8 Unforeseen Battle - part 2
After facing waves of villains, which by the way were mostly composed of mutant types meaning his quirk didn't aid him all that much, Eraserhead was on the verge of passing out due to fatigue.
The obvious mastermind of this attack was dangerous and had noticed his weaknesses after watching him fight his minions.
The man-child's weird quirk had caught him off guard, now he was unable to use his right arm as a result.
Everything had been stacked against him since the beginning, just like his number one student pointed out.
'Is he alright?' Aizawa questioned himself while trying to recover his stamina. 'What was I thinking accepting his help?'
Aizawa readied his left arm and was about to face the leader again, but then...
"Oh, by the way hero..." Said the criminal with multiple hands fetched around his body.
At first Aizawa was expecting it to be another senseless teasing from the villain's part, but his peripheral vision alarmed him that two enemies had managed to slip past his notice and were right behind him.
They were large, black humanoid monsters with a very muscular body that had many scars all over it.
Their brains were exposed on the top of their heads.
One had a beak-like mouth with an array of sharp teeth, while the other was eyeless and had only his lower end of teeth being exposed.
"I'm not the final boss!" Shigaraki said and both heavyweights immediately motioned to strike Eraserhead down.
But before their devastated attack could hit their target, someone stepped in to protect the pro hero.
Due to his experience at not blinking in time like these, Aizawa saw everything.
In an instant, faster than the black monsters had sneaked up on him, his number one student manifested himself in between.
With crossed arms, Monoma Neito caught both giants' fists with his open palms.
The teacher couldn't help but to be impressed, the boy's casualty in this dire situation was something he had only seen in pro heroes.
"Don't worry sensei, I'm here for you!" Said his student, wearing a golden version of his own glasses and the boy's hero costume that really reminded him of a knight.
"Heh, took you long enough!" Aizawa remarked humorously. "And the others?"
"One second please." The boy said while clenching the large villains fists, and in an instant he dealt with them.
The one to the left being held by Neito's right arm received at point blank a massive burst of flames.
While the one to the right being held by his left arm was buried under a massive wall made of ice.
"What are you doing?" Aizawa shouted at him. "We aren't supposed to kill them!"
Neito only laughed a little before explaining his reasoning. "Sensei, I've interrogated one of the villains and learned that these creatures are actually their trump cards. You see, from what I've learned they are bioengineered experiments designed to take down All Might."
Aizawa calmed down after understanding about the situation.
"Besides, I didn't use my full power just now, so I assume they will still be able to recover." Neito lowered his arms. "Now, for my report regarding the situation. I've evacuated most of the students from the USJ, safe from Toru who I assume is hiding somewhere, and I also neutralized all the other threats safe for this small group here in the central plaza."
Aizawa raised his eyebrow. "Neutralized?"
"Yes, just like I've done to the others low tiers bothering us before." Neito said while pointing out the knocked out villains stuck in glue nearby the USJ's entrance. "Thirteen is keeping an eye at the warping gate user."
The teacher blinked one or twice. "That's actually pretty good, you've definitely gone plus ultra during this emergency."
I thanked his compliment, but before we could continue talking...
"CHEATER!!!" Shouted Tomura angrily.
Neito turned to him and took a hero posture. "Give up, heinous villain! U.A has foiled your league's plan!"
"No, no, no! It wasn't supposed to go this way!" Shigarki ranted, but he began to think. "Of course U.A wouldn't fall so easily... It makes sense after all. Weakened or not, All Might wouldn't have risked the safety of his students."
Grrrrrr!
Roarrrrr!
We all heard a loud, harsh, piercing cry coming from the wall of ice and fire I've made.
Both Nomus were pretty much flesh and bone due to frostbite and carbonization, but the enhanced healing factor was already taking effect.
"You've remained uninjured despite fighting my three strongest men. Kids these days really are amazing. You've made the league of villains look like amateurs, I can't have that." Tomura began monologuing again. "Nomus!"
Both creatures step forward, completely healed from their previous severe wounds.
"What do you think of them? As the brat had already spoiled, they are the bioengineered anti-symbol of piece, but you can call them Nomus." He introduced his bodyguards and they responded with a screech.
"Smart ass, with you and me erasing both of their quirks we can beat them." Said Aizawa to me preparing to fight.
