Eliza Rae is a curious case, to say the least. Out of every Blight we've enlisted, she's the only one who ever did it willingly. Her mother died of an overdose when she was seven and was raised by her aunt, Maya Rae. She discovered her ability when she was five, the details as to how it happened are still unclear, but her ability is what made her our best Hunter.

This same ability however, is a different story. We are still not sure, but we came to the conclusion that it is a mix of seeing the future and rewinding time. Eliza has told us that the more she grows the more she can see into the future and rewind as well. When she discovered her ability she could see thirty seconds into the future and rewind twelve seconds. Currently she can see 27 minutes into the future and rewind eight. She shows no signs of ever suffering for it so she may not be a pure Blight, but she is not in our list of artificially created Blights either. Blood tests do show the same properties of a pure blood, but there are still no signs of a price for the use of her power, at least none that we can see.

Eliza's weapon of choice is a Beretta 92F. When asked why she said it was because it was easy to handle and "that's all there was to it". She's trained in various forms of martial arts as well and is easily our best fighter. Because of all of her abilities we mostly deploy her for infiltration and in rare occasions, assassination.

She has never been one to disobey orders, she follows them without question. However, she does prefer to work alone. Even when dispatched in a unit she leaves them on the sidelines and does everything herself. We can't say she doesn't deliver, but we'd prefer if she worked with everyone else. Recently she took a liking to our youngest Blight, Ruby Stevens, perhaps this way she'll start working in a team.
