8 Future planning

Kiyoshi finally calmed down after some hours.Eventhough he is a reincarnater he was only 21-22 in his past life and he has never lost anyone close to him.

Suddenly a voice sounded in Kiyoshi's head

"Kiyoshi if you are hearing this that means I am already dead. I am sorry Kiyoshi for leaving you so early but I hope atleast you dad is alive. I don't have much time, I currently using one of the jutsu of my Chinoike clan to talk to you. Yes, if you are wondering that is my clan and our kekkai genkai is known as the Ketsuryugan. It gives us the ability to cast powerful genjutsu and control liquid with high iron content. We use blood for all type of jutsu. The Chinoike clan has been active since the Warring States period but has become extinct now. If you want to know about the clan and it's legacy go to a place called Valley of Hell. "Mom, don't worry I will be a poweful shinobi and get revenge for you and dad" Kiyoshi clenched his fist and vowed.

"I need think about what I am going to do now.   Eventhough I have the Mangekyo sharingan, I don't want to use it. My body,spirit and chakra have only started growing and it can't bear the  burden of using Mangekyo sharingan. I also have my father's eyes ,so I can also awaken Eternal Mangekyo sharingan" Thinking about his father Kiyoshi was sad again.

" I seem to have not awakened the Ketsuryugan but I can control high iron content liquids and blood. Its like Gaara's sand/magnet release. But I need great chakra control to freely use to both attack and defend. I also have to foucs on my nature transformations Fire,Water and Lighting.

If I have the talent I can also practice Senjutsu which will increase my odds of awakening the Rinnegan and give me better chakra and physique" Kiyoshi knew he had a lot of work to do. Alteast he knew which direction he should go.

"If I want to truly dominate the Ninja World, I need to join some faction. I think Akatsuki will suit me. I just have to do their missions and I get some freedom, I can also fight with some of the powerful shinobi's in the Ninja world.

I also agree the Nagato idea of maintaining peace in the Shinobi world using force and domination but Obita and black jetsu tricked him due to his overconfidence. The same is the case for Madara.

If possible I want to get all the chakra of the tailed beast like Naruto. Because at the last battle between Sasuke and Naruto, Sasuke's 'Indra's arrow' his most powerful jutsu can only be performed with the chakra of tailed beasts. I wonder what ability I will get"