"Hahahaha! Good luck with that!" Teased Shigaraki while chuckling.
"I'm afraid that won't be enough sensei." I began. "From my observation, they probably have multiple quirks. Obviously regeneration from what we just saw, and I noticed from intercepting their first attacks that they also have superhuman strength and speed."
"That's troublesome." Aizawa realized.
"Stop spoiling the surprise, brat! Hehe!" Tomura said viciously. "You see Eraserhead, when faced with true devastating power, you might as well be a quirkless child. Hahaha!"
Aizawa was getting irritated. "Tch!"
"Sensei, you have sustained multiple injuries and are probably tired after fighting for so long." I reasoned with him, knowing full well he was already getting tired of hearing about his shortcomings. "But don't you worry!" I smiled while giving him a thumbs up. "I got these two heavy weights! Please, make sure the leader of the villains and his small fry minions won't escape."
"Negative smart ass, those things are supposed to take on All Might himself!" Aizawa opposed.
"I don't have time for this, get rid of them already Nomus!" Ordered Shigaraki, interrupting our conversation for the second time now.
Thankfully I had my senses greatly enhanced by OFA, so I was capable of intercepting both creatures before they rushed down on me and Aizawa.
A few mighty smashes were enough to be sure that both of them had shock absorption, and as a result from our small exchange, everyone else around had been blown away.
"You really are pretty powerful for a kid, you know. This smash of yours... it's pretty obvious that you are All Might's disciple." Remarked Shigaraki while still in midair. "Of course you would also rely on violence."
I tried to fake my lack of knowledge by exploring each part of their body, pretending to be looking for a weak spot.
Aizawa engaged the other villains with only his left arm, much more focused this time due to the short rest he had just now.
But the minions did their job well, acting as shigaraki's first line of defense.
The teacher's quirk might have been already understood by the villains and a viable counter had been made, but the teacher also began to be more aware of what they were capable of as well.
From time to time, Tomura would rush at Aizawa whenever his time of erasing was about to end due to him having to blink.
'I swear Aizawa, if you get injured again because of it, I will shave your head once we're finished here.' I mentally noted.
[YOU ARE NOT WORTHY!]
I heard voices out of nowhere as they shouted in synchrony.
And with my brief distraction, it was enough to make me miss my timing and I failed to dodge the second Nomu's punch after I flipped over the first one.
Boom!
Due to me not having shock absorption, the punch connected and buried me a few meters into solid concrete, forming a small crater as a result.
'Won't lie, that actually hurt!' I remarked. 'The motherfuckers' strength enhancing quirk had to be of the mutant type, so that was an inconvenience... for now. And who the fuck talked shit to my ear?!'
"Not so tough now! That's because my Nomus here have shock absorption. The only way you can hurt them is if you gouge out their flesh, but you will see that they won't just stay still waiting for you. I know it's unfair..."
'Shut up!' I held my tongue but translated my thoughts with a focused flare of fire, barbecuing both Nomus, and then froze them right after.
As I leaped out of the crater, I noticed multiple cracks into my armor, and some small bruises where the villain's attack hit.
Looking around, I noticed that Todoroki's quirk boosted by OFA was truly devastating.
Fortunately it didn't result in friendly fire, but Aizawa was still affected by the sudden surge and drop of temperature this close to him.
'I better get this wrapped up quickly, I don't want All Might arriving and stealing my thunder.' I thought while detaching my chestplate armor, the black jumpsuit now revealing my athletic frame. 'From my estimations, he and the other teachers won't take much longer to show up.'
Out of nowhere, a black mist appeared in the central plaza.
Problem was that it wasn't me.
"Tomura Shigaraki." Said the annoying zombie.
"Kurogiri, have you managed to kill Thirteen?" Asked mister bad touch.
"The rescue hero is out of commission. But we have... complications." Replied Kurogiri.
"I'm well aware." He pointed towards me while I was fighting the Nomus. "There's no way we can win if dozens of pros show up, it's game over! Back to the title screen...But... before we leave" He turned towards me again. "I'm gonna wreck his pride."
"Sensei, it's time!" I shouted.
"Agreed." Nodded Aizawa knocked out the other minion.
The teacher grabbed something out of his utility belt and threw it to the ground.
Flash!
He just used my stun grenades and proceeded to wipe the floor with the remaining league's members.
