4 Lottery and the Ninth Holder

- A Bloodline section in the Shop and Lottery
- A Free Lottery Ticket that guarantees one random bloodline
Izuku was jumping up and down, he actually got a free bloodline, if he was lucky, he could get much stronger easily! He had 3 lottery tickets from earlier and now he has 1 free bloodline lottery ticket. Izuku then opened the lottery tab.
There was a spinning wheel with categories on it, 'Quirks', 'Weapons', 'Experience', 'Bloodlines', 'Buff Foods/Drinks', 'Other' and a '?'. They were all different sizes, showing the percentage of getting them.

Izuku wanted to use his normal three lottery tickets first. So he spun the wheel by thinking 'Spin' in his head. It went on and on, slowly stopping at... Other. Izuku was quite disappointed but it was from the System so it had to be good, he checked it out, and it said:
Rabbit's Foot:
Description: Boosts luck stat by 5.
System: 'DING' Congratulations to host for discovering a new stat, Luck stat. Host is rewarded with +5 Luck permanently. (The average luck stat of a person is 5.)
Izuku was shocked... If he could boost his luck, that means he could get better things on the lottery! If he wanted a quirk, he would probably get a quirk and it would likely be a really good quirk too! Speaking of the luck stat however, 'Status' Izuku chanted in his head.

After having 'cheated' through 2 years of really heavy and hard exercise, Izuku's stats were more than ten times before! He really had a perfect balance of speed and power.
Izuku had a pretty high luck stat of 14 in the first place, after adding on 5, he now had a luck stat of 19! Nineteen! If he used the Rabbit's foot, it would be 19 add 5, a luck stat of 24! That means he would be pretty lucky in the lottery! He went to his inventory and pressed use on the Rabbit's Foot, now he had a 24 luck stat! And so he went to the lottery section!
He saw the wheel once again, with its 7 categories, he spun it, he didn't need a bloodline, so he wished for a quirk, a really good quirk! And so it landed on the quirk section.... and the quirk he got was...
Uncommon Quirk: Blackout
Type: Emitter
Description: This quirk allows you to disable the hearing and/or sight of anyone you make eye contact with. The effect naturally ends in 10 minutes. However, the effect also ends when you touch that person. You can only use this quirk on 5 people at once. Effects can also be cancelled on will.
Izuku really did get an overpowered quirk, it didn't have much of a drawback, if contact even counts as a drawback. However, Izuku didn't have time to celebrate as there was still 4 minutes of the Rabbit Foot's effect left. Izuku quickly spun the lottery wheel again, this time hoping for experience for his quirk(s)! And it spun round... and it ended up on experience... and what it said was
'100 Years experience in social interactions'
Izuku didn't believe this, why was experience in social interactions even in the lottery??
System: Host needs this
Izuku wanted to refute, but he knew, he did have struggles talking to people. Well there are some benefits. For example, he won't stutter, he has more confidence, he has experience in lying which could help him at times. However he hoped he didn't ever need to lie. As he rambled on, he realised there was only 3 minutes of 24 Luck left!
Hastily, Izuku spun the wheel using his final lottery ticket, the bloodline one. He hoped and hoped for a good bloodline, and he got...
Uncommon Bloodline: Smoke
Description: This bloodline gives the user the ability to turn either partially or fully into smoke, this allows the user to be impervious to damage. If needed, however, they can still interact with objects. In smoke form, the user is also capable of possessing a person, effectively taking over their body completely, including all sensations (taste, smell, etc). The user can also use the smoke form offensively by entering a person's body and oxidising them from the inside, causing great pain and sometimes killing them. However the user is extremely vulnerable to wind as dispersion is dangerous in smoke form.
Unable to contain his excitement, Izuku starting jumping, until he realised his mom was probably asleep. He quickly shut up, and remembered he had to wake up early for training with All Might tomorrow! He turned the lights off and quickly went to sleep while feeling pretty happy but also sad at wasting those few minutes left of the Rabbit's Foot!

Yawning, still tired but excited from yesterday, Izuku woke up. He was ready for All Might's training. But he had one problem, how would he explain his new quirks and his new body... He could play off his martial arts saying he learnt it before but lost his muscles because he stopped training which is still a terrible excuse. Well, nothing he could do. Izuku just quickly donned on a green long-sleeve shirt and some green shorts (again). Then he went off on his way, saying goodbye to his mom, who recovered from the cold she had yesterday. He had already explained to his mom about how he was going to train to become a hero!

All Might looked at the now 5 foot 10 boy in confusion, how did he change so much in the span of a day? A quirk?
They stood there, standing, staring at each other. "Young Midoriya, w-what happened?" Even All Might was stuttering for once. "I grew," Izuku replied. And then. Silence. Again.
"I think my quirk awakened yesterday, it's probably something like Accelerated Growth", Izuku said nodding his head up and down as if agreeing with himself. All Might had a wide grin on his face as he stated, "That's great, Young Midoriya! This will help you become a perfect vessel for One For All!"
Izuku let out the breath he was holding in relief, 'it's a good thing the System automatically integrated the social experiences with me when I went to asleep. It helps me lie, even though I really don't want to lie,' he thought. "But All Might, am I not a perfect vessel already?" Izuku questions bringing his shirt up, revealing his toned muscles, rolling his sleeves up and showing off even more of his muscles. All Might has his mouth slightly open, supposedly amazed at this 'Accelerated Growth' quirk.
All Might speaks about how One For All means a responsibility, and how Midoriya Izuku is the ninth holder of this responsibility, All Might tells him about the Symbol of Evil - All For One. After that tiny chat, Izuku has a glint in his eyes, showing his passion for being a hero, his passion for being All Might's successor!
Then, All Might stands, his broad figure encompassed in the gleaming sunlight. He stands face to face with his now-to-be successor, his mouth widens into a large grin, his bright, white teeth reflecting like a mirror. He slowly raises his hand to his head, plucks of a golden, yellow hair and majestically states: "EAT THIS!"
"Eh? Eh? Eh? The hair? I CAN'T EAT YOUR HAIR, EVEN IF YOU'RE ALL MIGHT!"
"You need to eat my DNA! That's how it works! Eat it!"
"B-B-But! This isn't how I imagined it! Is there no glowing hand put to my forehead which gives me One For All?"
"Eat it!"

And so, five minutes later, you see a young boy choking and rolling around on the sand. With the world's idol, All Might, giving a thumbs up, "You can do it! Young Midoriya!!!"
