2 chapter 2: Clark

all the boys got up and started packing their tents and sleeping bags. the night before they found a satan star with rocks surrounding it. it was not a good idea to stay in that spot since something was out there.

Mike came over and asked. "so where are we heading out?"

"we will have to move north since the star is right here," Clark said.

"we can't move north! I heard there were abandoned things up there!" Mike jumped. he was scared of everything.

"Hey, its either go home and be bored with those video games or we can try to have fun like normal teens did back in the days where electronics didn't really get to them as they did with you," Clark said with a smile.

Mike sighed and went to grab his stuff. Clark went over to check on that Satan Star. the star was red but the rocks were moved. on the part of the star that was pointing north, the rock was gone. ' I shouldn't mention this to the others.' thought Clark.

the boys started walking north as soon as everyone had their stuff with them. they went through what they called "rock point" since there were rocks non stop where they stepped. at some point, the boys rested on a rock that looked like a bench. the boys started eating their snacks as they did before they left the house.

"Clark," Mike said. " this rock is an abandoned bench!"

Clark looked at it, the sunlight coming through the trees finally shown at the rock. Mike was right. it was an abandoned bench! but if there's a bench right here... then that means...

"Guys, we must be either on an abandoned hiking trail or an abandoned-" Clark stopped mid-sentence. if there was an abandoned house, they should go and sleep there. but what if there is a witch out here? what if that Blare Witch Project movie was real all along and people just denied it. his parents were one of the many people who believed it was real, but he thought it was a joke.

"we should look for a house around here to sleep in for one more night," Clark said. he picked up his backpack and smiled.

"ok, fine. but only one more night and that's all! got it?" growled Corey. he grabbed his stuff and stomped down to what looked like a hug and long green and brown tree.

the boys started walking for 3 minutes when Clark realized, right in front of them... it wasn't a giant tree, but a big mansion!

"guys, look! it's an old abandoned mansion!" Clark yelled. he was so excited! he's never seen a mansion from the inside or up close! the boys ran over to the old door that was rusted in place.

the boys looked at it. Corey was the strongest, but he is was the most scared of them all of everything!

"wait, why are you guys looking at me?" Corey asked. Clark looked at Corey and smiled.

"oh no, the only way we are going to get into that mansion is if someone STRONG to MOVE the door aside... but Mike and I can't do that..." Clark said smiling. Mike looked like he was guilty of going on Clark's side.