Despite having only one capable arm, the experienced pro hero was more than enough to take down the stunned foes.
Now was my chance.
I ran towards the two creatures that had already recovered from my combo attack.
They did the same.
'Say cheese!' I thought before becoming invisible and reappearing between them.
I didn't have All Might's larger frame, so it was harder for them to hit me.
Unfortunately, I also didn't have his reach, so my only opinion was committing to my attacks similar to how Gran Torino did.
I made a chain of attacks by hitting one then the other multiple times.
Obviously, it wasn't immediately effective.
But it was really awesome, an epic fight worthy of anime's best sakuga animator.
I also switched between some of the quirks I've copied so far.
With Inasa's control of wind, I made sure my blows' outputted wind pressure didn't cause major damage to the environment.
I made sure to generate a miniature longsword with the strongest metal I knew and enlarged it.
My slashes proved to be a more effective way of hurting them, but no regular metal was capable of withstanding that extreme amount of force, forcing me to pull an Erza and switch constantly from weapons.
I cut some limbs and drew some blood.
The latter being swiftly stored for later study.
From my observation and foreknowledge, the two Nomus had four quirks each.
The eyeless might have something that provides him a way of orienting himself, as for the bird one I had no idea what his particular quirk was.
They shared shock absorption, an enhanced physiology capable of matching All Might and regeneration.
Fortunately, the third was a transformation type quirk.
Which meant...
'Here, strike me!' I slowed my speed and practically telegraphed my movement.
Grrrrr!
Bird brain severed my right arm with his claws.
Pretending to be caught off guard for a moment and then immediately dodged eyeless' crushing hug.
A few back flips with only one arm, I distanced myself while freezing the ground and trapping the creatures.
I focused my attention towards my right shoulder and pictured in my mind the Nomus' regenerating process.
It took longer than he expected and hurt like a bitch, I felt my entire growing right arm burning.
But at least it was worthy.
After the process was completed, I flexed a little my regrown arm and the pain had completely disappeared.
To my surprise, the arm was literally brand new, no skin imperfections that I could find.
Nice!
"Let's try again villains!" I announced with a confident smile and warped gate my maimed limb to a secure area.
We charged each other again after they freed themselves from the frozen floor and clashed.
To spice everything up, I set multiple warp gates all around us, so I could fasten my attacks pace and overcome their shock absorption and regeneration.
Imagine how strong I would be if I hadn't forgotten to meet that dude with 'Twin Impact'.
It even sent chills down my spine.
While I was just being awesome (sue me), Aizawa had already broken some bones, good thing they weren't his.
As I soon accomplished to throw the Nomus like rag dolls, I just opened another warp gate and sent them to a secure area.
"Whew! That's what you get for messing with U.A!" I proclaimed while striking a hero pose and left to aid Aizawa.
"That was a really impressive smart ass." The teacher said while holding both villains restrained with his binding cloths. "Some grave errors like losing an arm, but you are a pain even for the villains it seems... By the way, why didn't you just send them away in the first place?"
Grabbing a special breed of my grenades, I said. "I wasn't sure if they were going to wreck havoc wherever I sent them. But since they stopped receiving orders, I noticed they were only focused on killing me, despite the fact that you were kicking the shit out of their leader and way of transportation." I tossed the grenade after Eraser released them and trapped both villains. "Besides, initially they were simply absorbing my attacks so I wasn't able to budge them, but after I overwhelmed their quirks with pure power I was finally able to toss them elsewhere."
"Makes sense." Aizawa said. "And the ar—"
"You cheater! It's because of people like you that this world is rotten. You think you can get away from being as violent as you want if you say it's for the sake of others." Tomura interrupted us with his memorized speech. "Hahahaha! Well, you know what? That pisses me off! Why do you people get to decide that some violent acts are heroic while others are villainous? Casting judgment for what's good and what's evil. You want to be the next symbol of peace? Haha! You are just another sponsored instrument of violence, just like All Might! And violence will always breed more violence, I will make sure the world understands that!"
"How deep! How enlightening! And here I was, thinking that you were nothing more than a lunatic, trying to make your actions sound like noble." I teased him. "It seems one can never judge a book for its cover, I mistook you for someone who just enjoyed chaos."
Without his father's hand attached to his, I easily noticed his change of expression.
