Bnha- Maverick the Joker

Izuku is quirkless and after a number of different tragic things happening to Izuku he finds out that he has another consciousness in his head that is called joker. They go out and are going to try to change society from one of discriminating against quirkless people to one of equality between quirk having people and quirkless people.
