9 Chapter 28: Fight for Desire

The matches went on and 20 officials passed while other disqualified. Leon announced the next day would be 2nd round of the tournament for the Senior.

Angus saw 3 new fast and weird matches today.

First was Big Sis against a pretty boy, most of the officials thought that Big Sis would go soft on the boy and defeated him without harming him too much but they were wrong. Big Sis directly punched him in the face and his handsome face was "destroyed" then he crashed into the barrier, it was another instant win from high rank Official. The boy was carried back to the doctors while crying and asked why she was so cruel to aim for the face.

Second match had the new record for fastest to end, Shiro was against an official and when the judge called out for the match to begin, he directly pull out his word and slashed at the official from afar. It was a Ki slash and it cut the official's left arm off. It was fast and horrifyingly deadly to the point where the Official surrendered and forfeit the match. For some reason, Shiro still glared at Angus.

The last one was the weirdest match in the history of school tournament. When 2 contestants were felt asleep or knocked out for just 6 seconds and one of them stood up and while other spit out blood from his mouth before he fainted again. The one who win was the man who slept on the floor in the beginning of the tournament.

Each of those people were dangerous and strong, Angus wasn't sure that he could win against them but he knew that he could go all out to fight them.

*Next day*

The stadium opened again and 20 officials were all ready for the new battles. They were given a new plate number and Angus was number 18.

Two matches passed then came the match that make everyone felt more excited than before because 2 heavy weight among officials face each other, Max vs Big Sis.

Max was born as a Noble in Fang clan. His talents were inherited from his mother and with the clan's resources, he trained by his mom to become one of the strongest officials and he even killed a rank 8 despite being only rank 5.

Big Sis came from a family that focused on body cultivation so their Ki wasn't as big as a normal cultivators. Even she was a "girl", the family still forced her to train the man way, lifting heavy stuff and eat a lot of meats. From a little girl she changed to a hulk-like man (Still a girl inside), brought pride and glory to the family but her obsession for cute boys was too dangerous for them so they sent her to the school.

The atmosphere around the platform was intense as two of them appeared, Big Sis and Max had the same goal and it was to win. Big Sis wasn't like this before because she didn't lack money and had no interest at the library but she had to win for her desire which was awoken by Lady Tara.

Big Sis was invited to Tara's house for a secret meeting.

"So what is the new mission this time?"

"If you can win the tournament, you have to give me the money. For your reward, see here"

Tara threw a small picture to Big Sis and image of Angus was in the picture. Big Sis looked deep into the picture like she wanted to burn the image into her mind.

"Give me the money and I will introduce you to him"

"Lady Tara, I will not fail you"

That the reason why Big Sis wanted to win and Max was also under Tara's grand money scheme.

"Big Sis, please don't feel offended but I have to win this. For my future"

"Max, I will not stop until I have that money"

When the judge signaled for the match to begin, a loud bang noise came from the center of the platform. It was from Max's lion swipe was blocked by Big Sis's nature muscle defense.

She then grabbed his arm and threw him away with great strength, he crashed heavily into the barrier and it made the officials and audiences shocked because the barrier had cracks where Max crashed into. The barrier was made to block a rank 7 to rank 9 attacks but with just one throw, cracks appeared.

Surprisingly, Max didn't receive any injury and dashed to her again. This time, a lion head image appeared behind him and he crashed into her then she got pushed back into the barrier which caused more cracks.

It was a very strong attack and her grunted in pain but he didn't stop as he jumped into the air and used Lion Swipe with lion head image behind. Lion claws and arms attacked her and she had to go into defense by using her two arms to defense her face. He kept attacking her without stopping for a full minute so he stopped for a moment.

Within that moment, she disappeared from his view and appeared above him. It was too late to dodge and he was hit in to head, he hit the ground very hard and it caused dizziness. He then took multi attacks from her, each hit was like 400{K} power punch from Angus but he didn't bleed.

Both of them go all out on this battle, the barrier had so many cracks that Leon had to leave his seat and provided Ki into the shield. Each of their attacks made all officials had cold sweat and they still kept fighting without any blood came out.

They exchanged moves until Max felt tired and he was almost out of Ki while Big Sis mostly relieved on her muscles. She took the chance when Max let down his guard and used all her strength into 1 punch, he took the punch and his organs were damaged so he retreated back.

He thought that he should give up but with the image of Mila in his head, he couldn't give up. He then used all his Ki and formed lion head to boost his strength one last time. His 2 arms shined with yellow color and he used Lion Swipes attacked her.

She saw how he used all his power to defeat her so she also used her trump card, Mountain Punch. The punch was heavy as a mountain and their arts clashed but in the end, Max was crashed into the barrier and the barrier broken down so he flew out of the platform.

The judge came and checked Max. He was knocked out cold so the judges announced Big Sis as the winner.

The Fang family wasn't disappointed because Big Sis was also very strong but his sister who was only one disappointed.

"Well, that go one pawn. I hope other pawns can get the money"

The doctors came and carried him to the pill house where he would be treated. When they carried him, he was awake and cried. They thought that he cried because he made his family lose face but they kept hearing him mumbled some words.

"Mila, my Mila..."

After intense battle, the barrier was fixed and matches went on normally.

"Number 17 and 18"

The judge called out the numbers and Angus went onto the platform and the Official was the one who brought a baby with him into the stadium.

"My name is Angus, what about your?"

The man was surprised to see such friendly official because most of the time they were enemies or opponents. He smiled and introduced himself.

"Nice to meet you, I am Ken."

After introducing themselves, they changed their stand to ready for battle. The judge saw that they were ready then he signaled them the battle began.
