1 1 Rebirth of a nobody

In the dead of night, the rain had been pouring since yesterday.

A woman laid in giving birth, she was exhausted and has been pushing since evening and the weather didn't make it any better.

The rain was beating hard on the tent when a woman walked in. she was around her late 50's " well he's a stubborn one". As the housewife had just given birth and was completely exhausted. the elderly woman took the child and gave him to his mother. Although she was exhausted she still couldn't help but worry that her child had not once made a sound since he came out, but had his eyes open.

"Is he alright?" she said then she passed out. The old woman was not surprised after all this woman was a warrior and even warriors have their limits.

Rayn had not known what happened to him. one thing he was flying aimlessly in the afterlife, the next thing he knew he was in this old hag's hands. Felling irritated he has the passion to relieve himself on her face, he did so.

" uggggg" the old hag said setting down the newborn from her hand and wiping off her face. Seeing the old hag reaction he can't help but giggle.

Rayn had been an orphan in his former life, his parents dying in the great war. So he was kinda concerned about the passed-out woman who looks in her late 20's. two elderly women treating her he could only hope for the best. Looking around his surrounding's he could make out only small detail like who around him and where he currently was.

he could feel some of his mana still residing in him guess "I guess staying in that god awful place paid up. He got a head start. He already knew the basics of mana, but never got to learn how to use and utilize it. Seeing that he was an orphan nobody really took care of him because they were more worried about themselves so he had improvised and sneaked into private lessons.

The real magic happened after he died because he got to meet legends who took him under their wing and trained his soul to it's, but he can only draw a small amount out of that power right now.

he was getting sleepy seeing this one of the old hags took him up and tucked him in and left. he knew that tomorrow was the start of a new life.
