She's Always been here

It was the first autumn night of the Year, the cold had just started to sink into the dreary night of Kyoto.

'Mikatsu Shijuki' was just finishing his office work whe the lights suddenly went off. He thought to himself "The Generator must be having a tough time as usual as every winter due to cold as every year. The boss should buy a new one." He was just closing his Office when he suddenly felt a chill down the spine as if someone was watching him. He thought it wasn't anything because of the autumn and he had to go back home quickly to his beloved wife 'Shizumi' . He noticed that something was wrong with the moon and it felt kind of wierd looking at it. He thought he should go back home as quickly as possible due to the Missing person incidents in the area happening more frequently in past few days. *Thud* A Sudden sound of something falling was heard in the alleyway and *rumbling* soon after he began to be curious as to what animal fell and was it okay but he did not want to stay longer due to the fear of being late. He ran home while something in the Alleyway started to move.

It was 3 o' clock in the night When Shizumi suddenly heard a knock on the Door. She was thinking who could it be this late at night even her husband wasnt home. The knock became louder and louder and louder until it suddenly stopped… The sudden silence was nerve racking when her phone started ringing, it was an unknown number. In the empty house the sound echoed and echoed. Until she somehow picked up the phone And said "Hello… who is this? How did you get my phone no." there was silence for a moment until the person on the other side said "Hey open the door i'm your husband i bought a new phone because my phone dropped into the river". She went to open the door and suddenly her phone ringed again. It was her Husband he had called here several times already in the night, How could she just have noticed it? Her husband was telling her to open the door? Who was this person if he isn't her husband? Why did he call himself as her husband?

The person on the door said "Open the door love i forgot the keys i can't find them just open the door". The more she was hesitant, the more irritated the person on the door got. Again her phone rang, her husband told her that he met a friend on the way and they were getting drunk in a Bar near Shuujin's Feilds. Her heart dropped she asked him "Aren't you outside the door…. someone is there and he is saying he's you" the phone cut suddenly and the banging on the door was quiet too. Then a woman spoke "Arent you being a bit rude to me now. I have been in the neighbourhood waiting for the perfect couple to move in and i envy you guys… The woman started to talk more and her voice began to come from various directions. She said she knew them and was  a childhood friend of hers." She said here name was Hyakkimaru and she had been watching her and her husband. Ever since they moved to Kyoto she knows every dirty little secret about them. And she said "It won't be long until She'll take her husband with her to the otherside the ritual is about to begin afterall."Shizuki panicked. Her husband the person she loves and always happy with is about to be stolen from her? How could she let that happen.

While 'Mikatsu' was drinking his favourite Soju with 'Ameru' when he wanted to take a piss. He told ameru "Wait here i am going to take a leak and don't you fucking drink my Soju." He left the table and went to the Bathroom. He took a leak and was about to return when he saw a girl crying on the other side of the road outside the restaurant. He didn't mind her and was going back to the table to start drinking again but the whole hotel was Empty. Sweat began to come down his face as he was shocked and scared. Some trauma of being alone flashed before his eyes and he began to have an Anxiety attack. When again the crying of the girl sounded closer. He turned back quickly to look at the girl sitting in the same place. She was murmuring something. He wanted to ask where everyone went in such a short time so he went to her. He tried to ask why she was crying but the girl stopped crying and was murmuring something over and over. Suddenly the girl stopped. He asked if she was okay? she didn't reply. He asked "Where did everyone go and how is she the only one here." The Girl whispered something which he slightly heard as "Why did you do it?". He asked "What did i do?" The girl scream "Why did you leave me!!" Her face was revealed Bruises covering face stiches which we forcefully removed, Blood gushing down the right eye and some parasite crawling under the pale skin as if she was dead. Mikatsu was scared at the sight of her and began to run and scream as fast and loud as he could. When suddenly he woke up with cold sweat with Ameru beside him both passed out due to the booze. He brushed it off as a nightmare and nothing more while the girl from his dream was watching him from afar from the shadows while no one notices her but Mikatsu felt himself being watched. He was waking up Ameru as he felt staying here was a bad omen and he told Ameru about this feeling but Ameru just shut it off as Hangover. Still Mikatsu left in a hurry along with Ameru.
