Birth

It was but another minute or so before a new life was born. The cries of a newborn child silenced the room. A woman by the name of Akari gently grabbed the newborn child, cut the umbilical cord, cleaned the blood off of the baby, and wrapped him in a black and white checkered blanket before handing him to his mother.

Before she handed the baby to his mother she quietly said " Akane-san, allow me to introduce you to your son, Sutoku Sho."

The fatigued mother gazed with a glint of dark, malevolent eyes. She spoke to her child for the first time and said.

Akane: "Hello you little bastard, you have been a nuisance for some time now. Unfortunately, your dad is gone at the moment. But worry not I will keep you company."

Soon Sho stopped crying and looked at his mother with cunning eyes. Analyzing her facial features he noticed she has blood red hair, a birthmark under her lips, and a big scar from the base of her nose to the left of her jaw. After what seemed like an eternity he closed his eyes, stopped his crying, and fell asleep. What Sho didn't notice was the grim smile on her face as her child looked at her.

After her son fell asleep she gave it back to the nurse so she could check his vital signs and make sure there was nothing wrong with the child. During the time the mother was away from her child the unexpected happened.

As Akari had her attention on the newborn child she heard a commotion where she just was but paid it no mind and continued to walk with the baby in her hands. She made her way into another room filled with a bunch of other newborns and placed Sho in his crib.

Akari pleasantly smiled knowing nothing was wrong with the child. As she made her way to where the mother was with paperwork in hand she noticed another nurse stop right before the door that was open with worried eyes. She thought of the worse and ran to the room and together with the other nurse found no one there. Just a note on the bed with the window open.

Akari opened the note and found a letter to her son and a picture of what the baby's father looks like in hopes of him coming to pick up the child.

TIMESKIP (2 MONTHS)

A man walks in with a worried look looking for his child. He proceeds to run up to the desk and asks.

Dad: " Excuse me ma'am I'm looking for my child. His name is Sho."

Without a second to spare he rushes down the hall without the nurse's help, looking for his child. As he rushes down the hallway he sees a window and inside that window is a room filled with newborns. He immediately found his kid in one of the cribs and soon walked through the door attached to the room and picked up his kid.

As he walked out of the room with his kid he went to the front desk and filled out the paperwork. He was about to leave but from the corner of his eye, he spotted an angry-looking female nurse. She angrily stomps towards the man and she shouts

Akari: " If you are his dad I'm gonna ask you two simple questions, Why did it take you two months to come for your child, and do you know what happened to your child's mother?"

Dad: " I'm sorry I was in such a hurry, I don't know where to start but yes I'm his dad and the reason why I wasn't able to pick him up was that I'm in the military overseas, and to your last question I honestly don't know what to tell you, she just up and left without a care in the world."

Akari noticed the distraught and depressing look in his eyes so she laid off of him and told him to have a good day and take care.

With that Sho's dad also known as Hanamichi Akihiko left the hospital with his baby in hand looking forward to a bright future in a somewhat dangerous part of town.
