8 Getting stronger
'System, how do I use K-' Izuku thought eagerly, he was able to become a Saiyan! Like in the Dragon Ball manga and anime that he had watched and read multiple times before!

Izuku was too strong! By just being a saiyan he now has way higher strength than before! Even then, he will probably get stronger way faster than before, it won't be long before he's the strongest! 'System, what power level is All Might?' Izuku thought giddily, he knew that with a power level of just 200, someone could destroy the moon, like shown in Dragon Ball when Master Roshi blew up the moon.
System: All Might has a power level of 72.
Izuku was now the strongest! And he knew it! But he didn't become overconfident, he knew there were people much stronger than him in other worlds, or else why would he got a world travelling function in the first place?
And so it was already late and Izuku was tired, so he went to sleep for the day, excited for tomorrow!

Quickly finishing off his breakfast and then brushing his teeth, he changed into a new tracksuit. He ran outside, running to a street where barely any people go, a place where there was only abandoned warehouses and old, decrepit houses. Izuku had reached there in an instant! He was way too fast, he nearly ran into a lamppost.
Izuku's first test of his newfound powers was his tail! Because he needed that for his first transformation to become a Great Ape! He wasn't stupid though, he knew he had to to train his Ki first, he didn't want to go berserk and destroy the whole of Earth...
Izuku swished his tail around, he thought it would be harder to control but it just felt like an extra limb, so he just wrapped it around his waist, under his shirt.
Next, Izuku tried, his other abilities, since using Ki was much more advanced and he needed to train for that. Izuku, using his Portal Manipulation, created the biggest portal he could! But he underestimated his power... It was massive! It spanned around 500 meters each direction from the epicentre! Izuku hurriedly made the portal disappear. He quickly 'escaped' away from the area he was in, it was just too much trouble having to explain what he just did. Plus it's illegal quirk use...
After Izuku reached a different abandoned street that was a couple of miles away, he started testing again. Using his portals, he made as many 1 metre portals as he could. He ended up creating way too many... it was around 200 hundred odd! Luckily he spreaded them out, so it didn't take up 200 metres in length.
Izuku was surprised at how much his stamina had increased. If it was before, he would have been huffing on the floor by now, but right now he felt literally nothing. Izuku inspected his power, seeing the differences between the previous Portal quirk and his new Portal Manipulation.
Ultra Rare Quirk: Portal Manipulation
Type: Emitter
Description: Description: The user is able to create portals in midair or on flat surfaces, the user can not create portals where there is already something solid, like a wall, portals however can be created in liquids, like water. The user can 'travel' through the portals, objects can also travel through the portals. Attacks may also be redirected through portals. You can create as many portals as you can until you either run out of space or stamina, trying to create more portals than your stamina can hold, can cause you to lose consciousness. Creating portals saps tiny bits of your stamina, the biggest portal you can make has a radius of 500 metres. The bigger the portal, the more stamina it saps. Portals can only last for 30 seconds. Portals can be moved around at a speed of 50 metres per second.
This quirk was literally broken... Izuku thought of different ways he could use it, he could use it for travelling, or redirecting attacks like it said. However he could also cut off the portal when a person is halfway through it, cutting that person in half. He could also punch through the portals, so he could attack from weird angles! He could also make someone run into the portal and teleport them somewhere else entirely! There were too many applications!
Izuku, was excited for his other powers now. He started to test out his Thousand Faces. He shifted from himself to turn into All Might. It worked perfectly! Even he couldn't tell the difference, it turned out he could even shift his clothes, he was wearing All Might's Silver Age suit! Coughing, Izuku started impersonating All Might, "Ahem, ahem. Have fear, for I am here!" Izuku then turned into a dog, his sense of smell was so disturbing! He could smell literally everything, it smelt so bad! Choking, he quickly just changed back into himself. He postponed testing this out more for later...
Izuku started to test One For All, he wasn't worried at all about breaking limbs, he knew he could easily activate 100% with no injuries, after all just his body's strength alone was way stronger than 100% One For All! After becoming a Saiyan, and having an absurd power level of 1300, Izuku could probably defeat All Might's 100% punch with one finger, literally.
Izuku activated Full Cowling 100%, it didn't make much of a difference, it only boosted his speed by about 2%. He didn't know about strength though and he definitely wasn't going to test his full power unless he wanted to completely obliterate the city. One For All didn't have much use anymore to Izuku, so he just deactivated it.
Now for the finale! 'System, how much does information on Ki cost?' Izuku asked in his head.

The rewards were so enticing, as a Saiyan, Izuku liked training and becoming stronger! It was a win-win situation! But it wasn't going to be easy, even for an elite Saiyan! He had to go from 1300 to 3000 in only a week, he had to more than double his power in a week!
