1 Chapter 1: Mike

Mike was just about ready to explore with his friends. He's been dying to explore the old woods that haven't been touched by humans for years now! He got his stuff and asked with a hint of excitement,

"so, are we set?"

Clark laughed and they all started walking out of the house. it was pitch black outside with creepy looking clouds that made it seem like a horror film.

"Mike, have you heard of that Blare Witch Project?" asked Clark. he seemed like he was curious about this.

Mike smiled. "yes, I've seen it. its about 3 friends who go into the forest to find the witch (which they didn't really think was real) and at the end, they all lost each other's minds and died... in a house." Mike frowned after he realized the story from that move.

in the movie, there were three friends... Mike, Clark, and Corey were three friends. "wait, maybe we should head back-" Mike started.

"no, we can't, we're already at the forest, there's no going back," said Clark. he was looking at the shady forest. Corey nervous after he also realized the number of friends were each in that movie and right now...

"wait, Mike is right! let's head back while we can!" Corey said. he was moving closer to Mike now. Mike could now see the true amount of fear in his eyes.

Clark started walking towards the pitch dark forest. "you guys can leave, but im going into Witch forest."

as Clark went into the forest, Mike and Corey started feeling a mix of guilt and fear. Mike looked at Corey. "I won't let the witch get you, bro."

Corey nodded and they both went in after their friend.

the boys all found a good spot to rest. they unpacked the tents and got ready to sleep. mike was in the middle of going to bed when he heard Corey yell, " the rocks moved!"

Mike ran over to Corey, who was standing right next to Clark. the rocks were surrounding a satan star. the boys said nothing as they went over to their camp out.

they all agreed to move to a new spot by the time the sun comes up.
