2 Curious Arael Meadowdove

16 Years Later (Heaven Realm)

A girl in her teens was sitting in the library of the Meadowdove House quietly flipping through the book. The girl had silvery blond hair with a halo sphere as bright as a sun on her head with folded wings at her back.

Suddenly the crystal watch that the girl was wearing beeped. The girl touched the crystal watch and a hologram of a lady in her thirties came in view. Before the lady in the hologram could speak first, the teen answered.

"I'm sorry mother, I couldn't answer the watch immediately."

"Arael, where are you right now?"

The girl in her teens was Arael Meadowdove. She got up immediately when she saw the time on the watch. She slowly walked herself to the exit of the library so that her mother could not notice her expression that she was walking. Arael the answered slowly.

"I'm in the pod heading for school..."

"That's right… That's right… but Arael I heard that you had to arrive to school early so that you could submit the form."

"Yes, I'm on my way. Bye Mother."

Then she canceled her watch call. By time the call ended she was already on the pod. Then a monotonous voice from the pod came.

"Where are you heading Miss Arael?"

"To the school and use the fastest route available and not the usual route that we take."

"Okay Miss Arael."

The hall of the school was the size of two basketball courts. One could see students standing in line with halo sphere on their heads and wings folded at their backs with the principal standing at the front with his wings unfolded at his back giving a holy feeling.

When Arael arrived at the hall of the school, she could hear the speech by the principal just started. Therefore she just crept to her line without anyone noticing except for her friend who was holding a space for her.

Arael's friend had pure brown hair which was cascading over her shoulders, a halo sphere on her head with a height of 5''4' feet, the same as her. When Arael came at front no one noticed that someone was missing from there.

Her friend said to Arael who was at front of her now.

"Arael how many times have you done this now?"

"Oh come on Yofie…"

Meanwhile the principal was continuing on his speech.

"… completed requirements for language, mathematics, religion, magic studies, anatomy and battle education. But surviving in the desolate realm will take more than just core academics. Our students also take other beneficial classes to survive at the desolate realm.

Arael was bored listening to the speech.

Yofie could not help but speak from behind in a quiet voice so that only Arael could hear.

Arael then said.

"If he is so interested in the Desolate realm then he should go and contribute in the Desolate Realm!"

After a few minutes his speech was finally coming to an end and he came to the main reason to as to why the students were gathered so early.

"Before I end my speech, those who are participating in the excursion of the realms please stay behind and submit the form given by the school before. The excursion will start after the submission of the forms are completed. Never stop surviving."

The students cheered when his speech finally ended. Then the students all lined in front of their respective teachers so that they could submit their forms by transferring from their crystal watches.

When Arael turn to to submit the form came, a smile appeared on her face. When the teacher received her form, the teacher could not help but gasp.

The teacher could not help but ask.

"Are you really going to the Earth Realm for this excursion?"

Yofie who was behind her and students who were close to her surroundings also gasps when they heard what the teacher said. They all gasps because normally a student will not waste their chance to go the desolate realm before they actually enter the desolate realm to earn merits. They all thought that going to Earth realm is useless because it does not bring any benefit to the students.

When the teacher saw that Arael not answering her question, she asked again.

"Student Arael are you really going to waste this chance and go the the Earth realm instead. You are one of the upper rankers in the whole grade and it would be helpful for you to go the desolate realm instead of the Earth realm."

Arael then answered in a resolute way.

"Teacher I want to go the Earth realm for this excursion."

"I could help you change your destination to the desolate realm and no one will say anything."

The teacher who asked looked around and all the students near Arael including Yofie nodded.

Then Arael said.

"My parent signed the form with their Faith power. Therefore they agree to let me go the Earth realm."

The teacher could not say anything else because what Arael said was right. The students needed the consents from their parent to go on the excursions held by the school. The parents needed to read and sign the paper with their own Faith power.

Meanwhile when Arael said the line, she was having cold sweats. This was because Arael was sure that if her mother who signed the form gets a call about from the teacher, then she will be caught.

She knew that her mother would never allow her to go the Earth Realm if she had checked the form properly. Arael's mother must have read the form hastily and signed her consent because she was too busy with the matters related to the desolate realm.

The teacher then said.

"Since the signature of your parent is in the form, I will not say anything else. I will accept the form. I must say, you might be the only student from this grade or it might be the whole school to go the Earth realm. We usually keep the Earth realm as an option but no one takes this option. Since it doesn't create a problem, we didn't take it out. But … oh well. Anyway you have to remember the Earth realm is 1.5 times faster than the Heaven realm. Since the excursion is for one week, you have to stay on the Earth realm for one and a half week. Whereas all the other students who are going to desolate realm will stay there only for three and a half days since desolate realm is 1.5 times slower than Heaven realm. You go back and stand with the other students. The excursion will begin when everyone submits the form."

Arael just nodded and was about to go back when the teacher could not help but ask.

"Why are you going there?"

Arael just stayed silent. The teacher saw this and just shooed Arael away.
