Adam looked at the only existing ability on him and stared blankly for a very long time. Could this ability even be called an H grade ability anymore? Abilities with the 'authority' tag are usually matchless within the same grade.
Adam finally smiled. He had now created the perfect ability for his crusade. He had not forgotten his goal, from the moment he had awakened his bizarre ability Snatch. He would change the dynamics of this unfair world. And he would gain revenge on his so called family.

Meanwhile, a rumor had begun to be spread on the society for ability related disabilities. Many of the members seemed to have deleted their past posts, amd others had rumored that these people had been cured of their disabilities.
The rumor was so shocking that even news had begun reporting it. In the hero association, the rumor had caused some major flutters.
"Is there any merit to the rumors?" An old bearded man asked. The very air around him was constantly crackling apart from his very presence. He was none other that the A grade hero Static Minor.
A council was sitting around him, looking at the notes. A man in a suit turned the page of his folder.
"We have indeed completed our preliminary investigation on the matter. It appears that the disability causing abilities have been sealed using some sort of potion."
"A potion? How interesting. Is this the world of the Scarbrough Workshop?" Static Minor asked.
"So far our details are too scant. The central figure in this situation seems to be the following woman." The man said as he changed the slide showing the details of Sad Rose.
"It appears that she was the first one to be 'cured' and was then used as a conduit to contact the others. All of them happened to be registered with h grade abilities."
"Oh?" Minor Static raised an eye. "Looks like the viability of the potion is limited to H grade abilities? Still, the potential threat of this item cannot be understated. A potion that can completely seal abilities is extraordinarily dangerous to the very existence of the hero association. Investigate the activities of Scarbrough Workshop with an immediate priority!"
The council looked at each other and nodded. The meeting had been summarily dismissed.
When Adam saw the news showing rumors about the healing of disability users,he realized that for the time being this avenue was blocked to him. However, he wasn't too surprised by the outcome. This had simply been a stopgap measure, but now that he had found several Grade H abilities in the museum from Alien Beasts, he didn't worry too much about this.
Adam had specifically absorbed four skills from the monster beast carcasses in the museum.

Using his Recombinant Authority ability, Adam managed to fuse these four Grade H abilities to form a Grade G ability called Clown.

This ability, Adam decided would be his gateway to prominence in thos world, pending the right opportunity.
A few days later, before Adam travelled to school, the city's alarm began blaring. The holo watches immediately entered broadcast mode.
"Alert! Grade G alien Beast has descended into the city. Please enter the shelters ASAP."
Immediately, people began scrambling in panic and rushing towards the nearest shelter. Not far from the area a gigantic portal opened up and three large monsters landed on the streets.
Two of the monsters were actually Red Orcs, but they had three horns and were each almost three meters tall. The third was actually a blue colored elephant like monster with six tusks. It's body was erupting out with a terrifying bluish flame that was melting all the surroundings.
The moment the alien beasts emerged, hundreds of people in the area had already been roasted to death in a large radius around the area.
Immediately, the warning system updated the details on everyone's holowatches.
"Warning! The site has two Grade E red orcs and one potentially Grade D unclassified monster! Every civilian please evacuate immediate! All heroes, code red!"
Meanwhile, people who had already rushed to their respective shelters and were watching the broadcast were dumbfounded.
"Damn, a code red? When was the last time we had a code red in district 7?"
At the site, the monstrous elephant like beast spat balls of lava like blue flames in all directions, melting everything in its path while the two red orcs seemed to be guarding it carefully.
"This is a major disaster!" The broadcaster yelled out in alarm. "Where are the heroes? We might lose a lot of lives today, if no one appears soon enough!"
As if hearing the call, three heroes had already arrived at the scene. They were each dressed like ninjas, though their clothes had different symbols written on them in japanese symbols.
"It is the E grade Ninja Trio! They are each only F grade, but together when combined their power can exceed most top E grade heroes!"
The three ninjas began jumping around in scattered directions, their quick movements leaving behind only the most pernicious of after images. Without any delay, the three launched a tactical combined attack on one of the Grade E orcs.
"They're attacking! It's their famous disappearance combination footsteps!" The broadcaster yelled out in excitement.
However, the moment the attack was going to land on the targetted orc, the second orc closed its eyes and a powerful vibratory pulse radiated out of its body. The pulse hit the ninja who was closest to the second orc and was blasted away immediately, destroying the combination move.
Immediately, the movements of the other two became visible to the targetted orc which intercepted their movements by throwing a punch imbued with the power of wind! The two ninjas were blown away as well. The elephant beast did not delay either, it quickly spat a gigantic blue lava plume towards the first ninja who had been blasted over a wall.
The people who were watching the broadcast were stunned into silence in despair.
"How can they be E grade? Each of the red orcs on its own could destroy most E grade heroes! Not to mention the terrifying Elephant like beast! This is at least a peak D grade event!" The broadcaster screamed.
