3 A new goddess is reborn

Arren did not answer right away, he stared at Aryen's teary eyes before he took a deep breath. "I don't know much. Like I said, it will be better for you to discover it yourself."

"I'll prepare something for you to eat. You go wash and meet me in the dining room.." Arren continued with a soft voice while he strokes her cheeks when Aryen did not respond.

Right after his words, Arren smiled with gentleness before stood up to leave the bedroom. But he looked back at Aryen before he stepped out of the door.

Failing to get any clear explanation from Arren, Aryen took a deep breath. She agreed with him that it is much better for her to remember it herself.

Therefore, Aryen got out of bed and looked for the bathroom. After she had taken a bath, she was thunderstruck when she looked at herself in the mirror.

The towel that was supposed to cover herself fell to the floor when she saw her face. Together with her uncovered body, Aryen examined herself without missing an inch.

Her then black hair is now brown. Her pretty innocent face is more beautiful and alluring, she has red cherry lips, high nose, long-thick eyelashes and a pair of translucent green jade eyes.

Standing in front of the mirror, Aryen stayed looking at her new self with disbelief. Her eyes started to scan her body and noticed that she looked taller than she used to.

With a white delicate skin that looks like it will shine under the sunlight. With her long legs and a perfect chest, her curves can make any man drool and feel tempted to take her in bed.

She raised her hand and strokes her face as if checking if it is real or just a dream. A wicked smile appeared on her lips and she laughed like a mad woman.

"Just wait, I will take back what you took from me and whatever you did, I will give it back ten fold!" Aryen claimed with a vicious voice.

A vow of revenge etched deeply on Aryen's heart. She will do everything to get it. Taking a deep breath, she took the robe to cover herself before leaving the bathroom.

She changed into a white off shoulder dress and let her brown hair fall on her back. She then went down to meet Arren at the dining room.

Upon seeing her walk in, a chuckle suddenly came from Arren. Sitting at the dinning table, he wore a beautiful smile on his lips when he speaks. "A new goddess is reborn."

"What do you expect? I have a beautiful big brother from whom I inherited such beauty." Aryen replied with a smirk. All the while walking forward. Then she sits across Arren.

Arren can't help but laugh. He did not expect that in such a short period of time, Aryen will suddenly change. But there's a flash on his eyes while staring at her. "Are you ready for revenge?"

"hmm" Aryen nodded. "I need to know what we have. I'm guessing you know where the lab is located." She said while placing food on her plate.

Arren unfortunately shook his head in response. "I don't have much information about them. You must start from the beginning if you want to succeed."

"We don't have a lot of resources, so we need to work together to get more money and connection." Arren continued as he started eating.

There was a moment of silence between them. Arren keeps smiling while staring at Aryen who seems to be in deep thoughts. Before he can say anything, Aryen mumbled. "I need to go back to Lin Group."

"Lin group? The company you were working before when you were still a student?" Arren stopped eating when he spoke and thought for a second.

Lin group of companies is a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on the discovery and development of small molecule drugs for the treatment of central nervous system.

Aryen used to worked there as a part time assistant. She had been working for a year to support her studies before she was abducted four years ago.

"You seem to know a lot about me. But yes, I need to find my old boss who treated me like her own daughter." She claimed while thinking how to enter the company with her new identity.
