Awakening?

Bang!

Dust rose up as Arch stumbled forward.

Utilizing his hands to stop his body from coming into contact with the rocky floor because he knew it would hurt a lot if his face does hit the ground with out preventing it.

Boom! Boom!!

His hands were instantly embedded, almost five inches deep into the rocky floor. Crushed bits of dust rose up swiftly and then settled down after sometime.

Arch was stunned senseless. He kept to his position for a moment out of suprise and shock.

"W-what is going on?"

Arch glanced at his hands in disbelief. He had been aware of how strong he was before all of this became and although he was stronger than some teenagers his age, but it wasn't to a ridiculous degree.

It appeared that he was surprised about the fact that his hands were able to go deep into the rocky floor without using too much strength. He had been occupied with getting on his feet quickly and happy he had been spared from the pain, he didn't notice how much his body had changed.

His body had changed so much he could hardly recognise himself anymore.

He sat down carefully on the floor. Although, the pain was still gnawing on every part of his bones and his body, he had slightly gotten used to it and he could ignore it if he truly and really focused his attention on something else. It could be said now that he lived for the pain.

Like now, he doesn't feel the overwhelming pain anymore since his attention was focused on the about five inches deep handprints on the floor. He couldn't fathom how or when he had gotten this strong. All he knew was that he was in the verge of dying and had literally passed through hell simply because he was caught in a crossfire between two powerful people.

And he almost died because of that. Thinking about that, he couldn't help but be angry and fearful at the same time.

He almost died and he still didn't get what he went to the underground market for. Life wasn't fair and he had understood that since he left his family.

Clearing those thoughts from his head, he relaxed while breathing in and out softly. Trying to sense the state of his body but he couldn't do so easily because the pain in his body was constantly distracting him. Keeping him from concentrating. Reminding him of what he had passed through

He clenched his first tightly. He felt his blood surged as hot blood pumped from his heart coursing through his veins towards every part of his body. Heat spread throughout his body as his body flushed a light crimson colour.

BaDump! BaDump!!

His heartbeat resounded throughout the cave, echoing. Like the awakening of a primordial beast throughout the centuries. His heart beat fiercely through his chest almost as if it was going to burst out of his chest, he felt strength that he could never imagine.

He felt like the whole world was like a small pebble to him. Like he could crush the world into smithereens.

He almost believed it was real. No, he believed it was real and not an illusion at that moment. But gradually bloody sense of the feeling. Which was quite strange. Forgetting about that.

The strength filled his entire body, as blood circulated through the blood vessels and veins in his legs, hands, head, every part of his body.

Archie was in a state of intense euphoria. The power in his body surged as he felt his body could exploded if he doesn't realise the energy in his body or stop stimulating the blood in his body. Since he had no control over his own blood, the only option left was to release all the energy in his body, to tire himself out in other to stop the strength from exploding within him.

Without waiting a moment. "Ahhh!" clenching his fists strongly, he glanced around quickly and swiftly he arrived instantly at a pile of trees by the side of the river.

Punching forward with both hands.

Boom! Boom!! BOOM!!!

The third strike was a result of storing his strength in his fists for two seconds before launching them directly on the rocky floor since the trees had long since exploded into pieces by his first and second strike.

A crater was immediately made in the floor as water rushed in to fill the hole in a fluid manner.

Phew phew

Panting heavily, he had exhausted all the strength in his blood and body. His body was thoroughly exhausted after producing such force.

Bam!

Arch slumped down due to exhaustion. His hands were a bloody mess. Bone fragments sticking out if the mangled flesh of his hands. Arch hardly noticed it. It could be said that the pain was like a drop of water admist the oceans he had gone through previously. Although he was very happy about his current strength, if one looked at his slightly handsome and unique face, one would say it was twisted as if he was a demon who had just walked through the gates of hell. It's was one of pain and toture.

Once arch was reminded of the pain he had passed through and the one he is currently passing through, he couldn't help but ponder if that power was really worth that much pain. He really didn't want to go through with it if he had a choice at the beginning.

Lying on the cold rocky floor that had rapidly turned warm due to the blood spraying out of Archie's mangled hands with every beating of his heart.

Arch was about to slip into the Zs but was rudely interrupted by his body reacting weirdly.

It was as if it was in desperate need of food, he was really hungry. He was beginning to regret wasting all his strength like that in one go. Now where would he get food to eat.

As trying to answer Archie, his body constricted in a wired way sucking out blood energy from who know where.

Sitting upright, Archie traced the source. Watching deeply towards the interior of his body, what he saw made him gasp loudly in suprise.
