4 I will try to survive

Thinking on how to meet her old boss and how to earn money and get more resources, Aryen suddenly noticed the place they were staying. "If we don't have money, how do you have such luxury?" 

"I'm working as a programmer. I was able to sell one of my creations to a technological company." Arren proudly claimed while he looked around the place. 

In just a few seconds, a vicious smile appeared on his lips, he continued before Aryen can speak. "In short, I can do more that will help us get some information we need. As for you... Ugh.. What can you do?" 

"Not sure. But I'll try to find a way to have more connections and I'll let you know if I need you to check on something." Aryen thought for a second. 

Unfortunately, because of her unclear memories for the past four years, despite her intelligence, Aryen has no idea what are her capabilities. 

Aryen was at her first year in college as a management student when she was kidnapped. She was on her way back home after her part time job. 

Being a first born, Aryen is six years older than her younger brother and twelve years older than her younger sister that belongs to an average family and lives in X country. 

With her intelligence, she advanced two years when she was in highschool and successfully got the top score for a college entrance exam. 

Therefore, she receives multiple offers for a scholarship, until Lin group suddenly sent her an invitation to be a working student aside from receiving a scholarship in a good university. 

Since Lin group is located at a foreign country, Aryen was offered a place to stay for free while she's only required to work for fourteen hours a week while studying. 

Moreover, Lin group provided a contract where she can continue to work at the company after she had graduated in college, but it doesn't limit her to decide whether she wants to stay or not. 

Knowing that Lin group is part of a prestigious company all over the world, Aryen did not hesitate to grab the opportunity with the thought of giving her family a good life. 

After signing the contract, Arwen went to R country before the semester started, while she only keeps in touch with her parents using technology. 

Having a deep thought, Arwen remembered while she asked with an anguish voice. "Arren... Do you have any news about my family?" 

"I wonder how they are.. They might be so heartbroken to think that I'm dead.." She mumbled before Arren can answer while the tears that formed on her eyes falls on her cheeks. 

There was a sudden silence between them, until Arren breaks the ice and finally speaks. "They were informed after you had gone missing. But don't worry, they were being supported by the Lin group." 

"So... They.. They think I'm dead?" Aryen asked but her tears continued flowing when she saw Arren nodding his head in response. 

A feeling of sorrow began to cover Aryen's heart. She felt her heart is being stabbed with a hundred of knives while her soul is being burned by a terrible flame. 

She misses her family so much, but it didn't take too long when hatred overcomes her feelings and swore that she will never forgive the people who ruined her life. 

Taking a deep breath while she clenched her fist, Arwen wiped her cheeks and tried to smile. "As long as they're okay, I will try to survive for them." 

Trying to calm her aching heart, Aryen suddenly remembered her new appearance. "How did I end up with this new body? Don't tell me my soul was transferred to this body?" 

With her sudden question, Arren who just swallowed his food suddenly chocked and started coughing violently, while Aryen immediately stood up and handed him a water while rubbing his back. 

"I'm just asking.. You said I had a daughter, but I checked and I'm still a virgin." Aryen claimed that made Arren cough more but he wanted to laugh. 

After clearing his throat, Arren took a deep breath while a mischievous smile appeared on his lips. "You really want to talk about this with your older brother? Aren't you embarrassed?"
