Shinō academy

Kaien Shiba exited the room after explaining the procedures to Mugai and Tōshiro. As he walked he started to think about the two especially Mugai.

'That guy is a monster!, I can't sence any Reiatsu from him at all, however his cold demeanor as well as the way he carries himself which leaves no Openings, as if he was ready to respond in case i attacked. I can conclude one thing, he is trained in combat'.

Kaien shiba was a genius in his own right, he had been in countless battles as well as seen countless Shinigami's in his life therefore he knew exactly what a warrior looked like when he saw one.

Mugai opened his eyes in the morning as he looked at a stumped Tōshiro holding a black chalk in his hand, Mugai immediately knew that his little brother was trying to scribble on his sleeping face.

"Tōshiro-kun what might you be trying to do with that chalk piece?". Mugai asked in a sweet tone but his eyes showed malice.

"No-Nothing ni-san". Tōshiro said as he hid the chalk behind his back, sweating a Little.

[One Tōshiro ass whooping later].

Mugai and Tōshiro came down for lunch and saw a buffet with many students of Shinō academy as well as other Shinigami eating there food. Both of them ate their lunch and eventually went to the backyard to train a little.

Eventually Evening came and Both of them desided to retreat to their quarters when a blushing Girl came next to Mugai and gave him two Packages as she ran away.

"Well that was wierd. Don't you think so Tōshiro?".

Tōshiro could only sigh at his big brother's dumbass.

Both of them entered their rooms and looked inside the package to find a pair of uniforms.

The uniform's style consists of a blue shitagi (under shirt), a white kosode (shirt) with blue stripes, blue hakama (trousers), white socks and sandals.

Both of them tried it on as they where satisfied with the worksmen ship of their new clothes.

The next day both of them wire their uniforms as they followed a Shinigami to the Shinō academy.

At the entrance gate way of the academy a wooden bord was their with over 200 names present on it. It stated 'Shinō entrance exam results'. Next to it was a smaller board with an ornate design which said. 'Shinō accelarated program aspirants' it only had 10 names on it.

However one thing was common on both boards the #1 and #2 ranks were Mugai and Tōshiro Hitsugaya respectively.

Both of them walked inside the entrance to see a podium on the front ground as well as the students seprated into women to the left and men to the right (AN: Because men are always right) into columns of 5 each.

Tōshiro and Mugai stood at the last row as the several teachers and Shinigami where on the podium.

A short silver-gray haired man with a small black handlebar mustache with lightly tanned skin wearing a white jinbaori over a standard Shinigami shihakushō with long white arm guards came up to the mic. He also wore a white turtle-neck under his uniform and had his lieutenant armband on his left arm.

"I am Chojirō Sasakibe the principal of the Shinō academy and I am happy to see all you Shinigami aspirants present here as...."

Mugai tuned out the speech as he started to think. 'Ofcourse it's Chojirō who is the principal as It was Yamamoto who created the academy. But where's Aizen, didn't he teach calligraphy at the academy, why isn't he with the teachers? Is he retired now that he is a captain?.'

Suddenly Chojirō's voice brought him back."- And so I would like to end my speech withby saying 'Do not seek beauty in battle. Do not seek virtue in death. Do not make the mistake of considering only your own life. If you wish to protect that which you must protect, slice the enemy you must defeat from behind.'". Everyone clapped as Mugai followed the crowd clapping.

The Shinō academy was large to say the least.The Academy was a sprawling, multiple story building with architecture similar to that of Seireitei. It had an open courtyard, many classrooms, dormitories and practice areas for Zanjutsu, Hakuda, Hohō, and Kidō. Therefore many 6th year students where tasked with guiding the newcomers towards their classroom.

"Straight at the end of this corridor is class 1". A student guided Tōshiro and Mugai.

Both of them walked to the end and saw a door as they opened it and entered the class. It was a huge classroom auditorium with that was made for several hundred students but currently only 50 or so we're present. The teacher hadn't come yet.

"Mugai!, Shiro-chan! Over here!". A voice called out and Tōshiro flinched at it knowing who it was.

"Let's go Shiro-chan Momo is waiting for us". Mugai said mocking Tōshiro.

As Momo called them out the entire class looked at the two and whispers broke out.

"Oh who is he?, looks so handsome".

"The White haired guy is so good looking kya".

"Finally some good looking guys in our class".

These were the whisper of the women meanwhile most guys looked at Mugai and Tōshiro and only thought one thing. 'Bishonen die'.

Amongst all the chatter Mugai walked towards Momo and sat next to her while Tōshiro sat next to Mugai.

"Oi Momo is this Bishonen the one you talked about I don't know he looks weak". A red haired guy asked he had brown eyes and long crimson hair, which was kept in a high ponytail. he had styled his hairline in a large widow's-peak. His upper body was covered in tribal tattoos,covering his entire back, much of his chest, his extremities, and even much of his forehead.

Mugai immediately knew that this was Abarai Renji and asked Momo. "Who's the red haired Ape? Momo".

"Oi you bastard, I will beat you up to the point where you won't even have time to repent for your previous words". Renji said standing up.

"Oi Red hair don't get angry now, by the way nice Hairline". Mugai said in an mocking tone.

Everyone who heard it snickered and Renji rather than getting angry was embarrassed and sat down which took Mugai by surprise as he thought that Renji would get angry.

Suddenly he heard a passing comment say." That's what he gets filthy Outer district yankee". Mugai understood what was happening and as he turned around he saw a angry Momo looking at him and sighed.

Mugai then extended his hand and Renji looked at it."Yo.. i am Mugai, sorry about that..I just don't like being called weak, you seem like a nice guy so let's be friends".

Renji shook his hand as he answered."Iam Renji Abarai, nice to meet you Mugai".

"Well that was fast". Mugai looked to the side of Renji and saw another character he recognised. It was Kira Izuru.

Izuru had blue eyes, and, shoulder-length, blond hair that was combed into three points, with two in the back of his head, and a third combed to cover his left eye with a bang hanging over it.

"I am Kira Izuru nice to meet you too Mugai".

Tōshiro also exchanged names with everyone as some time went by and the teacher entered.
