1 A new system
The war has ended, and the system has been in peace for hundreds of years. The Tenno that trained for war feels irrelevant in this time of peace. Some Tenno chooses to stay on the system to make sure the peace is everlasting, but some thinking that life without war is meaningless for them Tenno that trained and raised for war, some of these Tenno choose to sleep and wait for another conflict to arise but some start going on a journey to find a new system hoping that they can find the battle that they seek to fulfill their hunger of war.
Near the orbit of the sun, there's a single Orbiter that orbiting the sun slowly being pulled by the gravity of the sun.
"Operator I suggest that we kinda steer off the Sun's orbit because in 5 minutes we'll be fried alive"
"Oooh shit, my bad I'm too focused looking at the report from Squad 10 on the system they found, set course to the HQ on the moon Ordis"
"Got it, boss, initiating jump on 3...2...1 and we're off."
After 8 minutes they approach the moon orbit, gold rings circle and encapsulate the desolate moonscape – lavish architecture signifying the Orokin mastery over all things natural and technological during their reign. The opalescent halls stitching together what the enemy destroyed have been vacated since that era came to an end. The moon surrounded by hundreds of huge buildings on its orbit, the buildings are clan dojo from the various clan that decided to stay on the moon to protect the Tenno sleep on the cryo-pods inside the moon.
"Dock at the dojo Ordis, I need to tell the higher-ups about this report."
"Got it, boss, you want me to notify your squad about your arrival?"
"I'll get them myself on my way to the higher-up's chamber."
Yoshi stepped off the landing craft and run straight to the teleporter and teleport to the squad 1 barrack.
"You seems happy boss, I wonder what kind of system squad 10 found that make you this excited."
"Shut up Ordis, and start encrypting the coordinate of the system so that we can jump there immediately as soon as we got a green light from the higher-ups."
"Already encrypted it on our way here, check your inbox boss."
After Yoshi entered the barrack he turns on the light and starts to deactivate the cryo-pods one by one waking up his squad from the cryo-sleep, then he took a seat beside cryo-pod number 2 staring at the figure lying inside the pod, then he took out a small blood red coin with a rose engraved on it and put the coin inside the slot on his earpiece.
"Admin access, Yoshi squad 1 leader code 2556001."
"Welcome back to the dojo squad leader 1 3rd General Yoshi, what can I help you with today, sir?"
"Yeah good to be back Rose, I need you to dispatch 3 medical MOAs to the squad 1 barrack for my squad medical checkup after waking up from the cryo-sleep."
"3 medical MOAs coming right up, you need anything else, General Yoshi?"
"Yeah, can you inform the Warlords that I'm going to visit them after I round up my squad?"
"Alright, I'm going to tell them right away, anything else?"
"Shit I almost forgot, make sure other clan members do not know that I am already back. I bring top secret info for the Warlords, and that's all I'm going to check on my squad now thank's Rose."
"Alright, see you, General."
Yoshi took off the coin from his earpiece and put it back to his gear, after waiting for 5 minutes the MOAs arrived at the barrack and each MOA begin to start the procedure for waking up the Tenno from the cryo-sleep. After 30 minutes of medical check-up the squad member one by one start to get out of their cryo-pod.
"Suit up you guys, we're going to the Warlords chamber."
"Yo boss, what's with the haste chill a bit will you. We just woke up, how long we have been asleep?"
"You guys slept for 200 years straight you lazy fucks, except Yuki. She only asleep for 50 years, and shut up and suit up Tatsuo I already tell the Warlords that we're going to their chamber today."
"You've to wait alone for 50 years huh, sorry for leaving you alone Yoshi." Yuki approaches Yoshi and hugged him.
"No need to feel sorry Yuki, I know you are already at your limit and need to recover your wounds from the war. At least you last 150 years after the war, unlike someone who goes to sleep right away after the war." Said while staring at Tatsuo.
"Haha funny boss, do you forgot that we two are your squad tanks? or is it that after left alone by Yuki for 50 years you've gone old and senile?"
"Tenno does not age you dumb ass, it seems that the cryo-pod have frozen your small brain Tatsuo."
"Hahaha good one boss, it's good to see you cheerful and lively again after all those wars boss." Said the person that just get out from pod number 3.
"Yeah, good to see you again Eigo. Alright now grab your gears and follow me."
"Roger." Replied the squad.
After walking down the hall for 5 minutes they arrived in front of a huge double door.
"Geez, why there's no teleporter that goes straight to the Warlords chamber. The Architect is a pain in the ass man." Whined Tatsuo.
"Shut up Tatsuo, you know that the Warlords can hear you right?" Eigo hissed at Tatsuo afraid that they will offend the Warlords.
"Behave you two." Yoshi just sighed and look away after reprimanding the duo Tanks and knock on the door before identify himself.
"3rd General Yoshi of squad leader 1 with my entire squad request an audience."
"Request granted, please come in 3rd General Yoshi," Rose replied to Yoshi immediately already know that they will come.
