3 Resonance

In a place far away within the forbidden areas of the Land of Dawn, a young Dark Elf maiden was hopping around with a mischievous look in her eyes. She seemed to be amused at every single movement around her, as if she were a new born.

She had only woken up about half an year ago, in a state where she could not remember what had previously transpired. But she soon came to know that she was unique and that she had at her disposal immense power through the voice of the abyss.

It was only after half an year of tedious training that taught her to control her power she was allowed to leave the Dark Abyss, having attained the title of being the strongest in the Abyss.

So it was only natural for her to be so lively and enthusiastic, for she remembered nothing from before her slumber. Every little thing was a new experience for her, and she was now thinking of traveling the world and having fun.

It was in such a carefree moment that the sky lit up and the stars aligned themselves to form a vague silhouette of two figures.

Gazing at the great spectacle in the night sky, Selena was wondering if this was a frequent happening when she suddenly felt something stir within her.

As she felt inside her in confusion, she realized that her power of the Moon God and the Demon within her were resonating with the sign in the sky.

Selena suddenly had a strange feeling. She felt that there was something calling for her, longing for her from within one of the two silhouettes in the sky. This feeling invoked something which Selena had long wondered; if she had had any loved ones in the past.

She suddenly felt a longing in her heart, a feeling which told her that there was someone important to her out there whom she had forgotten in her slumber. She had the sudden urge to call out to whoever that may be, she wanted to go after that light in the sky, certain that it was linked to the person who had been close to her.

Lost in her sudden outburst of feelings, she had failed to notice that she was hovering in midair, within a beam of light, clad in divine armor with starlight and zodiac patterns floating around her. She had attained the awakened Gemini Shadow state.

Unbeknownst to her, tears of longing were falling from her confused eyes...
