1 Didn't see that coming

It was Friday night when Julia's boyfriend called. They've been together since junior years and they're now in 1st year college. 

Julia expected that Tim called because he'd ask her out for a dinner but she was wrong. As Julia picks up her phone from her ears, he heard the apologetic voice of Tim over the line. 

"Julia.." Tim started. 

Julia started to think that something was wrong.

 "What's wrong babe?" Julia asked. She knew right after Tim called her by her name that something was up, and there's something wrong.

"Meet me at Cinabbon, I'll be waiting." then he hung up the call. 

What was that all about? Julia asked herself in confusion. If he'd want to eat dinner with me, he should ask me nicely, and dinner? at Cinabbon? Are we going to eat bread for dinner? Julia thought to herself. Despite everything that's going on her mind, she quickly slipped in her jeans and sweaters and made her way to the place. 

As she arrived at their meeting place, she quickly got off her car and saw Tim sitting from near the window of the fast food. She made her way to where Tim was seated. 

When she reached Tim, she seated on the chair opposite to him. She expected him to kiss her on the cheek and greet him 'hello' but he didn't. They both stared at each other silently. Julia giving Tim a confused look and Tim giving Julia an apologetic look.

What the hell is wrong? Julia screams in her mind.

Julia broke the silence with her cough, which seems sarcastic and made Tim move to his seat.

"Julia.." Tim started.

"Why do you keep calling me by my name, you're making me feel uncomfortable babe." Julia said feeling annoyed.

"Julia.." Tim answered, while holding Julia's hand and squeezing it lightly and he slowly keeps his gaze away from her.

"Is something wrong Tim? You never called me by my name unless you're mad, but i cant remember anything that made you mad at me. Are you mad?" Julia asked feeling really confused.

"I'm not mad at you, Julia." 

"Then what? Why are you being like this? Anything wrong?" Julia said with sadness in her eyes.

"Let's stop this Jules." Tim said and loosen the grip on Julia's hand. 

Julia couldn't process what she just heard. She got back from her senses when Tim repeated what he said.

"Jules, let's stop this." Tim repeated.

"Stop what Tim?" Julia asked, slightly losing herself. This cant be happening, she thought to herself.

"This Julia, us." Tim replied shortly, but his words cut Julia into pieces. She couldn't believe her ears. 

Is he breaking up with me? She asked herself.

"No, I cant." that's all that she could say.

Her heart was beating faster. Is he really breaking up with me? For fucks sake, what did i do? She thought.

"We have to. Endure it Julia, in wont take a while. You'll forget about me Julia."

"Stop calling me by my name, please no." Julia stood up holding Tim's hand begging him.

"Julia, Im really sorry. But I have to do this." Tim answered, getting out of Julia's grip, he stood up and about to leave.

"Tim, please no. Tell me this is a dream. What did I do? Tell me please." Julia pleaded, not paying attention to the people eyeing them. 

"It's over Julia, You did nothing wrong. I'm really sorry." Tim answered and made his way out of the place. 

Julia followed her shortly, just before Tim was about to enter his car, Julia shouted.

"I love you Tim! Please don't leave me!" Julia said, falling to her knees. Tim looked to where she was and replied,

"I loved you too Jules, but that was before, I'm sorry." then he drove off and left Julia, crying herself to death, still couldn't process what just happened and hoping it was all just a dream.