"I'm gonn—" Shigaraki was about to reply back when someone arrived.
"I AM HER— WHAT'S IS THE MEANING OF THIS!" Shouted a very familiar heroic teacher.
"I guess he finally arrived." I said and Aizawa nodded. "I'm afraid he's a little late, the party is over."
"I guess he is." Aizawa sighed and sat at the floor, exhaustion being the obvious reason, but he didn't take his eyes off Kurogiri and Tomura.
All Might came with both Thirteen and Toru in his arms, they had sustained heavy injuries.
'I guess Toru decided to run away through the entrance and met Thirteen, but Kurogiri outsmarted both of them.' I sighed. 'C'mon girls, I literally glued him to the ground, you basically had a gun against his head. One as powerful as a black hole.' I remarked mentally while inspecting my fingertips.
Aizawa began explaining everything that happened to All Might.
'But at least they are still alive.' I looked at All Might. 'Wait a minute!'
I suddenly noticed something weird about the situation.
'Is All Might groping a fifteen years old naked girl?!' I couldn't believe he didn't notice he hadn't asked for her consent. 'How low of him!'
Bad jokes aside...
The teachers arrived shortly after, I guess it was time to shake some hands.
So many high to mid tier quirks... all in one place.
I felt like a kid in the candy store.
After reporting about the situation, Principal Nezu came to me and praised my performance.
As I feared, his quirk is of the mutation type.
But with discrete use of 'whirlwind' to blow some of the chimera principal's loose fur into the air and with a discrete and precise pull with 'poltergeist', I managed to get a sample of his DNA.
If he noticed something odd, which obviously he did given how ridiculously smart he was, my trump cards were the countless times I've spent copying magicians deceptive postures and refining my skill with all the quirks he managed to acquire.
And even if he somehow noticed me, I discreetly fused his hair with my skin using 'weld' until I got out of his sight.
Surprisingly, Cementos actively looked out for me and complimented my work.
Despite it not being really common around here, he accepted to shake my hand without problem.
'Nice! I'm the king of the concrete jungle now!' I thought excitedly.
"My, my, aren't you adorable! You've done a fine job around here." Said a tall, curvaceous woman with sky blue eyes, framed by a set of rather long eyelashes.
"I was just trying to help. Thanks for the compliment, Miss Midnight." I said confidently, mimicking some protagonist from an adult romantic series I saw for moments like these.
"Oh, Miss? Thanks for the compliment, handsome." She said, already licking her lips.
'Wow, she's thirsty.' I joked.
"Behave yourself, "Miss Midnight"!" Said Snipe, before he turned to me. "Great job kid! You saved your class from what I saw at the main campus."
"Thanks Mr. Snipe! It means a lot to me!" I thanked the compliment with my best behavior while still flexing some muscles for Midnight.
'Nice, I'm capable of exuding something like chloroform and my bullets are now like guided missiles.'
Next came Ectoplasm and Vlad, their compliments to me were less flashy, but nonetheless genuine.
'Now I could shadow clone myself and also bloodbend, isn't that cool?'
Hound Dog almost ignored me, but a short nod of his was all that I needed to repeat what I did with the principal.
I wasn't that much hyped for his quirk, but who knows when I might come to need it, if I ever come to need it at all.
After my last three calm encounters, of course I would meet him.
"Yeah! You show the villains what you were made of. Congratulations for the excellent work buddy!" Shouted President mic in a friendly manner.
I've come to enjoy his over the top nature during classes, so we fist bumped each other.
'Now, I need to figure out how to replicate his support gear. For now, I need to be careful whenever I decide to use his quirk.' I thought about it. 'It will match perfectly with some singing classes.'
With Power Loader I had just a pleasant exchange of words. Not to disrespect the man, but I didn't really want his quirk.
At least, not for now.
The other staff members weren't anything special.
But I was already satisfied with what I've got from the others.
Following the brief interaction with the teachers, they went to retrieve the villains I glued to the ground in the other zones.
After telling them the best way of getting rid of it I was allowed to rest alongside Aizawa, who was literally keeping an eye onto the duo of villains.
I wonder how they are planning to escape. I mean, of course they have a plan. Now that all the teachers saw that I've aided in capturing them, I don't really care if they escape.
Everything went smoothly until now.
Obviously, too smoothly.
