knowing Izuku had enough time scanning through his quirk.

System: 'DING' Hello host, you may have many questions, but in summary, I am your quirk! I am the one and only System in all universes!

Izuku's eyes almost popped out his head, "my quirk can talk, is this even possible? How does it talk? Wait who even is talking? I mean it must have been voiced right? It looks like those Systems that you get in novels! Then do I get a starting pack or whatever? Wait can I talk to the system in the first plac-"

"What?! I really have a starter pack! Ok but first can you explain all your functions?"

System: 'DING'

Status - this shows your basic information, your Name, Age, Quirk(s). It also shows your level and stats which determines how strong you are. It also shows your System Points (a currency used to buy things in the system or for other 'special' functions

Shop - the shop is self-explanatory. It sells things to host, you can buy anything in the shop! If there is something that isn't there, you probably need to unlock it.

Lottery - it is a lottery as it says. The lottery is split into categories, you land on either the quirks, weaponry, experience, etc categories. You can get lottery tickets, these can't be bought with SP, but they can be acquired through the quests function

Quests - the quests are tasks set at random by the system, these quests have consequences and rewards. Not doing a quest results in consequence(s). Completing a quest results in rewards. However, some quests may have certain hidden conditions, fulfilling these conditions means you get a much larger reward

Inventory - the inventory is an infinite space you can use to store any object in, for e.g. you could store a whole house if it isn't connected to anything and is in your possession and is your property (I can tell). Time in the inventory is paused.

System: There you go, but also you can interact with the system interface by just thinking.

"Thank you system!" spoke Izuku, overwhelmed. "Oh and can you open the starter pack please?"
