It's been about a year and our little fella here is seen training. His hair has gotten long over the year almost below his ear. With toned muscles showing and a little tan going he goes over to a notebook that he was writing on.

The notebook was read as "Training" It felt very used as it was updated almost every day. Almost a hundred pages filled with results of what happened and what was going on was recorded. Not only has he trained, but he has also saved up a lot of money for emergencies.

Money from Arcades and other sorts of activities. This one time he went to the Batting center, it was a big building with only 10 cages separating itself by difficulty.

The first 5 cages were difficulty and training based cages, like Beginner, Intermediate, and then Expert. All stretched out through speeds. The rest were challenges that had almost impossible balls that MLB players hit most often.

There was the 1,000,000 yen challenge with the pitching reaching almost 100mph. There was the 5,000,000 yen challenge that combined the last challenge and a variety of breaking balls. The other challenges were too hard for most people to do, only pros did the last two for training, but even they would hit it barely.

This little fella came and trained here almost every week as he had other activities to do. At first, he could only complete the Intermediate, but at the end of the training, he was able to do the 1,000,000 challenge which then got him a reward of 3,000,000 every time he completed it.

It was pretty 50/50 that he completed it though. He had to find a way to hide all the money he was gaining, so he decided to buy a hotel room over the phone with his great voice acting. They usually had safes in the hotels so he decided to put most of it in the safe.

His training was pretty basic as he was looking for fighting styles but after bodybuilding and stamina training he then started studying martial arts. He looked for the ones that would match up with him as his main fighting style would be a street fighter who used anything against another person.

Be it a weapon or his fist, maybe even slam a bicycle on a person or two. A balanced fighting style that used the environment to its advantage.

He looked at the martial arts to improve his original type. Using jiu-jitsu for grabs, boxing for punching, taekwondo and kickboxing for kicks. Though it took quite a while to form the fighting style on a notebook it was worth it.

The research for the training was pretty hard as he had to visit dojos as a small promised follower of their art, but he just wanted to know how to practice the moves.

Though acting as a beginner and analyzing the big levels the other seniors practiced. The black belts were training with sparring and mostly strengthening their basics. Some practiced new techniques, but what he realized is that the basics would be really important to train at first. Learning offense and defense would be good.

Strength was in a pretty good spot as he trained with the weights and bat that he got. He often ran a lot so it was good for his stamina and agility in that area. The one thing he needed to work on was durability, Health in gaming terms. Though in real-life health isn't labeled with a number it's just spirit and actual muscle, and technique.

Pain tolerance was needed so he could scoff at small damage. Through the use of self pain and more masochistic behaviors, he began training most of it. He trained his legs against leg attacks as getting hit on the legs is probably the most painful thing.

There was this one time in high school the guy was one on one with the other guy, the other guy was a kickboxer and our guy was just a normal brawler. It started as a battle for space with both fighters using their footwork.

Though one stopped and did a misstep he got punished with a kick to the shins. He had to deal with the pain for the rest of the match. He still won with a takedown and hits to the face, but it came at a cost for his broken legs which he had to be in the hospital for at least 3 months.

After that, he knew he had to train them. He kicked wood at first, it hurt but it had to be done. Later on, he would be kicking lowly metal that he finds. Finding people to fight was pretty hard as adults don't fight children if they have normal morals.

People at school throw rumors at his name. They say that he doesn't go to school a lot and skips most of the classes. Saying he's the son of a criminal or just a delinquent not good to be around. Tanaka his usual happy go friend still sat with him as they had conversations each day at the orphanage.

The orphanage found his attitude very weird as this year he has been doing weird things such as going out more often and such. It was a decent neighborhood as not much crime does happen, because of the patrol of pro heroes.

"Yo, I heard a lot about this kid named Akagi."

One kid from the group of kids at the bathrooms during lunchtime at school said.

"Yeah I heard he was some sort of delinquent, but I haven't seen the guy at all. I think he's just illiterate or maybe his pisspoor parent doesn't care."

In one of the hallways of the school.

"I heard he's killed a person!"

One girl gossiped to another. "His parents are probably yakuza!"

As the people were talking Akagi was walking down the hallway with his collar popped out. He walked with a sort of calm look and always looking around, he didn't care for what the other people were talking about.

"Yo!! Akagi-kun how've you been!" Tanaka came with a big smile also with his bald head.

"Nice haircut." Akagi jabbed.

"Don't talk about it! I swear my mother said my hair was getting long even though it didn't cut my hair! Why can't I have my hair out like yours!"

He said with a dejected tone but it instantly became happy once more.

"It's a choice, I just like it long hair represents the current person you are, once you cut it you release parts of your soul," Akagi said out loud.

"Oh I don't get it but it sounds cool!" He said with a nod.

"Where do you plan to go to middle school?"

"Oh you know, just somewhere close to the orphanage,"

"I don't know! What do you mean what's close? There's like 4 schools almost at the same sort of distance man."

As they talked while walking down the hall and are close to the regular classroom they go to. It seems some sort of big kid came and dragged Akagi to the bathroom, Akagi just told Tanaka to stay off as he had this in the bag.

"Cheh! Why are you so heavy man you eat in your past time or something?"

The guy dragging Akagi muttered under his breath. As they enter the bathroom a group of people is shown. It was the delinquents who were at school, well most of them. They are mostly abused kids with backgrounds but nobody cares if they're, not the focus.

"So... this is the most rumored kid amongst the school..." One guy said as he walked toward the place the one guy put Akagi.

"This is all of you?" Akagi said.

"Yes, I'm looking to see what you're about." He said as he got his hands up.

This kid seems experienced with some sort of boxing huh... this would be good to see how good I already am from the kids my age. All of a sudden the whole crowd backed up as the kids' arms started glowing red and flames started showing there.

The kid rushed and threw a punch and Akagi dodged to the left and tripped him to the floor and waited for him to get back up.

The kid learned from his lesson and then sent out flames from his fist. They were like a fist sort of shape, three were thrown and Akagi dodged two but had to block one. Akagi then just assessed the situation and then rushed his opponent fearlessly and threw a superman punch to the kids' nose.

The kid fell but wasn't knocked out, Akagi grabbed his head and slapped the forehead hard. The kid was crying as the crowd watched they were shocked. Nobody beat this kid as he challenged everyone who looked strong.

Akagi then walked out of the bathroom going back to his class.
