5 Complete Annihilation

Match Day arrived, and Team Z appeared poised and confident as they prepared to face their new opponents.

\Pitch\

Isagi strode onto the pitch, holding the ball tightly, as the twins began to insult him with their trash-talk.

Isagi simply tilted his head back and glared at them, causing one of them to fall silent.

"You think you're so great, but you're nothing compared to us," one of the twins sneered. "Just wait until we start playing for real."

Isagi didn't bother responding. Instead, he focused on the match ahead. As the whistle blew, he passed the ball to Bachira, who returned it to him after a few seconds.

Isagi then began to dribble forward, but he was closely marked and guarded by one of the twins.

"I know everything about you," the twin boasted. "You won't get past me."

"Is that so," Isagi smirked, then faked to the right before darting to the left. The twin attempted to follow, but he had already accelerated away from him.

As he kept dribbling, he suddenly stopped, sending a powerful shot towards someone. The ball flew through the air and struck Junichi, the other twin, square in the face.

The impact was so sudden and forceful that Junichi was knocked off his feet and onto the ground, unconscious. The match timer was immediately paused, and Junichi was escorted off the field with an injury.

Keisuke turned to Isagi with a look of anger and disbelief. "Why did you do that to my brother?" he demanded.

Isagi just smirked in response. "You should watch your mouth, Keisuke. Your team still has the advantage. You have more players, don't you?"

He turned to Kuon, who was stationed in midfield. "Isn't that right, Kuon?"

Kuon began to chuckle, agreeing with Isagi. "Yes, it's true. Even with one player down, Team W still has one more player, and that's me."

The rest of Team Z started yelling at Kuon for betraying their team, but Isagi quickly silenced them.

"Shut the hell up, all of you. Who cares about Kuon? He's probably doing this for his own selfish reasons, and he hasn't even scored a goal yet. His plan won't even work."

The match resumed, and Team W kicked off with possession of the ball.

They charged forward in attack, but Chigiri quickly reacted, stealing the ball from Keisuke, the opposing team's striker.

Keisuke chased after Chigiri, but he couldn't catch up to the speedster. Two defenders moved to block Chigiri's path, but he remained calm and passed the ball to Bachira, who had a sly smirk on his face.

Bachira began to dribble forward confidently, only to be challenged by a defender.

Without missing a beat, he executed a perfect nutmeg, slipping the ball between the defender's legs, before spinning around another defender with a roulette.

As he continued towards the goal, more defenders converged on him, but he remained unfazed. He passed the ball semi-backwards to the left of the box, where Isagi was waiting.

Isagi took one touch to control the ball before unleashing a powerful shot towards the goalpost. The ball flew past the goalkeeper's outstretched arms and crashed into the net. 1-0

As Isagi walked down the field, Kunigami approached him and asked for a chance with the ball. "Can I take a shot at the goal?" Kunigami asked confidently. Isagi looked at him curiously and asked, "Can you score?"

"Yes, I will," Kunigami stated confidently. Isagi nodded and said, "Alright then, prove it later."

As the match started again, Keisuke passed the ball to Kuon, who began dribbling.

However, Bachira and Kunigami quickly closed in on him, to which they got the ball and passed it back to Isagi.

Three defenders surrounded Isagi, but he didn't seem fazed. "All of you have your heads way too high. Make sure you lower them when in my presence on the field," he said, his eyes glowing as he activated his ability.

With his ability active, Isagi saw a clear path to victory. He dribbled the ball past the three defenders, who fell on their backsides in surprise.

Isagi then passed the ball to Kunigami, who was standing right behind him. "Go, Rensuke Kunigami."

The taller player watched as the ball rolled towards him, but he quickly realized he was out of shooting range.

As he looked forward, he saw the piercing gaze of Isagi, telling him to shoot. Without hesitation, Kunigami took the shot, and the ball soared into the top left corner of the goal, past the reach of the goalkeeper.

The score was now 2-0, and Team W was reeling under the pressure of Isagi and his team's relentless attack.

Kunigami expressed his gratitude for the assist, but Isagi remained indifferent, continuing to focus on the game.

Despite Kuon's presence on their team, their inability to bypass Isagi's skills rendered their extra player useless.

In the final moments before halftime, Kunigami attempted another shot, which was ultimately blocked by the keeper.