"Thank's Rose." Yoshi thank Rose then signal his squad to follow him inside.
The Warlords chamber is 50 meter in diameter round room with 3 equal high throne side by side in the middle of the room, in the left side of the room stood tall three huge statues of Excalibur Primes of the first generation Warlords with their unique colors and accessories, and on the right side of the room also stood tall three huge statues of Excalibur Primes of current Warlords with their own unique colors and accessories. The four Tenno advance to the middle of the room by a single file with Yoshi in the front, after they got in front of the Warlords they line up side by side and bow to them.
"At ease Tenno, what do you need from us today 3rd General Yoshi?" The one that seated in the middle said and gestured Yoshi to speak.
"Greeting to all the Warlords, I came here today with my squad to tell you about a report that I got earlier at 1000 hours today from squad 10."
"What the report is about General Yoshi? would you tell us the details?"
"I received a report about a squad that founded a system that they claimed there were intelligent lives on one of the planets."
"Hmmm interesting, we will discuss this matter at hand first because this is the first founding after 200 years, you and your squad can wait on the lobby in front."
The four of them take a bow then walk out of the room and sit on the couch located on the corner of the lobby.
"Can I get you something to drink while you wait?" Rose asked
"Cola for these two goons, a beer for me and tea for Yuki."
"You still remember huh boss, as expected of our caring boss." said the duo Tanks
"Two colas, a beer, and tea coming right up."
"Thank's Rose."
After waiting for 30 minutes while talking about the old-time the double door opened and Rose come out from the chamber with her real body, Rose appearance with her real body make the whole squad surprised except Yoshi because they think Rose is already dead and the Rose they have been talking to is an AI created based on Rose memory.
"Yoshi, the Warlords are requesting your presence in the chamber," Rose called to Yoshi ignoring the dumbfounded face from the other three.
"It's been a long time, good to see you, Rose." Yoshi rose from his seat smiling to Rose while spreading his hands and hugged her.
"Good to see you too Yoshi, it's been a while." Rose hugged back and lead him inside the chamber while the rest of his squad just staring at the scene dumbfounded.
Rose lead Yoshi inside the chamber and go past the seat of the Warlords and enter the other half part of the room behind the Warlords seats that blocked by a barrier making the room invisible from the audience part of the room, after they enter the secret room that looked like a private lounge he sees the three Warlords seated on a couch still talking between themselves, and when they notice that Yoshi and Rose enter the room they stood up and smile greeting Yoshi warmly just like greeting their friend.
"50 years Yoshi, after you sent Yuki to her cryo-pod you just left without saying anything to us." The same Warlord that speak earlier on the audience room said to him.
"Sorry about that old friend, I just got too emotional when I send her off to the cryo-pod thinking that I will not see her again. Her wounds from the war are pretty bad, but she still accompanies me for 150 years while holding in the pain." Yoshi said while looking down, feeling bad about the past.
"There's no need to feel sorry Yoshi, we all knew how you feel about her, you trained her yourself and we know about your feelings to her. Thank's to Rose's research about the sentient energy we can repair most of her wounds before it's too late."
"Thank's for the help guys, and also thank you very much, Rose, without your research Yuki would asleep for who knows how long."
"It's just natural for us fellow Tenno to help each other Yoshi, don't mind it."
After the touching reunion of these 5 friends the take seat again on the couch then begin talking about the new found system.
"Okay, so here's the thing, on the report from squad 10, they said that they found the system 10 years ago, but right after arrived at the system they do not land on the planet immediately, but they send a single landing craft to the planet with a stealth Warframe for scouting. After 9 years of information gathering here what they got from the planet." Yoshi said seriously while displaying a detailed version of the report to them.
"I think I got some info on this case." Ryu the Warlord that seated on the middle said while showing another report from 100 years ago.
"Is this the report from the finished investigation about the missing orbiter from the Berserker clan?" Yoshi frown while reading the report thoroughly.
"Yes it is, the investigator said that the orbiter that went missing we're detected heading to the same coordinate that we got from squad 10."
"Berserker fuckers found a system but want to keep it for themselves, no wonder the clan quit the alliance 50 years ago."
"The planet that scouted by squad 10 is said only got level 1 civilization, that's why those berserker dogs want to claim it all for themselves. It's an undeveloped planet, it only took them 50 years to conquer the whole system." Yoshi said while trying to keep his calm.
"I think we should go there with our whole clan and take over the system from those dogs," Ryu said while looking to the other two Warlords, both of the Warlords just nod then they look at Rose.
"Hey, what are you looking at me for, I'm just a relic from the old age, you guys are the big shot now, you guys decide," Rose said raising both her hands refusing to take part to make the decision.
"Alright, I'll call back all the remaining General and members that still wondering around the system right away, after we all rounded up we'll immediately go to the new system." Ryu declared and ordered all the remaining clan members to come back to the dojo ASAP.