KABOOM!
We all heard a massive explosion coming from above.
Looking up, we noticed that a massive chunk of the ceiling was falling rapidly towards the central plaza.
All Might had already left due to his limited time and nothing else for him to do around here.
So I was the only one with enough power to one shot that chunk of metal.
But I was just a student, if all the teachers were to rely on me in this situation, that would just be humiliating for them.
Without Thirteen to act, the next best option was Cementos.
He did his best and quickly rose multiple pillars of concrete, trying to stop the metallic structure.
But it was too wide and uneven to be stopped completely, and some large fragments began to shatter against the ground.
Amidst the confusion and dust, Aizawa had to eventually blink, and it was then that Shigaraki and Kurogiri escaped.
'So that's how they planned to escape? Quite the suicidal plan guys. I wonder how you even put it into action.' I thought while protecting a very angry teacher from the debris. 'What if Aizawa had asked for me to help him with erasing your quirks? Or to teleport you elsewhere?... You know what? I don't really care, go lick your wounds and explain to mister Darth Vader how you failed so miserably.'
All in all, it was a good field trip.

Back to their villainous hideout.
Kurogiri and Shigaraki fell through a warp gate, still trapped into the solidified glue prison they were put in.
"Argh! Humiliated by a child and almost beaten to a pulp by that hero. All those underlings wiped out and even my Nomus were beaten. I failed!... That kid... was so strong, he felt like the symbol of peace during his prime, he only took so long because he intended to capture both of the Nomus alive. Why didn't you tell me about his master?" Shigaraki said angrily.
"I did warn you about a gifted student. That's why I sent you two Nomus. We weren't fully aware of this individual's potential." Said a voice coming from a monitor in the wall of the bar.
"I agree. We severely underestimated our source's intel about him. Thankfully we sent them under that cheap name of 'league of villains' and not our own. What about the creatures the master and I created? Where are the Nomus?" Said another voice from the dark monitor.
"Yes, why aren't they with you?" Asked the first voice.
"They were warped away." Informed Kurogiri.
"What? Where did you send them?" Asked the first voice, confusion and a bit of anger in his tone.
"It... argh... was that individual's doing... argh... he... he somehow replicated my quirk and used it to send them to somewhere I don't know the coordinates. We were about to be captured by the heroes of U.A, there was no way to interrogate the troublesome student." Protested Kurogiri while struggling to move.
"Travesty! After all we did to make them both as powerful as All Might!" Said the second voice, not happy with the turn of events.
"Well I suppose it can't be helped, unfortunately." The first voice concluded.
"That reminds me... argh... that kid, with multiple quirks... he was probably also using All Might's quirk." Shigaraki said while decaying the glue restraining him.
That caught the first voice's attention. "Is that so? I'll have to investigate it further then. Naturally you must be upset, but if what you are telling me confirms some of my suspicions, this wasn't a futile mission. Gather all the villainous elite, take all the time you need, I must remain hidden in the shadows... that's why I need you to be my face. A symbol of your own. Tomura Shigaraki, next time you will show the world to be afraid of you!" Said the first voice before turning off the call.
Eventually the duo of villains managed to get freed from their prison, but they didn't notice that there were some minuscule trackers amidst the glue.
Even if they somehow got rid of everything, the one responsible for crafting them already knew where their hidden lair was located.

They were finally evacuating the captured villains out of the USJ.
"You seem to be unharmed." Said a man wearing the typical detective's suit.
"That's what I've been telling you since we've met." I said I was a little tired. "I've also informed you where the two big guys were."
"Okay, I will take you back to the main campus." The man said. "You've been through a lot, so I won't be questioning you right away."
'Have you forgotten I can get there literally in a single leap? Hell, forget that, I now can basically teleport to wherever I want.' I thought. "So all that talking from before, was it just to break the ice?" I joked.
"I guess you can say that." He said with an apologetic smile. "I see that you still are capable of humor, you must be really brave to keep calm after everything that just happened."
"I'm not that brave, it's just that I'm really powerful. You know, it's not that easy to take a piece from me." I said, but immediately regretted doing so.
"That's not exactly what I've heard." He said jokingly. "By the way, how's the arm?"
'Geez, didn't you say that you wouldn't interrogate me right now?' I thought before answering. "Actually, it's as good as new."
