5 Meeting Between Two Cheaters In The ORC.

Right now I'm currently right in front of the ORC door. Now you may be wondering why I'm not going in yet. That's because I saw THIS.

I'm sure they've gotten a similar message too. Today's the day Issei goes to meet the rest of the ORC after being called over by Kiba. Maybe Rias also reincarnated a cheater by chance. Maybe they're not too strong yet though. That's the case most likely because they've only been in this world for about a week.

"I can travel to different worlds ,I can get random Bloodlines ,and my stats get strengthened by a set amount of 1 point every minute and an added 1 point equaling two points every minute while exercising."
