Garendra Health Center, a private hospital owned by the Garendra family, where Alice is currently being treated.

Sean Garendra who felt himself being watched by someone immediately turned to Alice with a sharp look.

Alice threw a lot of questions at Sean which hadn't changed his expressionless face.

"Cute?"

Sean raised his eyebrows at Alice's explanation.

Sean then turned his gaze to the right, then answered Alice's question in an even tone of voice.

"You mean our Shine?" Sean asked curtly.

Alice followed Sean's gaze, which was stiff like an ice sculpture that somehow melted. And Alice found the handsome little one fast asleep with the IV stuck to the back of his little hand.

"Yes, you're right! Shine? Is that kid called Shine?"

While asking, Alice slowly got off her bed. Alice shifted the stand of the IV bottle and put her hand on the little one's forehead.

"Thankfully, the fever's gone," Alice said with relief as she breathed heavily. Alice is happy because she can help the little one out of the bar and save him. And now your little one's fever is gone with good health care.

In an instant, Alice's cheerful face turned angry as she turned to look at the very relaxed Sean.

"Hey, Master! Are you the father of this child?" Alice asked in a stern tone as she repeatedly confirmed that the two of them had similar faces.

"Well, I'm the father. Is there a problem?" Sean answered in a tone that was still flat.

And after hearing Sean's answer, Alice again confirmed the resemblance between father and son.

Alice, who was convinced, immediately took a deep breath before venting her anger at Sean.

"Oh, so you're the father? Do you know, what kind of parent are you? How dare you take a child like him and leave him there alone! And you call yourself his father? That's ridiculous!"

Alice took her anger out on Sean after recalling her worries about the little one last night.

Sean who was accused of no reason like that remained silent and only frowned at Alice's angry face.

'A brave woman!' Sean praised in his heart as he looked at Alice who was angry with him.

"Good morning! Hi beautiful, are you awake?" said a man who had just entered Alice and Shine's treatment room.

"I'm Troy Garendra, I'm Shine's uncle, nice to meet you!" the man named Troy Garendra introduced himself to Alice and made Alice walk back a few steps to confirm if this man had just arrived was someone she knew.

"T-Troy? Troy Garendra?" Alice stuttered at the name of the man in front of her at this time.

Alice begins to believe that the man is Troy Garendra, the second son of the Garendra family who is famous throughout the country and internationally.

"You stupid! Did you know she had accused me of abandoning Shine in that dirty bar, huh?! How do you think I should behave?" Sean snapped at Troy.

"Miss?" Troy who was shocked immediately confirmed the truth to Alice who immediately nodded slowly.
