13 Chapter 1️⃣3️⃣ - Mission Finale
"Oh, a curtain?" The curse user declared.
"Nishimiya attack when you see an opening. Your technique should overpower his since it's curse energy wind." I said
The sorcerer waves his hand as a bunch of icicles started to come at me.
Swerving them easier with flowing red scale activated. I darted at the curse user forming a knife with my blood I'll go to slash him only for it to get blocked with an icicle.
"A knife?"
He waves his right hand generating more icicles right at me. Before he launches them I'll sweep my leg forcing him to collapse on his side. Before hitting the ground I spin my body palm striking him in his gut.
This attack causes him to plummet to the ground.
In the air Momo swings her broom at the sorcerer creating winds thrusting him further back at rapid speeds crashing into a building entering a room.
Hopping into the window I clasp two blood packets busting them both open rotating the blood.
'Slicing Exorcising'
Hurling two blood chakram-like projectiles it began rotating at high velocities soaring at the cursed user.
Leaping in between them he landed not before the sorcerer looks forward & sees me in front of his vision. I kick him with curse energy causing him to pummel the wall cracking it.
Rising the curse user waves his arm as a ton of icicles appears.
With both my hands up I create a shield with my blood blocking the attack.
Gasping a bit I looked ahead & notice blood dripping from his nose.
"Didn't think you be from the Kamo family killing you I could get reasonable pay. After all, there are bounties on sorcerers from the big three clans." Luco said
Grabbing a blood package from my sleeves I tossed it up in the air. Manipulating the blood I construct three condensed small blood orbs.
'Convergence'
Grasping a blood orb I clapped my hands together as curse energy enveloped me.
"Piercing blood!"
A long beam of blood blasted from my fingertips.
Bringing his arms up quickly luco uses curse energy around his arms to reduce the damage.
Shifting his head a little bit the beam of blood shoots through his arms with ease missing his head by an inch but cutting his cheek deep.
Lowering his arms I can see a hole through both arms dripping with his blood.
'From that attack he shouldn't be able to use both of his arms unless he ignores the pain. But if he does ignore the pain his punches will be slower & he will be losing blood...My next Piercing blood will kill him'
Grasping another blood orb I clapped my hands together again but before I could release my attack he swung his upper body making his arms swing as plenty of icicles appear blocking my sight.
Evading & smashing the icicles with my hands still together. I notice the curse user jump from the window behind him.
'Tch he's fleeing. He can't go far' I assumed releasing my hand.
As soon as Luco jumps out the window he saw Momo on her broom.
While in the air he swings his body & with momentum, his arms swing creating icicles in Momo's direction. Forcing her to dodge the incoming icicles whacking a building roof.
Following I jump out the window & witness Momo gliding into a building roof crashing.
"KAMO! IM FINE FOLLOW HIM." I heard Momo shout.
'Smart thinking Nishimiya. She must've seen my phone was broken after making a curtain'
Landing I started chasing him.
Running through alleyways I catch the curse user jumping above cars after that he took a turn.
'There's no way to hide he's trap in the curtain' I thought.
After a 20-minute chase, the curse user stopped.
"Your dying? Losing blood right." I said smirking as my right eye widens even more. "I'm supposed to lose blood not you."
The wind began to blow causing my sleeve to flop loosely back-&-forth.
Stepping forward I grab my Sai from my sleeve & started covering it with curse energy getting in a battle stance. Luco follows right after getting into his battle stance forcing his arms up.
"Utilizing a weapon against me where's the shame?" Luco asked in a playful manner.
Rushing at each other I evade a kick from him. Rotating my Sai I stab him in the leg three times in one particular motion.
*ARRGHH! Luco winced blood leaking from his leg.
Pushing through the discomfort he tried to punch me with his left arm which I block with my right arm.
Moving my left hand I thrash my palm with curse energy into his left arm.
A loud crack could be heard.
*GAAHH!
Gripping my right hand I channel curse energy into my Sai thrusting it into Luco's abdomen.
"Die knowing a brat killed you." I whispered.
Withdrawing the Sai Luco steps back laughing.
"I underestimated you simply because you're a brat. That's a mistake you should've made not me. I know you're a jujutsu student from your uniform. How old are you" Luco asked
"Fifteen." I said
"A fifteen-year-old fighting like an experienced sorcerer. This must've been your first time facing a curse user to get used to this sensation. There's a lot more of us in the shadow waiting for an opportunity to be free & due what we desire." He declared collapsing on his back.
Deactivating Flowing red scale I shut my right eye sighing collapsing on the ground.
Soon enough Momo arrived.
"You're okay?" Momo questioned
"Yeah just injured a little bit. Contact Nakagawa my phone is broken."
After a few minutes I see a car approaching. Sitting up I see Nakagawa step out of the car sprinting towards us.
"Y'all alright?" Nakagawa questioned
"Yeah, I got wounded but it's not life-threatening." I said
"I crashed into a roof but nothing serious." Momo said
"Good, Let's head back to the hotel." Nakagawa spoke assisting me.
"When we get to the hotel you can get all the rest you need. We are leaving by Noon tomorrow." Nakagawa declared driving.
We finally arrived at the hotel.
"Get some rest. Both of you did a good job. The headmaster will send some sorcerers to clean up the mess." Nakagawa said
Momo & I started heading to our rooms.
"Nishimiya...since we don't leave till noon tomorrow do you want to go to the small amusement park in Kobe Harborland?" I questioned
"YES!" Momo shouts grabbing my hand. Her sharp blue eyes suddenly got close to my face.
"Nishimiya..." Looking straight at her blue eyes. "You're a little close." I said scratching the back of my head.
A red blush burned her face. Taking a step back she lost her grip.
"Sorry." She murmured turning her head sideways avoiding eye contact.
"It's fine. Umm...I'm going to patch the wound on my foot & after that, I come to your room. Nakagawa doesn't know so this will be our little secret." I said strolling to my room.

After wrapping my foot up with bandages. I went to Momo's room & got her.
It took a couple of minutes but we eventually were at the amusement park.
Wandering around we made it to the Ferris wheel It was filled with various color lights. We both went in sitting on the left side of the seats.
Peeking at the window I catch a worker giving a thumbs up.
The Ferris wheel rose & the sight was breathtaking. Looking at the buildings it glows with colorful lights.
I saw the Kobe port tower & a building that was lit up in green.
Glancing at Nishimiya I saw her mouth was slightly gaped & her blue eyes shone.
"The view…it's amazing." She said
"It is."
We reach the top & the Ferris wheel stopped. The moon was right in front of us resulting in us sitting in silence.
"Thank you…Kamo - Kun." Momo whispers resting her head on my shoulder.
Smiling I patted her head.
'Ima have to carry Momo into her hotel room' I thought