The ball rebounded into open space, where Kuon retrieved it. He looked upfield, only to see Isagi within his field of view.

Isagi quickly stole the ball and dribbled it into the box, where Keisuke stood poised to block his shot.

Isagi executed a deft rainbow flick, flicking the ball over Keisuke's head and landing it back on his ankle, leaving him stunned as Isagi found himself one-on-one with the keeper.

With a feigned shot, Isagi baited the keeper to fall before coolly walking the ball to the goal line, where he stood towering over the keeper. "Lame," he declared, before slotting in another goal. The score was now 3-0.

\Team Z: Locker Rooms\

This marks the start of half-time, where Team Z instigates a brawl with Kuon in the locker room.

Kunigami intervenes, preventing Raichi from attacking Kuon, while Isagi restrains Raichi.

"Thanks for your help," Kunigami acknowledges Isagi and extends his hand, but the latter ignores the gesture.

"Isn't it fascinating that you're on my team, Kuon?" Isagi inquires, his eyes piercing through Kuon's being, emanating an icy glare. "Why did you betray me?"

Kuon retorts, stating that Blue Lock is a meritocracy, and Isagi holds no power over him.

A cold, mirthless laugh escapes Isagi's lips as the tension builds up. Suddenly, he shoots a death glare at Kuon, and lands a swift punch on his face, straddling him on the floor.

Kunigami tries to intervene but Isagi's 'Supreme Vision' places him in a position where he can not be moved.

"Try that again, and you'll never make it to the second selection. I'll ensure that you fail." Isagi rises to his feet, leading the team back to the pitch for the second half.

As the second half commences, Team W gains possession of the ball and immediately launches an aggressive attack.

However, Isagi, with a steely focus etched on his mind, intercepts the ball, determined to ruin Kuon's attempts at success.

Despite the concerted efforts of multiple defenders to beat him, Isagi nimbly passes the ball to Bachira, who capitalizes on the open space and quickly advances towards the opponent's goal.

With no one in his way, Bachira executes a back-heel shot that finds the back of the net, increasing their lead to an impressive 4-0.

As Keisuke attempts to initiate a comeback, Isagi locks eyes with him and immediately engages him in a one-on-one duel.

Employing a feint to the left, Isagi swiftly kicks the ball out to Kunigami, who seizes the opportunity to score from his newly-acquired range, delivering a powerful shot that results in a fifth goal for their team.

With time quickly running out and morale at an all-time low for Team W, they launch one final frontal assault, only to be effortlessly countered by Isagi, whose ability enables him to anticipate their every move.

Displaying exceptional ball-handling skills, Isagi swiftly dribbles past two defenders and executes a series of one-two passes with Bachira, culminating in a perfectly executed aerial shot that lands straight in the net.

The game ended with an overwhelming victory for Team Z, with a final score of 6-0, with Isagi scoring an impressive four goals, Kunigami netting two, and Bachira contributing one.

After their match, Isagi decided to continue his training alone.

\Cafeteria\

Later that night, he sat alone in the cafeteria eating his food, hoping to have a peaceful meal.

However, his hopes were dashed when three members of Team V, Zantetsu, Reo, and Nagi, sat down with him.

Isagi ignored them and kept eating, but Reo coughed to get his attention. "What do you want?" Isagi asked, his eyes focused on his food.

"We just wanted to greet our next opponent," Reo said, his tone dripping with arrogance. "You've scored the most goals for Team Z, but I have to say, Nagi is a much better striker than you."

Isagi looked up and deadpanned. "Who?" he asked, whilst looking around, mockingly.

Nagi raised his hand, not bothering to look up from his phone.

Isagi studied him for a moment, noting his lazy demeanour, before turning back to Reo. "What a waste," he said dismissively. Isagi then thought to himself, "Even if his potential was not being wasted on this guy, this 'Nagi' would never stand a chance against me."

Reo bristled at Isagi's comment. "You're the one who's a waste," he retorted, his voice rising. "You're nothing compared to Nagi. He's got way more talent than you could ever dream of having."

Isagi simply shrugged and stood up, finished with his meal. "Believe what you want," he said with a dismissive wave. "It won't change the outcome of our match." He walked away, leaving the trio behind.