"Amazing." He let out, probably knowing that my ego was my obvious weakness.
"Yeah." I nodded casually. "News from Thirteen and my classmate? I feel responsible for what happened to them."
"Recovery girl is taking care of them." He said before putting a hand over my shoulder. "You know, you shouldn't blame yourself for everything that happens. Thirteen is a grownup woman and powerful professional hero, if the situation escaped her control, it couldn't really be helped."
"I understand. Regardless, it's something that I can't just accept, even knowing it wasn't my fault or responsibility." I said to him.
You might be wondering why I'm open to this stranger.
Well, the reason is...
"Ha! I guess you can't. You remind me of my friend, he feels just like you do." The man said, with respect written all over his face.
Guess who he's referring to?
Yup, the one and only.
Guess he wants to stay around when I meet him again.
Fine by me, the plot must continue.
'But for now, go and finish inspecting the campus.' I thought.

Inside the USJ, observing the wreckage from up the entrance were three staff members of U.A.
"We need security approval and an entire system overhaul." Proposed principal Nezu.
"Agreed." Said Snipe.
"Warp quirks are very rare, and can completely change the course of a battle." This time, Midnight was the one talking. "It's frightening to know that a villain possesses such power."
"It's a good thing that we now have a student with the same ability." Said the principal optimistically.
"Who?" Asked Midnight.
"That young boy responsible for evacuating his classmates." Remembered Snipe.
"That handsome young man? Oh, I already feel safe knowing that!" Gushed Midnight.

After one of the longest days I had in both of my lives, things had finally calmed down.
I had just finished editing the video I got from the multiple cameras I set all around the USJ.
I want the world to know that I am already here, but I can't afford to be sloppy.
Especially after what I uncovered from the footage I got.
I put together some of the highlights of everyone else as well, so that I won't be the only suspect of uploading it.
I'm sending everything to La Brava.
I trust in her hacking capabilities, uploading such video without leaving a single trace is her speciality.
Especially after I sponsored her with some top notch gear and equipment for her to use.
Gentle continues to do good without looking at who, and is finally getting popular online.
'Glad to hear about the duo, they are really nice people.' I remarked. 'They also gave a strong lead regarding my lost cousin. These two could easily become detectives if the hero lifestyle doesn't suit their needs.'
All Might gave another speech about how proud he was of me and said that my class was bound to grow stronger due to today's incident.
I talked to my classmates, and was overwhelmed by their care for me.
My list of rivals hasn't really grown that much, I just cemented some.
To my delight, I was really popular among the girls. They showered me with thanks and hugs.
Don't tell Mineta, but I felt Yaoyorozu's boobs pressed against my chest.
Let me tell you, they are on a whole nother level.
It's crazy stuff!
Another personal victory of mine was making Yui Kodai and Reiko Yanagi smile after making some jokes to calm their nerves.
I think Kinoko and Toru are very cute, especially because of their stark difference, from shy to excited they gained my attention.
Asui is strangely alluring in my opinion. Enough said.
I know I once thought that Ochaco resembled a minion. But recently she was almost my shadow during classes.
Perhaps the only ones that I don't really see in a romantic way are Itsuka and Kyoka.
They are cool and all to hang around, but I'm not that much into tomboys.
The same goes to Ibara. To my recent surprise, she's like one of the best people to have some deep thought discussions. But unfortunately, she doesn't have the type of appeal that I'm looking for.
Who knows? I might change my mind eventually about these girls.
Now, about the boys.
I didn't have problems befriending them.
It seems I was right. Inasa, Kirishima and Mezu quickly became close friends.
I like to consider that I'm also part of that group, if not their leader sometimes.
Awase, Tokoyama and Iida eventually joined in as well.
I had a blast with them during our free time, despite me losing to them in the video games quite frequently.
But I at least got my revenge during class and sportive activities.
Bakugou and Shihai were frenemies, with me and between themselves.
But Todoroki was the one most hard to categorize.
We've been through a lot with class 1A since our entrance exam, and we haven't reached summer yet.
Riing!
I heard a sound.
"It's my... cellphone?" I said surprised. "It has been a while since I last heard this ringtone."
I picked it up and answered. "Hello!"
"Hi, Neito my dear. How are things in high school? Your father and I miss you!" I heard a familiar voice.
